8. The foundation pit floor reserved precipitation plugging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom support is provided with equally spaced steel bar heads as a support seat for plugging the lower surface of the steel plate.
9. The use method of the foundation pit floor reserved precipitation plugging device according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. manufacturing foundation pit bottom plate reserved precipitation plugging device
According to the size of a square hole reserved on the foundation pit bottom plate and the diameter of a precipitation well pipe on the lower portion of the bottom plate, correspondingly manufactured foundation pit bottom plate reserved precipitation plugging devices are used in a matched mode;
b. steel pipe is fixed and steel pipe outside concrete placement, including the following step:
(1) placing a steel pipe on the upper part of a foundation pit bottom plate concrete well pipe for simple fixation, immediately putting a 1 st submersible pump into the bottom of the well from the steel pipe for normal pumping, sealing gaps between foundation pit bottom plate concrete and a steel pipe lining by using sealing ointment, and effectively bonding a waterproof coiled material with the outer wall of the steel pipe by using a hot melting method;
(2) concrete which is one grade higher than the foundation pit bottom plate concrete is adopted for the outer side of the steel pipe to carry out layered pouring and vibration compaction, and the curing time is longer than 14 days;
c. the welding of the plugging steel plate comprises the following steps:
(1) after concrete pouring and curing outside the steel pipe reach the set time, closing the 1 st submersible pump, lifting out of the well pipe, and replacing the 2 nd submersible pump to pump water; a water pump steel pipe and an electric wire sleeve are welded with a preformed hole of the plugging steel plate in advance, the height of the plugging steel plate from the top end of the water pump steel pipe is 100mm, and a No. 2 submersible pump is installed at the bottom end of the water pump steel pipe and protected by a gauze; when the 1 st submersible pump is put out, the 2 nd submersible pump is quickly put into the precipitation well together with the water pump steel pipe and the plugging steel plate, the length of the water pump pipe is not more than 0.3 time of the depth of the precipitation well, and the bottom of the precipitation well is connected with the water pump by a soft water belt;
(2) the plugging steel plate is stably placed on the bottom support of the plugging steel plate, and the 2 nd submersible pump is used for pumping water immediately;
(3) performing full-length welding on the steel pipe and the blocking steel plate after wiping the welding position by using a dry towel, wherein the height of a fillet weld leg meets the standard requirement, and the quality defects of meat biting and slag inclusion cannot occur;
(4) closing the gate valve and installing a finished wire casing plug when the strength of the concrete on the outer side of the steel pipe reaches 100%; the water level is raised, the pressure is increased, the welding line is checked, and the construction joint ensures no leakage, the observation time is not less than 7 days, and the next procedure can be carried out without any leakage;
(5) if water seepage occurs in the welding seam and the construction seam in the link, the gate valve is opened to continue precipitation;
d. pouring concrete on the inner side of the steel pipe, comprising the following steps:
(1) three layers of U-shaped steel bar anchor flukes are welded inside the steel pipe in a plum blossom shape at a distance of 200mm above the gate valve;
(2) the upper reinforcing steel bars of the bottom plate are pulled through from the top of the steel pipe and are welded and connected with the upper reinforcing steel bars of the concrete of the bottom plate of the peripheral foundation pit;
(3) and pouring concrete on the inner side of the steel pipe in a layered manner and vibrating the concrete on the outer side of the steel pipe to be compact, wherein the maintenance time is not less than 14 days, and the reserved precipitation plugging of the foundation pit bottom plate is completed.
10. The use method of the foundation pit bottom plate reserved precipitation plugging device according to claim 9, wherein the water pumps are submersible pumps, and the number of the submersible pumps required is two.
11. The use method of the foundation pit bottom plate reserved precipitation plugging device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the concrete outside the steel pipe is C40P8 micro-expansion concrete.
