fixing the side plates on the switch tie through a screw rod structure;
the vertical screw rod is fixed on M16 nuts at two ends of the bottom panel,
the distance from the bottom panel to the bottom of the steel rail is adjusted by the vertical screw rod, and,
the direction of the drainage slope is adjusted by utilizing the vertical screw rod.
10. A method of controlling a reserve tank size according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:

the top end of the vertical screw rod nut is adjusted to be contacted with the bottom of the steel rail,
measuring the distance between the M16 nut and the top end of the screw nut by a steel tape,

if the measuring distance is smaller than the preset range of the preset value, reducing the position of the reserved template groove on the track bed plate;
2) utilize the step of vertical lead screw adjustment chevron shape drainage slope's direction, include:
adjusting the top end of the vertical screw rod nut to be in contact with the bottom of the steel rail;
measuring the gradient and the direction of the herringbone drainage slope by using a steel rolling ruler and a square ruler;
if the measuring gradient is larger than the preset value, the position of the reserved groove template on the track bed plate is reduced within the specified distance range between the bottom panel and the bottom of the steel rail, and the distance between the adjusted M16 nut and the top end of the screw rod nut is controlled within the preset range;
