Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the cutting mechanism 8 includes two third brackets 81 symmetrically installed at the left and right ends of the mounting plate 2, an upper plate 82 disposed between the upper ends of the two third brackets 81, a cutter 84 vertically disposed between the two third brackets 81, a cylinder 83 disposed on the upper plate 82 and having a piston rod connected to the cutter 84 for driving the cutter 84 to move up and down, and a front mold 85 and a rear mold 86 disposed on the mounting plate 2 and arranged along the length direction of the conveyor 1, the front mold 85 and the rear mold 86 are respectively located on the front and rear side surfaces of the cutter 84, and through grooves 861 for the ends of the rubber strips to pass through are respectively disposed on the front mold 85 and the rear mold 86; as shown in fig. 8, a mounting piece 88 suspended on the conveyor 1 is disposed at one end of the rear mold 86 far from the front mold 85, a waist-shaped groove 881 extending along the length direction of the mounting piece 88 is disposed on the mounting piece 88, the mounting piece 88 is locked on the rear mold 86 by a bolt inserted into the waist-shaped groove 881, and an infrared sensor 87 with a vertically downward probe and connected with the cylinder 83 via signals is disposed on the mounting piece 88.
When the rubber strip is cut by the cutting mechanism 8, the rubber strip sequentially penetrates through the penetrating grooves 861 of the front mold 85 and the rear mold 86, and when the tail end of the rubber strip penetrates through the rear mold 86 and is detected by the infrared sensor 87, the infrared sensor 87 can control the piston rod of the air cylinder 83 to be ejected out rapidly, so that the effect of driving the cutter 84 to cut off the rubber strip is achieved.

The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the mounting plate 2 is utilized to enable each working mechanism to be mounted on the existing conveyor 1, and because the conveying speed of each part of the conveyor 1 is the same, the conveyor 1 cannot generate tensile stress on the rubber strip when conveying the rubber strip, and the requirement on a control system is very simple; moreover, the conveyor 1 is a common conveying device in a factory, and the structure of each working mechanism is very simple, and the number of machines needing circuit control is small, and the requirement is small, so that the automatic modification is convenient, and meanwhile, the normal, stable and efficient production can be ensured.
