Background
The oxidative damage of cells and tissues, which is manifested by adverse phenomena such as fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, yellow smell, large pores, dryness, roughness, allergy and the like, is caused by a large amount of redundant free radicals generated by external electromagnetic radiation, air pollution, ultraviolet irradiation, microorganisms, and in-vivo autoxidation and enzymatic oxidation.
The prior antioxidants mainly comprise vitamins such as vitamin C, E, β -carotene, coenzyme Q10, superoxide dismutase, anthocyanin and the like, however, the active ingredients of the antioxidants are difficult to store in the process of manufacturing, storing and transporting, the antioxidant performance can not meet the requirement, and the stability problems such as color change and the like exist.
Some problems commonly exist in the antioxidant skin care products on the market, such as: the antioxidant mechanism is single and not comprehensive enough, the antioxidant effect is not good, the product stability is not good, and the irritation is large.
Therefore, there is a need for a cosmetic composition that is fully antioxidant.

Synergistic test example (example 2 and comparative examples 1 to 6)
Table 3 shows the specific example 2 and comparative examples 1-6 components of the overall antioxidant composition.
Table 3 example 2 and comparative examples 1-6 components (wt%)
Figure BDA0002512941620000071
In table 3 above, the pH adjusting agent is selected from triethanolamine, acetic acid, lactic acid. The antiseptic is selected from phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-pentanediol, and sodium benzoate.
The preparation methods of the above example 2 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were as follows:
1) adding water, EDTA disodium and carbomer into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-25 minutes;
2) cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding triethanolamine, stirring for 10-15 min;
3) cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding the rest phenoxyethanol, split yeast fermentation product lysate, lactobacillus fermentation product, cysteinyl oligomeric proanthocyanidin capsule inclusion, Artocarpus heterophyllus leaf/stem extract, 1, 2-pentanediol, acetic acid, lactic acid, phenoxyethanol, and sodium benzoate, and stirring for 10-15 min;
4) stirring and cooling to a temperature lower than 38 ℃, stopping stirring, and discharging after the detection is qualified.
The example 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to the antioxidant effect test, and the results are shown in the following table 4.
TABLE 4 example 2 and comparative examples 1-6 results in oxidation resistance
Sample (I) Example 2 Comparative example 1 Comparative example 2 Comparative example 3 Comparative example 4 Comparative example 5 Comparative example 6
ROS content 72.01% 93.11% 90.22% 90.11% 88.82% 88.24% 88.13%
As can be seen from table 4, the order of antioxidant capacity is: example 2> comparative example 6> comparative example 5> comparative example 4> comparative example 3> comparative example 2> comparative example 1.
Oxidation resistance: example 2> comparative example 1+ comparative example 4. Comparative example 1 contains only 2 major antioxidant ingredients, mainly to protect against external damage. Comparative example 4 contained only 2 major antioxidant components, primarily for endogenous oxidation. When the antioxidant is singly used for external damage or endogenous oxidation, the antioxidant effect is not outstanding. The antioxidant effect of both (i.e., example 2) is much better than the combined effect of both.
Oxidation resistance: example 2> comparative example 3+ comparative example 6. Comparative example 3 contains only 2 antioxidant components mainly against external damage, and the content of the corresponding antioxidant components is higher than that in example 2; comparative example 6 contained only 2 major antioxidant components, primarily for endogenous oxidation, and the corresponding antioxidant content was high for example 2. Theoretically, the sum of the antioxidant effects of comparative examples 3 and 6 is higher than that of comparative example 2, and it can be actually said that the antioxidant effect of comparative example 2 is higher than that of comparative examples 3 and 6. This is an unforeseeable effect.
The effect of single target on resisting external damage or single target on endogenous oxidation is not superior to the compound synergistic effect of the internal and external aspects.
In conclusion, the comprehensive antioxidant cosmetic composition achieves comprehensive and efficient antioxidant effects through synergistic interaction among the components.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
