Abstract

The porous ceramic fins are parallel to each other and distributed at intervals in the smoke airflow channel, and the suction airflow flows through the porous ceramic fins, so that the surface area of evaporation and vaporization of tobacco tar is effectively increased, the convection contact area of the suction airflow and the surfaces of the porous ceramic fins is increased, and the atomization effect of the electronic cigarette is greatly improved. The porous ceramic fins with longer length are arranged on two sides with relatively sufficient smoke and oil amount, and the porous ceramic fins with shorter length are arranged in the middle, so that the distribution of the smoke and oil amount on the porous ceramic fins is favorably improved, and the dry burning resistance is favorably realized.

When a user inhales, outside air enters the smoke airflow channel 7 through the air inlet 11, and smoke oil generated by evaporation and vaporization is taken away when the air flows through the porous ceramic fins 6. On the other hand, the secondary air entering the smoke airflow channel 7 from the regulating valve 10 mixes, dilutes and cools the high-temperature smoke, and the diluted smoke enters the flow equalizer 8, can be fully and uniformly mixed and finally is sucked out from the cigarette holder 9. The secondary air can play the effect of cooling, diluting smog, and the user can adjust the temperature and the concentration of smog through governing valve 10.
Compared with the prior art, the porous ceramic fins 6 are parallel to each other and distributed at intervals in the smoke airflow channel 7, and the suction airflow flows through the porous ceramic fins 6, so that the surface area of evaporation and vaporization of tobacco tar is effectively increased, the convection contact area of the suction airflow and the surface of the porous ceramic fins 6 is increased, and the atomization effect of the electronic cigarette is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 2: because the two sides of the oil guide cotton 4 are closer to the position of the tobacco tar input end, the tobacco tar amount of the oil guide cotton 4 at the position is relatively more sufficient, and the residual tobacco tar amount on the oil guide cotton 4 close to the middle position is relatively less, the porous ceramic fins 6 with longer length are arranged at the two sides, and the porous ceramic fins 6 with shorter length are arranged in the middle, so that the distribution of the tobacco tar amount on the porous ceramic fins 6 is favorably improved, and the dry burning resistance is favorably realized.
The invention has the advantages of large smoke quantity, good atomization effect, dry burning resistance and adjustable smoke concentration and temperature.
