The fabricated exterior wall panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing steel bar filling layer (30) is at least composed of a reinforcing steel bar net and foamed concrete, the reinforcing steel bar net is fixedly connected with the keel (20), and the foamed concrete is filled in the accommodating cavity.

The fabricated exterior wall panel according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the wall panel unit further comprises a hanging member (60), wherein the hanging member (60) is fixedly connected with the keel (20) and protrudes from one side of the interior panel (40) facing away from the exterior veneer (10).

The fabricated exterior wall panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of wall panel units, and a plurality of the wall panel units are assembled with each other, and the fabricated exterior wall panel further comprises adhesive strips (50), wherein the adhesive strips (50) are adhesively fixed between adjacent wall panel units.
7. The construction process of the assembled external wall panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
fixedly connecting a keel (20) with an outer veneer (10), wherein the keel (20) is surrounded at one side of the outer veneer (10) to form an accommodating cavity with one open end;
