Abstract
The invention provides a toothbrush color clamping and proportioning mechanism which comprises a fixed rack, an X-axis linear module, a Y-axis substrate, a Y-axis linear module, a Z-axis substrate, a Z-axis linear module connected to the Z-axis substrate and a clamping assembly connected to a sliding table of the Z-axis linear module; the clamping assembly comprises a clamping jaw fixing frame fixed on the Z-axis linear module sliding table, a rotating motor arranged on the clamping jaw fixing frame, a rotating base plate connected with a motor shaft of the rotating motor, and at least two groups of clamping jaw units which are fixed on the bottom side of the rotating base plate in parallel and equidistantly; the clamping jaw unit comprises a clamping jaw frame fixed on the bottom side of the rotating base plate, a telescopic cylinder installed in the clamping jaw frame, a clamping jaw cylinder connected to the movable end of the telescopic cylinder, and a butting head fixed at the fixed end of the clamping jaw cylinder and used for assisting in fixing the end of a toothbrush.

Preferably, the rotating substrate is further provided with two sets of photoelectric sensors symmetrically arranged about the rotating motor, and the rotating substrate is further provided with an induction block capable of being matched with the photoelectric sensors.

The rotating base plate 9 is further provided with two groups of photoelectric sensors 14 which are symmetrically arranged relative to the rotating motor 8, and the rotating base plate 9 is further provided with an induction block 15 which can be matched with the photoelectric sensors 14.
Two groups of rollers 16 which can abut against the top side of the rotating base plate 9 and roll are further mounted at the bottom of the clamping jaw fixing frame 7, so that the rotating stability can be improved.

A toothbrush color clamping and proportioning mechanism is characterized by comprising a fixed rack, an X-axis linear module fixed on the fixed rack, a Y-axis base plate erected on a sliding table of the X-axis linear module, a Y-axis linear module arranged on the Y-axis base plate, a Z-axis base plate connected on the sliding table of the Y-axis linear module, a Z-axis linear module connected on the Z-axis base plate and a clamping assembly connected on the sliding table of the Z-axis linear module, wherein the Y-axis base plate is fixedly connected with the X-axis linear module;
the clamping assembly comprises a clamping jaw fixing frame fixed on the Z-axis linear module sliding table, a rotating motor arranged on the clamping jaw fixing frame, a rotating base plate connected with a motor shaft of the rotating motor, and at least two groups of clamping jaw units which are fixed on the bottom side of the rotating base plate in parallel and equidistantly;
the clamping jaw unit comprises a clamping jaw frame fixed on the bottom side of the rotary substrate, a telescopic cylinder installed in the clamping jaw frame, a clamping jaw cylinder connected to the movable end of the telescopic cylinder, and a butt joint head fixed at the fixed end of the clamping jaw cylinder and used for assisting in fixing the end of a toothbrush.

The toothbrush color material-clamping proportioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the rotating base plate is further provided with two sets of photoelectric sensors symmetrically arranged about the rotating motor, and the rotating base plate is further provided with an induction block capable of being matched with the photoelectric sensors.
