The master control end comprises a master controller, the master controller is a double network card controller, the master controller is respectively connected with the light ring network and the decocting task distribution system, the decocting task distribution system is connected with a decoction piece factory database, the decocting task distribution system automatically generates a decocting packaging scheme according to production tasks issued by a decoction piece factory, and the master controller is used for controlling and coordinating the work of each system according to the decocting scheme to jointly finish the decocting packaging task. The process of completing the medicine decocting and packaging task together by the cooperation of the systems is as follows:
the system for distributing the decocting tasks at the master control end distributes the station of the decocting machine, and the conveying line PLC small master control controls conveying line equipment to convey decoction pieces to be decocted to the corresponding station of the decocting machine, and sends a position signal to the unit PLC small master control through an optical fiber ring network, or sends a position signal to the master controller through an optical fiber ring network, and the master controller sends a position signal to the unit PLC small master control, and after the unit PLC small master control receives the position signal, the corresponding decocting machine is controlled to open a pot cover.
