The invention discloses a hammer mill rotor and a hammer mill, which comprise a central shaft and a plurality of hammer frame plates vertically connected with the central shaft, wherein the hammer frame plates are provided with a plurality of frame plate through holes for penetrating hammer pin shafts, the hammer mill rotor further comprises a plurality of spacing bracket assemblies, each spacing bracket assembly comprises at least two groups of bracket side plates, each bracket side plate is provided with a pin shaft through hole matched with the frame plate through hole, the at least two groups of bracket side plates are arranged between the hammer frame plates in an end-to-end connection mode, each blocking piece is provided with a blocking piece notch for placing a hammer, the bracket side plates, the hammer frame plates and the hammers are connected through pin shafts, and the pin shafts penetrate through the frame plate. According to the invention, on the premise of not damaging the existing hammer sheet frame plate, the hammer sheet is fixed by forming a complete circle by the two spacing bracket assemblies, and the complex marking and the disassembling of the hammer cutter spacer bush are not needed during the disassembling and assembling, so that the mounting efficiency of the hammer sheet is improved. Background
The rotor is a key part of the hammer crusher, and needs to be replaced when the working object is changed, and meanwhile, the hammer is also a vulnerable part, so that the hammer is frequently replaced in practical application. However, the installation of the limiting body needs to change the structure of the original hammer slice rack plate, and the hammer slice can not be fixed by using the traditional pin shaft spacer bush again after the change. In addition, the hammer slice is fixed in the prior art by adopting a hammer slice frame, a groove for placing the hammer slice is arranged on the hammer slice frame, the groove can limit the hammer slice to slide along a pin shaft, but the groove is the same as the fixing mode of the limiting body, and the installation of the hammer slice frame also needs to change the structure of the original hammer slice frame plate, so that the change is irreversible. On the other hand, in order to adapt the standard form hammer mill to these changes, enormous labor and financial costs are required. Meanwhile, once the existing hammer piece crusher is changed, the traditional conventional hammer piece changing mode using a cylindrical spacer bush mode is difficult to change.

When the hammer is used, when the hammer needs to be replaced, the first locking collar 4 and the second locking collar 61 are loosened, the pin shaft 6 is pulled out, the hammer can be directly taken down, a new hammer is placed in the side plate notch 62, the mounting hole of the new hammer, the pin shaft through hole 64 and the frame plate through hole 11 are overlapped, the pin shaft 2 is inserted, and the hammer can be mounted by locking the locking device. Since the axial position of the hammer blade is determined by the position of the stop notch 51, the correct position of the spacer bracket assembly 3 is ensured during installation.
Since in practical application, a plurality of crushing modes are needed, in general, the hammer cutter frame plate 1 is provided with two pin shaft holes, one is used for fine crushing, and the other is used for coarse crushing. If the mill is used for fine comminution, the pin bores corresponding to those used for coarse comminution can be used for fixing the frame plate to the mill rotor. Also, if the mill is used for coarse grinding, the pin holes corresponding to those used for fine grinding can be used to secure the frame plate to the mill rotor.
Because original hammer leaf frame plate 1 can not destroyed in this embodiment spacer subassembly's installation, consequently when the spacer subassembly that does not need this embodiment, can directly dismantle through the mode of pulling out round pin axle 2, can also use traditional cylindrical spacer form like this.
The embodiment also discloses a hammer mill which comprises the hammer mill rotor.
