In one possible implementation, after the social application server generates the identity of the target vehicle, an information retrieval page for the target applet may be generated. 506. The social application server generates an applet graphic code for the target user based on the identification and the information acquisition page, the applet graphic code for acquiring information of a user boarding the target vehicle.
The applet graphic code is a graphic for carrying data information, and the data information can be identified by automatic identification of the scanning device so as to automatically execute the processing steps indicated by the data information, for example, page skip can be triggered by scanning the applet graphic code.

The process of generating the applet graphic code in steps 501 to 508 may be performed before the formal operation, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific implementation time.

For example, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an initial information acquisition page provided in the embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 8, the initial information acquisition page includes an operation information window 801 of a target vehicle and a check-in option 802, where the operation information window 801 is used for displaying and viewing for a passenger, so that the passenger can determine whether the target vehicle corresponding to the applet graphic code is a vehicle about to be taken by the passenger, and the check-in option 802 is used for displaying the information acquisition page for the passenger to input personal information. When the passenger confirms that the current vehicle is actually a vehicle about to be taken by himself, the passenger can click the confirmation registration option 802 in the initial information acquisition page, and then the second terminal can display an information acquisition page as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an information acquisition page provided in the embodiment of the present application, the information acquisition page includes an operation information window 901 of the target vehicle, an information registration window 902 and a submit option 903, the information registration window 902 is used for inputting information of the passenger, the information registration window 902 includes input boxes of names, certificate types, certificate numbers, mobile phone numbers and the like, the passenger can fill in information of names, certificate types and the like in the input boxes in the information acquisition page, and the submit option 903 is used for submitting after the passenger finishes filling in. It should be noted that, fig. 9 shows an information acquisition page in which information is already filled, and it is understood that, when the second terminal displays the information acquisition page for the first time, an input box of the information registration window 902 in the information acquisition page may be blank, and default information may also be included in the input box, so that the passenger may explicitly need to fill in content according to the default information.

In one possible implementation manner, after the passenger fills out the information, the passenger may click on the submitting option on the information acquisition page to execute the information submitting operation, and then the second terminal may generate an information input request according to the acquired information of the passenger and the identifier of the target vehicle corresponding to the information acquisition page, and send the information input request to the program background server.

The program background server receives an information input request sent by the second terminal based on the information acquisition page, correspondingly stores the identification of the target vehicle and the information, and sends the information to the first terminal which the target user logs in.
In one possible implementation manner, after receiving an information input request sent by a second terminal, a program background server obtains the identification and information of a target vehicle carried in the information input request, correspondingly stores the identification of the target vehicle and the information, and according to the identification of the target vehicle, can determine a target user corresponding to the identification of the target vehicle, and sends the information to a first terminal logged in by the target user.
In one possible implementation manner, the procedure stored by the program background server may be: the program backend server generates a ride record for the target vehicle based on the identification of the target vehicle, the operational information, and the information. Optionally, the program background server may determine the operation information corresponding to the identifier based on the identifier of the target vehicle and the correspondence between the identifier and the operation information, store the identifier, the operation information and the information, and generate a riding record of the target vehicle, so that a passenger needs to be traced in a subsequent emergency, and may query the riding record according to the information of the passenger, determine the vehicle on which the passenger rides, and further trace back to the passenger quickly.
It should be noted that, after the program background server finishes storing, a storage finishing signal may be sent to the second terminal, and after the second terminal receives the storage finishing signal, the second terminal may display an information registration success page, for example, as shown in fig. 10, and fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an information registration success page provided in the embodiment of the present application.

The information display page is used for carrying out identity verification on site by a driver according to the identity document of the passenger.
In one possible implementation manner, the method for displaying information includes: and after the first terminal receives the information, displaying the information according to the input time sequence of the information on an information display page of the target applet in the target application client. Optionally, after the first terminal receives the information recorded at the first time point, the information recorded at the first time point is displayed, after the information recorded at the second time point is received, the information recorded at the second time point is continuously displayed, and then the effect of displaying according to the recording time sequence is displayed on the information display page, and the information is displayed according to the recording time sequence, so that a driver can conveniently check passengers getting on the vehicle at different times. Wherein the first time point is a certain time point in a period of time before the second time point.
In another possible implementation manner, the method for displaying information may further include: after the first terminal receives the information, the information display page of the target applet in the target application client displays the information according to the seat sequence in the information, so that the driver can conveniently check the identity on site. Optionally, after the first terminal receives the plurality of pieces of information, the information is displayed according to the seat sequence of the target vehicle according to the plurality of pieces of information, so that the effect of displaying according to the seat sequence is displayed on the information display page, and the information is displayed according to the seat sequence, so that a driver can conveniently check the seat number in the subsequent seat checking process.
Optionally, the manner in which the driver performs identity verification may be multiple, for example, the driver may compare the name of the passenger displayed in the information display page with the name on the passenger identity document, or the driver may compare the number of the passenger displayed in the information display page with the number on the passenger identity document, or the driver may confirm whether the passenger inputs the mobile phone number by using the mobile phone number of the passenger displayed in the information display page. By displaying the information display page on the first terminal, the driver can perform identity verification on site, and the authenticity and the effectiveness of the information of the passenger can be ensured.
For example, when the driver wants to view the information of the passenger, the driver may click on the information recording option 705 of the small-program graphic code page in fig. 7, and then the information display page as shown in fig. 11 is displayed on the first terminal interface, and fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of an information display page provided in this embodiment of the present application, where the information display page includes a current number of passengers window 1101, a plurality of passenger information windows 1102, and an export option 1103, and the current number of passengers window 1101 includes the license plate number of the target vehicle and the number of passengers for which the target vehicle has completed information registration, so that the driver is convenient to know whether all passengers boarding the target vehicle have completed information registration. Each passenger information window 1102 contains information of the passenger corresponding to the passenger information window 1102, such as a name, a contact way, an input time, and the like, and when the driver wants to view the detailed information of the passenger and clicks the passenger information window 1102, the first terminal can be triggered to display the detailed information corresponding to the passenger. In addition, to facilitate the driver to perform identity verification on site, the driver may click on the export option 1103 in the information display page to export the information corresponding to the target vehicle, and generate an information file corresponding to the target vehicle, where the file may be in a form of a table.
In a specific example, the first terminal may be a driver device, the second terminal may be a passenger device, the social application server and the system background server may be represented by data background, as shown in fig. 12, fig. 12 is an interaction flow chart of an information acquisition method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the driver device a is used for the driver to enter operation information and generate an applet graphic code, the passenger device B is used for the passenger to register personal information, the data background C is used for implementing data transmission, storage and calculation analysis, the solid line in fig. 12 represents an applet service flow, and the dotted line represents a background data flow. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the information input page is displayed on the first terminal for the driver to input the operation information of the target vehicle, the driver clicks and submits the operation information to trigger the generation request of the sending graphic code, the server generates the small program graphic code and sends the small program graphic code to the first terminal, the first terminal can acquire the small program graphic code, the second terminal further identifies the small program graphic code, the information acquisition page indicated by the small program graphic code can be displayed for the passenger to input the information, the passenger clicks and submits the operation information to trigger the second terminal to send the information to the server, the server can acquire the information, the passenger taking registration under the bus transportation scene is realized by adopting the technical scheme, the second terminal can quickly acquire information, further send the information to the server to automatically record the identification of the target transportation means and the information of the passengers, and record the association information between the target transportation means and the passengers, so that three-party binding association among the driver, the target transportation means and the passengers is realized, therefore, when an emergency needs to trace passengers of a certain train number, the second terminal can trace back according to the association information, can realize quick response, can trace back the passengers timely and accurately, can be widely applied to transportation scenes such as long-distance buses, taxis, subways and ferries, and can effectively trace back related personnel under special conditions (such as temporary control, event tracing, epidemic situation prevention and control, safety prevention and the like), and ensure the safety of the passengers.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of an information obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 13, the apparatus includes:

Terminal 1600 may also be referred to by other names of user devices, portable terminals, laptop terminals, desktop terminals, etc.

Processor 1601 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, a 16-core processor, and the like. In some embodiments, the processor 1601, memory 1602, and peripheral interface 1603 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, either or both of the processor 1601, memory 1602, and peripheral interface 1603 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 1604 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also known as electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1604 communicates with a communication network and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1604 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal for transmission, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 1604 includes: antenna systems, RF transceivers, one or more amplifiers, tuners, oscillators, digital signal processors, codec chipsets, subscriber identity module cards, and so forth. The radio frequency circuit 1604 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocol includes, but is not limited to: metropolitan area networks, various generations of mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity ) networks. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuit 1604 may also include NFC (Near Field Communication ) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 1605 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display 1605 is a touch display, the display 1605 also has the ability to collect touch signals at or above the surface of the display 1605. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1601 as a control signal for processing. At this point, display 1605 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or virtual dials, also referred to as soft buttons and/or soft dials. In some embodiments, the display 1605 may be one, providing a front panel of the terminal 1600; in other embodiments, the display 1605 may be at least two, each disposed on a different surface of the terminal 1600 or in a folded configuration; in still other embodiments, the display 1605 may be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the terminal 1600. Even more, the display screen 1605 may be arranged in an irregular pattern other than rectangular, i.e., a shaped screen. The display 1605 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display ), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) or other materials.
The camera assembly 1606 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, camera assembly 1606 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Typically, the front camera is disposed on the front panel of the terminal and the rear camera is disposed on the rear surface of the terminal. In some embodiments, the at least two rear cameras are any one of a main camera, a depth camera, a wide-angle camera and a tele camera, so as to realize that the main camera and the depth camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize a panoramic shooting and Virtual Reality (VR) shooting function or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 1606 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a single-color temperature flash lamp or a double-color temperature flash lamp. The dual-color temperature flash lamp refers to a combination of a warm light flash lamp and a cold light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation under different color temperatures.
Audio circuitry 1607 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of users and environments, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 1601 for processing, or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 1604 for voice communication. The microphone may be provided in a plurality of different locations of the terminal 1600 for stereo acquisition or noise reduction purposes. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pickup microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 1601 or the radio frequency circuit 1604 into sound waves. The speaker may be a conventional thin film speaker or a piezoelectric ceramic speaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, not only the electric signal can be converted into a sound wave audible to humans, but also the electric signal can be converted into a sound wave inaudible to humans for ranging and other purposes. In some embodiments, audio circuitry 1607 may also include a headphone jack.
A power supply 1609 is used to power the various components in the terminal 1600. The power supply 1609 may be an alternating current, a direct current, a disposable battery, or a rechargeable battery. When the power supply 1609 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may support wired or wireless charging. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, terminal 1600 also includes one or more sensors 1610. The one or more sensors 1610 include, but are not limited to: an acceleration sensor 1611, a gyro sensor 1612, a pressure sensor 1613, an optical sensor 1615, and a proximity sensor 1616.
The acceleration sensor 1611 may detect the magnitudes of accelerations on three coordinate axes of a coordinate system established with the terminal 1600. For example, the acceleration sensor 1611 may be used to detect components of gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 1601 may control the touch display 1606 to display the user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view based on gravitational acceleration signals acquired by the acceleration sensor 1611. The acceleration sensor 1611 may also be used for acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 1612 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the terminal 1600, and the gyro sensor 1612 may collect 3D actions of the user on the terminal 1600 in cooperation with the acceleration sensor 1611. The processor 1601 may implement the following functions based on the data collected by the gyro sensor 1612: motion sensing (e.g., changing UI according to a tilting operation by a user), image stabilization at shooting, game control, and inertial navigation.
Pressure sensor 1613 may be disposed on a side frame of terminal 1600 and/or on an underlying layer of touch display 1606. When the pressure sensor 1613 is disposed at a side frame of the terminal 1600, a grip signal of the terminal 1600 by a user may be detected, and the processor 1601 performs a left-right hand recognition or a quick operation according to the grip signal collected by the pressure sensor 1613. When the pressure sensor 1613 is disposed at the lower layer of the touch display screen 1605, the processor 1601 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the touch display screen 1605. The operability controls include at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control, and a menu control.
The optical sensor 1615 is used to collect ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, processor 1601 may control the display brightness of touch display 1606 based on the ambient light intensity collected by optical sensor 1615. Specifically, when the intensity of the ambient light is high, the display luminance of the touch display screen 1606 is turned high; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the touch display screen 1605 is turned down. In another embodiment, the processor 1601 may also dynamically adjust the capture parameters of the camera module 1606 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 1615.
A proximity sensor 1616, also referred to as a distance sensor, is typically provided on the front panel of the terminal 1600. The proximity sensor 1616 is used to collect a distance between a user and the front surface of the terminal 1600. In one embodiment, when the proximity sensor 1616 detects that the distance between the user and the front face of the terminal 1600 gradually decreases, the processor 1601 controls the touch display 1605 to switch from the bright screen state to the off screen state; when the proximity sensor 1616 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 1600 gradually increases, the processor 1601 controls the touch display 1605 to switch from the off-screen state to the on-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure shown in fig. 16 is not limiting and that more or fewer components than shown may be included or certain components may be combined or a different arrangement of components may be employed.
The computer device provided in the embodiments of the present application may be provided as a server, and fig. 17 is a schematic structural diagram of a server provided in the embodiments of the present application, where the server 1700 may generate relatively large differences due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (central processing units, CPU) 1701 and one or more memories 1702, where at least one instruction is stored in the one or more memories 1702, and the at least one instruction is loaded and executed by the one or more processors 1701 to implement the graphics code generating method provided in the foregoing method embodiments. Of course, the computer device 1700 may also have a wired or wireless network interface, an option disc, an input/output interface, etc. for inputting and outputting, and the computer device 1700 may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory including instructions executable by a processor to perform the information acquisition method or the graphics code generation method of the above embodiment is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. An information acquisition method, performed by a second terminal, the method comprising:
responding to the identification of an applet graphic code in an applet graphic code page on a first terminal, acquiring page path information indicated by the applet graphic code and an identification of a target vehicle, wherein the applet graphic code page also comprises operation information of the target vehicle, an operation information changing option, a passenger filling option and an information recording option; the first terminal is used for responding to the triggering operation of the operation information changing option under the condition that the operation information is wrong, and displaying the changed operation information and a new applet graphic code generated based on the changed operation information on the applet graphic code page; the first terminal is further used for responding to the triggering operation of filling options for the passengers under the condition that the second terminal fails to recognize the applet graphic codes, and obtaining information filled by the users replacing the second terminal; the first terminal is also used for responding to the triggering operation of the information recording options, displaying the information according to the input time sequence or the seat sequence of the filled information of the passengers on the information display page of the target applet in the target application client, and deleting the information under the condition that the information is wrong; the information display page further comprises an export option, the first terminal is further used for exporting information corresponding to the target vehicle in response to triggering operation of the export option, and an information file corresponding to the target vehicle is generated, and is in a form of a table;
Displaying an initial information acquisition page of the target applet in the target application client based on the page path information, wherein the initial information acquisition page comprises operation information of the target vehicle and a confirmation registration option, the confirmation registration option is used for displaying the information acquisition page in response to a user instruction, the information acquisition page is used for acquiring information of a user riding the target vehicle, the operation information comprises train number information and driver information, and the train number information comprises an outbound station, an arrival station and a license plate number;
responding to an operation instruction for confirming the registration option in the initial information acquisition page, and displaying the information acquisition page of the target applet;
the method comprises the steps of acquiring information input on the information acquisition page, responding to information submitting operation of the acquired information, sending an information input request to a server, wherein the information input request carries the identification of the target vehicle and the information, the server is used for sending the information to the first terminal, and the server is also used for generating a riding record of the target vehicle on the basis of the identification of the target vehicle, the operation information and the information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the page path information indicated by the applet graphic code and the identification of the target vehicle comprises:
sending an analysis request to the server, wherein the analysis request carries graphic information of the applet graphic code, and receiving the page path information returned by the server and the identification of a target vehicle; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and analyzing the graphic information of the identified applet graphic code through the target application client to obtain the page path information and the identification of the target vehicle.
3. A method of generating a graphic code, the method comprising, performed by a first terminal:
responding to a graphic code generation instruction of a target applet in a target application client, and displaying an information input page of the target applet, wherein the information input page is used for inputting operation information of a vehicle;
acquiring operation information of a target vehicle based on the information input page; responding to information submitting operation, and sending a graphic code generating request to a server, wherein the graphic code generating request carries the operation information of the target vehicle and a target user logged in by the target application client; receiving, from the server, an applet graphic code generated based on the graphic code generation request, the applet graphic code for acquiring information of a user boarding a target vehicle;
Displaying an applet graphic code page, wherein the applet graphic code page comprises the applet graphic code, the operation information of the target vehicle, an operation information changing option, a passenger filling option and an information recording option; the second terminal is used for responding to the identification of the applet graphic code in the applet graphic code page, acquiring page path information indicated by the applet graphic code and the identification of the target vehicle, and displaying an initial information acquisition page of the target applet in the target application client based on the page path information, wherein the initial information acquisition page comprises operation information and confirmation registration options of the target vehicle, the operation information comprises train number information and driver information, and the train number information comprises an outbound station, an arrival station and a license plate number; the second terminal is further configured to display, in response to an operation instruction for the confirmation registration option in the initial information acquisition page, the information acquisition page of the target applet, the information acquisition page being configured to acquire information of a user who boards the target vehicle;
in case of error of the operation information, responding to the triggering operation of the operation information changing option, displaying the changed operation information and a new applet graphic code generated based on the changed operation information on the applet graphic code page;
Under the condition that the second terminal fails to recognize the applet graphic code, responding to the triggering operation of filling options for the passengers, and obtaining information filled by the users replacing the second terminal;
the information of the filled passengers, which is acquired by the applet graphic codes, is received from the server, the information display page of the target applet in the target application client is responded to the triggering operation of the information recording options, the information is displayed according to the input time sequence or the seat sequence of the information of the filled passengers, and the information is deleted under the condition that the information is wrong; the server is further configured to generate a ride record of the target vehicle based on the identification of the target vehicle, the operation information, and the filled-in information of the passengers;
and responding to the triggering operation of the export option in the information display page, exporting the information corresponding to the target vehicle, and generating an information file corresponding to the target vehicle, wherein the information file is in a form of a table.
4. A method of generating a graphic code, the method being performed by a server, the method comprising:
Receiving a graphic code generation request of a first terminal, wherein the graphic code generation request carries operation information of a target vehicle and a target user logged in by a target application client;
generating an identification of the target vehicle based on the operation information of the target vehicle;
generating an information acquisition page of the target applet based on the identification;
generating an applet graphic code for the target user based on the identification and the information acquisition page, wherein the applet graphic code is used for acquiring information of a user riding a target vehicle;
the small program graphic code is sent to the first terminal, and the first terminal is used for displaying a small program graphic code page, wherein the small program graphic code page comprises the small program graphic code, operation information of the target vehicle, options for changing operation information, options for filling in passengers and information recording options; the first terminal is further configured to, in case of an error in the operation information, respond to a trigger operation for the operation information modification option, and display, on the applet graphic code page, the modified operation information and a new applet graphic code generated based on the modified operation information; the first terminal is also used for responding to the triggering operation of filling options for the passengers under the condition that the second terminal fails to recognize the applet graphic codes, and obtaining the information filled by the users replacing the second terminal; the first terminal is further used for responding to the triggering operation of the information recording options, displaying the information according to the input time sequence or the seat sequence of the filled information of the passengers on the information display page of the target applet in the target application client, and deleting the information under the condition that the information is wrong; the information display page further comprises an export option, the first terminal is further used for exporting information corresponding to the target vehicle in response to triggering operation of the export option, and an information file corresponding to the target vehicle is generated, and is in a form of a table; the second terminal is used for responding to the identification of the applet graphic code in the applet graphic code page, acquiring page path information indicated by the applet graphic code and the identification of the target vehicle, and displaying an initial information acquisition page of the target applet in the target application client based on the page path information, wherein the initial information acquisition page comprises operation information and confirmation registration options of the target vehicle, the operation information comprises train number information and driver information, and the train number information comprises an outbound station, an arrival station and a license plate number; the second terminal is further configured to display, in response to an operation instruction for the confirmation registration option in the initial information acquisition page, the information acquisition page of the target applet, the information acquisition page being configured to acquire information of a user who boards the target vehicle;
Receiving an information input request sent by the second terminal based on the information acquisition page, wherein the information input request carries the identification of the target vehicle and the information of the filled passengers;
and generating a riding record of the target vehicle based on the identification of the target vehicle, the operation information and the information, and sending the information to the first terminal which the target user logs in.
5. An information acquisition apparatus, characterized by being applied to a second terminal, comprising:

The display module is used for displaying an initial information acquisition page of the target applet in the target application client based on the page path information, wherein the initial information acquisition page comprises operation information of the target vehicle and a confirmation registration option, the confirmation registration option is used for displaying the information acquisition page in response to a user instruction, the information acquisition page is used for acquiring information of a user riding on the target vehicle, the operation information comprises train number information and driver information, and the train number information comprises an outbound station, an arrival station and a license plate number;
the display module is further used for responding to an operation instruction for confirming the registration options in the initial information acquisition page and displaying the information acquisition page of the target applet;
