It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned terminal 11 and server 12 are only examples, and other existing or future terminals or servers may be suitable for the present application and are included within the scope of the present application and are herein incorporated by reference.
Based on the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for resource transfer, which is applied to a resource transfer application program of a terminal as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
in step 201, a resource transfer amount is obtained based on a resource transfer request of a first resource account of a target object.
The resource transfer application refers to an application capable of transferring resources, in which transfer between resources of different resource accounts can be achieved, for example, resources of a resource account of a target object can be transferred to a resource account of a third party, and resources of a resource account of a third party can also be transferred to a resource account of a target object. The resource account of the third party refers to a resource account of a non-target object, and may be a resource account of the resource transfer application program itself, or may be another resource account having a binding relationship with the resource transfer application program. The resource account refers to an account for managing resources, for example, when the resource is fund, the resource account is an account for managing the fund, such as a credit card account, a fund account, and the like. In the embodiment of the application, the target object has at least two resource account numbers, wherein a first resource account number of the target object refers to a resource account number needing to be transferred into a resource, and a second resource account number of the target object refers to a resource account number capable of transferring out the resource. For example, taking a resource as an example, for the same target object, the first resource account number may be a credit card account number of the target object to be paid, and the second resource account number may be a fund account number of the target object, which is capable of redeeming funds belonging to the fund account number and then transferring the redeemed funds from the fund account number to other fund account numbers.
When the first resource account of the target object needs to be transferred into the resource, the target object sends a resource transfer request of the first resource account to the resource transfer application program, and the resource transfer application program acquires the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object. Optionally, the manner of obtaining the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object includes, but is not limited to, the following two manners:
the first method is as follows: performing identity verification based on a resource transfer request of a resource account of the target object, wherein the resource transfer request comprises identity verification information; responding to the identity authentication, and displaying a list of the resource account of the target object; and responding to the first resource account of the target object in the list of the resource accounts of the target object, and acquiring a resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object based on a selection instruction of the first resource account of the target object.
For the same target object, there may be multiple resource accounts, and the target object may pre-bind some or all of the resource accounts in the resource transfer application. When a certain resource account of the target object needs to perform resource transfer, the target object sends a resource transfer request of the resource account, where the resource transfer request includes authentication information of the target object, for example, a name of the target object, an identity document number of the target object, a communication number of the target object, and the like. And the resource transfer application program carries out identity verification on the target object based on the identity verification information of the target object in the resource transfer request of the resource account of the target object. Optionally, the process of authenticating the target object includes, but is not limited to, verifying whether the name in the resource transfer request of the target object matches the identity document number, verifying whether the name in the resource transfer request of the target object matches the communication number, and the like.
When the identity authentication information of the target object is not matched, the identity authentication fails, and the target object identity authentication information can be prompted to be wrong. The embodiment of the application does not limit the prompting mode when the identity authentication fails. When the identity authentication information of the target object is matched, the identity authentication is passed, and at this time, a list of all resource account numbers bound by the target object in the resource transfer application program is displayed for the target object to select the first resource account number to be transferred to the resource, as shown in fig. 3. When the number of resource accounts is large, the list of the resource accounts can slide up and down, so that the target object can conveniently view all the resource accounts in the list. Optionally, an entry for selecting another resource account is displayed below the list of resource accounts, so that the target object selects another resource account not belonging to the list of resource accounts as the first resource account. For example, the "other resource account" shown in fig. 3 is taken as a portal for selecting other resource accounts.
When the resource account needing to be transferred into the resource is in the list of resource accounts, the target object can select the resource account, the resource account is used as a first resource account of the target object, and at the moment, the resource account application program obtains a selection instruction of the first resource account of the target object. Alternatively, the manner of selecting the resource account may be a single click, a double click, a long press, or the like. The resource transfer application program of the terminal can obtain the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object based on the selected instruction of the first resource account of the target object. For example, as shown in fig. 3, if a first resource account of a target object exists in the list of resource accounts of fig. 3, a resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object may be obtained based on a selection instruction of the first resource account.
And when the resource account needing to be transferred into the resource is not in the list of the resource accounts, acquiring the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object according to the mode two.
The second method comprises the following steps: and responding to the situation that the first resource account of the target object is not in the list of the resource accounts of the target object, displaying a resource account binding interface, acquiring the information of the first resource account of the target object in the resource account binding interface, and acquiring a resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object based on the information of the first resource account of the target object.
When the account number of the target object needing to be transferred into the resource is not in the list of the resource account numbers, the target object can trigger the selection of the entrance of other resource account numbers. For example, the target object clicks on "other resource account" in fig. 4 (1). At this time, a resource account binding interface is displayed in the resource transfer application program of the terminal, as shown in fig. 4(2), an information input box is displayed in the resource account binding interface, and the target object inputs information such as a name of a resource account to be transferred to the resource, a password of the resource account, and the like. The resource transfer application program obtains the information of the input resource account, and takes the input resource account as the first resource account of the target object. Optionally, the resource transfer application program verifies the acquired account information of the first resource account. And if the verification fails, prompting that the target object information is wrong, and clearing the information input box for re-inputting the target object. For example, when the verification fails, a prompt message "the resource account information is input incorrectly, please re-input" as shown in fig. 4(3) is displayed, and when the target object triggers the "confirm" option shown in fig. 4(3), the information input box shown in fig. 4(2) is displayed again. If the verification is successful, the resource transfer application program binds the first resource account of the target object according to the acquired information of the first resource account, so as to acquire a resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object.
Optionally, after the first resource account of the target object is obtained, the first resource account of the target object and the authentication information of the target object are verified again. If the verification result is that the first resource account of the target object does not belong to the target object, the verification fails, and the target object is prompted to verify the information of the first resource account; and if the verification result is that the first resource account of the target object belongs to the target object, the verification is successful, and the subsequent operation is continuously executed.
And the resource transfer application program of the terminal acquires the resource transfer quantity based on the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object. The resource transfer quantity refers to the quantity of resources to be transferred to by the first resource account of the target object. For example, taking the resource as the fund, the first resource account as the credit card account, and the resource transfer amount as the amount to be paid of the target credit card, such as 5000 yuan. Optionally, the manner of obtaining the resource transfer amount includes, but is not limited to, the following two ways:
mode 1: the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object comprises the resource transfer quantity, and the resource transfer quantity can be directly obtained according to the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object.
Mode 2: displaying a resource transfer quantity input interface based on a resource transfer request of a first resource account of a target object; and acquiring the input resource transfer quantity on a resource transfer quantity input interface.
And after the resource transfer request of the first resource account of the target object is acquired, displaying a resource transfer quantity input interface. The resource transfer input interface may be as shown in fig. 5 (1). And the target object inputs the resource transfer quantity on the resource transfer input interface, so that the resource transfer application program acquires the input resource transfer quantity.
In step 202, the number of the first resource to be locked in the second resource account of the target object is determined according to the resource transfer number.
The second resource account of the target object refers to a resource account capable of transferring out the resource. The source of the second resource account of the target object is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the second resource account of the target object may be a resource account having a fixed association relationship with the first resource account of the target object, may also be a resource account selected by the target object in the list of resource accounts, and may also be a resource account input by the target object. It should be noted that, in a normal state, the resource in the second resource account of the target object can generate an additional resource and can be transferred. For example, a fund in a fund account can generate revenue and can be redeemed, taking as an example the fund account targeted to the target object's second resource account.
After the resource transfer quantity is obtained, the quantity of the first resources to be locked, corresponding to the resource transfer quantity, in the second resource account of the target object is determined according to the resource transfer quantity. The first resource refers to a resource in the second resource account of the target object. Since the resource transfer amount refers to the amount of resources to be transferred to by the first resource account of the target object, the manner of determining the amount of the first resource to be locked according to the resource transfer amount includes, but is not limited to, the following two manners:
when the form of the resource to be transferred in the first resource account of the target object is the same as the form of the first resource, the number of the first resource to be locked is the same as the resource transfer number.
When the form of the resource to be transferred into the first resource account of the target object is different from the form of the first resource, the form of the resource to be transferred into the first resource account may be converted into the form identical to the form of the first resource, and then the quantity of the first resource may be determined according to the resource corresponding to the quantity of transferred resources. For example, when the form of the resource to be transferred in the first resource account of the target object is fund, and the form of the first resource is fund, the resource transfer amount refers to the fund transfer amount, the unit amount of the fund may be converted into a share of the fund, then the corresponding share of the fund is determined according to the fund transfer amount, and the share of the fund is used as the amount of the first resource to be locked.
In step 203, the first resource to be locked is locked in response to the number of the first resource to be locked not exceeding the reference number, the locked first resource being capable of generating additional resources but not being transferred.
After determining the number of first resources to be locked in the second resource account, determining whether the number of first resources to be locked exceeds a reference number. The reference number may be set according to the total resource number in the second resource account, for example, the reference number may be the total resource number in the second resource account, or may be 80% of the total resource number in the second resource account.
When the number of the first resources to be locked exceeds the reference number, the resource transfer application program prompts that the number of the resources in the second resource account of the target object is insufficient. For example, as shown in fig. 5(2), a popup window is presented, and the content in the popup window is "the resource amount is insufficient". When the time of the prompt information exceeds the reference time or when the target object triggers the "determine" option in fig. 5(2), the resource transfer quantity input interface shown in fig. 5(1) may be returned, or the first interface of the resource transfer application program may be returned, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The reference time may be set empirically, such as 5 seconds, etc.
And locking the first resource to be locked when the number of the first resource to be locked does not exceed the reference number. The result of locking the first resource to be locked may be a successful lock or a failed lock. Optionally, when the locking result is a locking failure, the target object is prompted to fail to lock, and the first resource is still in a state to be locked, that is, in a state capable of generating additional accessory resources and being transferred. When the locking result is that the lock is successfully locked, the first resource is in a locked state, and the locked first resource can continue to generate additional resources but cannot be transferred. For example, in the case of a fund that is a first resource, the fund is able to generate revenue and be redeemed to other funding accounts when in a locked state, and the fund is still able to continue to generate revenue but is not redeemed to other funding accounts when in a locked state.
In step 204, in response to the successful locking, transferring a second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object, where the number of the second resource corresponds to the number of the first resource.
And after the first resource is successfully locked, determining the quantity of the second resource in the resource account of the third party according to the quantity of the first resource. The number of second resources corresponds to the number of first resources. When the form of the second resource is the same as the form of the first resource, the number of the second resource is the same as the number of the first resource; when the form of the second resource is different from the form of the first resource, the form of the first resource may be converted into the form identical to the form of the second resource, and then the number of the second resource is determined according to the resource corresponding to the number of the first resource. For example, when the second resource is in the form of fund and the first resource is in the form of fund, the amount of the first resource refers to the share of the fund, the share of the fund per unit may be converted into the amount of the fund, and then the corresponding amount of the fund is determined according to the share of the fund, and the amount of the fund is used as the amount of the second resource. The resource account of the third party may be a resource account of the resource transfer application program itself, or may be another resource account having a binding relationship with the resource transfer application program.
And after the quantity of the second resources in the resource account of the third party is determined according to the quantity of the locked first resources, transferring the second resources in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object. For example, taking the first resource account of the target object as a credit card account, the second resource account of the target object as a fund account, and the resource account of the third party as a fund account, the fund of the third party is transferred to the credit card account of the target object, and this process is equivalent to that the third party replaces the target object to pay for the credit card. In the process, the locked fund in the fund account number of the target object can play a role in providing fund guarantee.
Optionally, transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object includes: and transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to a transfer platform, wherein the transfer platform is used for transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object.
And adding a transfer platform in the process of transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object. First, transferring a second resource in the resource account of the third party to a transfer platform, and then transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object by the transfer platform. For example, taking a resource account of a third party as a capital account and a first resource account of a target object as a credit card account as an example, the transfer platform may be a union pay electronic, which refers to a platform for providing bank card payment and capital settlement services for various merchants and users by relying on a nationwide unified inter-bank information exchange network of the union pay of China. In the process of repayment of the credit card by the third party instead of the target object, the funds in the fund account number of the third party are paid to the Unionpay electron, and then the funds are paid to the credit card account number of the target object by the Unionpay electron, wherein the credit card account number refers to the account number of the credit card in the card-opening bank. The transfer platform is added, so that the path of resource transfer can be shortened, and the success rate of resource transfer is improved.
Optionally, the transfer result of transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object includes, but is not limited to, the following three types:
the result is as follows: the resource transfer result is a resource transfer failure, and the frequency of the resource transfer failure does not exceed a threshold value.
And when the resource transfer is interrupted or abnormal, the resource transfer result is the failure of the resource transfer. The reason for the interruption of resource transfer or the abnormality of resource transfer may be a network failure or a system failure, or may be other factors, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. And when the resource transfer fails, judging the number of times of the resource transfer failure, if the number of times of the resource transfer failure does not exceed a threshold value, continuing to perform the operation of transferring the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object until the resource transfer result is that the resource transfer is successful or the number of times of the resource transfer failure exceeds the threshold value. The threshold value may be set empirically, for example, 3 times, or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario.
And a second result: and the resource transfer result is a resource transfer failure, and the frequency of the resource transfer failure exceeds a threshold value. With this result, the locked first resource is unlocked. At this time, the first resource is still in the second resource account of the target object, and the first resource after being unlocked can generate additional resources and can be transferred. Taking the first resource as the fund as an example, the fund after being unlocked can generate income and can be redeemed and transferred to other fund accounts. Optionally, the operation of unlocking the first resource fails for a plurality of times, and the first resource is manually unlocked after manual processing.
And a third result: and the resource transfer result is that the resource transfer is successful.
When the second resource in the resource account of the third party is successfully transferred to the first resource account of the target object, the first resource account of the target object obtains the second resource, but the second resource is lost in the resource account of the third party. In this case, step 205 is performed.
In step 205, in response to that the resource transfer result is that the resource transfer is successful, the locked first resource is unlocked, and the unlocked first resource is transferred to the resource account of the third party.
And when the resource transfer result is that the resource transfer is successful, unlocking the locked first resource, and then transferring the unlocked first resource to a resource account of a third party. This process amounts to compensating for the lost second resource in the third party resource account with the first resource in the second resource account of the target object. As shown in fig. 6, in the whole resource transfer process, on the premise that the first resource of the second resource account of the target object is locked, the second resource in the resource account of the third party is transferred to the first resource account of the target object, and after the transfer is successful, the first resource of the second resource account of the target object is unlocked and transferred to the resource account of the third party.
In the related technology, in the process of transferring resources, first resources in a second resource account of a target object are transferred to a resource account of a third party, and then second resources corresponding to the first resources in the resource account of the third party are transferred to the first resource account of the target object. After the first resource is transferred to the resource account of the third party, the first resource cannot generate additional accessory resources, so that when the resource transfer period is long, part of the additional resources are lost. In the embodiment of the application, the first resource of the second resource account of the target object is locked, and after the second resource in the third-party resource account is successfully transferred to the first resource account of the target object, the first resource of the second resource account of the target object is unlocked and transferred to the account of the third-party resource. Since the first resource can continue to generate additional resources during the locked period, the resource of the target object is not lost even if the period of resource transfer is long.
In addition, in the related art, if the transfer of the second resource in the resource account of the third party to the first resource account of the target object fails, the third party has acquired the second resource transferred by the second resource account of the target object, so that the second resource needs to be returned, even manual intervention may be required, and the processing flow of the transfer failure is complex. In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, if the transfer of the second resource of the third party to the first resource account of the target object fails, only the locked first resource needs to be unlocked, and the processing flow of the transfer failure is simple.
For ease of understanding, a specific resource transfer application scenario is described as an example, and the resource transfer process may be as shown in fig. 7. The resource transfer scenario shown in fig. 7 is a scenario in which the target object transfers a credit card with funds based on a third-party merchant platform. In the scene, the first resource account number of the target object is the credit card account number of the target object; the second resource account of the target object is a fund account of the target object; the resource account of the third party is the fund account of the third party merchant platform; the resource transfer amount is the amount of money to be paid by the credit card of the target object; the first resource of the second resource account of the target object is a fund with a certain share corresponding to the amount to be paid of the credit card; and the second resource of the third-party resource account is the fund corresponding to the amount to be paid by the credit card.
In the scenario shown in fig. 7, three main bodies, namely a target object, a third-party merchant platform and a bank, are involved. The third party merchant platform may refer to an application that interfaces to different third party fund companies, the third party merchant platform having fund services, card services, and a fund payment system. The fund service refers to services related to fund, such as product introduction, fund purchase, fund recommendation, fund management and the like of the fund; the card service is the service of managing the credit card bound by the target object on the third-party merchant platform; the fund payment system is a system capable of realizing transfer of a credit card by fund. The premise for this scenario implementation is that the target object purchases a share of funds at the third party merchant platform. The following specifically describes a resource transfer process based on the application scenario shown in fig. 7.
Firstly, a fund-to-credit card request is initiated by a target object, the request comprises identity verification information of the target object, and a fund repayment system in a third-party merchant platform verifies the identity of the target object. And after the identity authentication is successful, the card service of the third-party merchant platform acquires a credit card list corresponding to the identity authentication information of the target object and displays the credit card list. If the credit card to be paid is in the list, the third-party merchant platform jumps to a payment amount input page to acquire a payment amount based on a selection instruction of the target object to the credit card to be paid; and if the credit card to be paid is not in the list, the third-party merchant platform jumps to a payment amount input page to acquire the payment amount based on the related information of the credit card to be paid, which is input in the information input box by the target object. Optionally, after determining the credit card to be paid, the fund payment system performs secondary verification on the card number of the credit card to be paid and the name of the target object. After the verification is successful, the third-party merchant platform determines the share of the fund to be locked corresponding to the repayment amount according to the obtained repayment amount, then the fund with the instruction share is locked, and the fund can not be redeemed but still can generate income during the locking period. And after the locking is successful, the fund repayment system of the third-party merchant platform utilizes the funds of the third-party merchant platform to carry out the substitute repayment operation. And the fund repayment system sends a repayment request to a card-opening bank of the credit card of the target object, and then polls to send a repayment result inquiry request to the bank and waits. And if the repayment result returned by the bank is that the repayment is successful, the third-party merchant platform unlocks the locked fund and carries out redemption and payment processing, a fund repayment system of the third-party merchant platform collects money, and the redeemed fund is placed in a fund account of the third-party merchant platform. And if the payment result returned by the bank is that the payment is failed, the third-party merchant platform unlocks the locked fund, and the fund after unlocking still belongs to the target object. And finally, the third-party merchant platform informs the target object of the repayment result, namely whether the fund transfer to the credit card of the target object is successful or not.
In the embodiment of the application, the first resource in the second resource account of the target object is locked, and during the locked period, the first resource can continue to generate additional resources. And after the second resource in the resource account of the third party is successfully transferred to the first resource account of the target object, unlocking the first resource in the second resource account of the target object and transferring the first resource to the resource account of the third party. In the whole resource transferring process, even if the resource transferring period is long, the loss of additional resources can not be caused, the resources of the target object can be ensured to be lossless, the resource transferring effect is improved, and the user experience is improved.
