The working principle is as follows: the plastic pipe fitting is placed on the material loading plate frame 5, namely, a piston rod is driven by a cylinder III 407 in each translation unit to push a workpiece clamping block 409 to lift the plastic pipe fitting, a transmission rod II 402 is driven by a motor III 401 to rotate, a gear 403 on the transmission rod II 402 is respectively meshed with a spur rack 410 in each translation unit for transmission, the spur rack 410 slides in a wedge-shaped groove 405 of a fixed block 404, the plastic pipe fitting on the workpiece clamping block 409 is translated to be right above a transmission roller 315, the piston rod is driven by the cylinder III 407 to pull the workpiece clamping block 409 to place the plastic pipe fitting on the transmission roller 315 of the workpiece lifting mechanism 3, the transmission rod I302 is driven by the motor II 316 to rotate according to the size of the plastic pipe fitting, the bevel gear I303 in each lifting unit is meshed with a bevel gear II 304 for transmission, and the bevel gear II 304 drives the bevel gear III 306 to be meshed with a bevel, thereby driving the screw rod 308 to rotate, enabling the sleeve 309 in threaded connection on the screw rod 308 to move in the vertical direction, enabling the sleeve 309 to push the lifting beam 313 to move in the vertical direction, thereby adjusting the height of the conveying roller 315 in each lifting unit, enabling the central lines of the plastic pipe fittings on the positioning barrel 215 to coincide in the horizontal direction, enabling the plastic pipe fittings to pass through the cutting wheel 2021 via the positioning barrel 215 to be erected in a similar circle formed by the first fixture block 2121 and the second fixture block 2131, driving the second fixture block 2131 via the cylinder two 213 to enable the first fixture block 2121 and the second fixture block 2131 to lock the plastic pipe fittings, driving the rotating gear via the gear belt 209 via the first motor 211 to drive the gear belt connecting block to move rightwards in the horizontal direction, enabling the moving rack 201 to move rightwards on the guide rail 207 via the slider 210, enabling the moving rack 201 to drive the plastic pipe to move on the truncation platform 2, and after the cutting length of the plastic pipe is adjusted once, and (3) pulling the second clamping block 2131 by the second air cylinder 213, loosening the plastic pipe fittings by the first clamping block 2121 and the second clamping block 2131, driving the rotating gear to drive the gear belt connecting block to move leftwards in the horizontal direction through the first motor 211, driving the moving rack 201 to move leftwards on the guide rail 207 through the sliding block 210, returning the moving rack 201 to the initial position, repeating the step of adjusting the cutting length of the plastic pipe fittings until the plastic pipe fittings reach the required cutting length, and finishing the cutting of the plastic pipe fittings.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1.
