please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 with reference to fig. 3, which are a system block diagram, a system architecture diagram and a usage status diagram according to a first embodiment of the present invention; when the invention is used, the invention mainly uses the guide information platform system 10, the guide electronic device 20 and the portable electronic devices 30, and matches the guide electronic device 20 and at least one portable electronic device 30 to perform a two-way data execution program of one of a calling program, a plurality of virtual reality push programs, a plurality of introduction programs, a plurality of multimedia push programs, a plurality of commodity push programs and a plurality of instant interaction programs through the guide information platform system 10; in detail, the invention can solve the problems of inconvenience of tour guide due to roll call and inventory check, introduction of scenic spots and commodity sales in the prior art, and solves the practical problems of people in the team tour process.
Please refer to fig. 4 and 5, which are schematic views illustrating a usage status of the first embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 shows the interface data of the roll call procedure, the portable electronic devices 30 send the exclusive identification information to the tour guide electronic device 20 at regular time by each group member as the basis for member arrival, which is different from the conventional roll call method, not only accurate, but also increasing the efficiency of member counting; or the tour guide electronic device 20 sends identification information to the portable electronic devices 30 at regular time and establishes confirmation of bidirectional information transmission and feedback; in detail, especially for large-scale groups with a large number of team members, the management can be more convenient, the missing situation of member counting is greatly reduced, the burden of counting personnel is reduced, and the team management is more convenient and more reliable; in addition, the team member can also quickly receive and use the related preset data, and the convenience and the efficiency of team activities such as tourism and the like are improved.

Referring to fig. 9, a flowchart of a navigation method 200 according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown; compared with the first embodiment, the difference of this embodiment is that in a feedback ordering step S5, the feedback module 32 of at least one portable electronic device 30 transmits at least one purchase ordering command to the tour guide information platform system 10, and the merchandise sales module 13 transmits at least one purchase confirmation message to the tour guide electronic device 20 via the data transmission module 15; in detail, the embodiment can provide service functions of various mobile advertisement delivery, multimedia services, two-way message communication, Wi-fi communication internet access and the like, and integrates the functions into a whole, so that the interaction between a guide and a group member is fully realized, the interest and hobbies of the group member are greatly excavated, and the consumption willingness of the group member is improved; therefore, the embodiment can also achieve the implementation efficacy and technical efficacy as the first embodiment.

Secondly, the invention provides the utility of carrying out operation processing on various voice dialogues and language characters, so that the interactive communication between the team member and the tour guide is simpler, more convenient and more humanized.

a tour guide information platform system, which comprises: the database module is used for storing a plurality of scenery spot virtual reality data, a plurality of scenery spot data, a plurality of commodity data, a plurality of multimedia data, a plurality of group member data, a plurality of travel data, a plurality of language data, a plurality of interface data and a plurality of map data; a virtual reality module, which is coupled with the database module and is used for carrying out data integration on the data in the database module and providing at least one virtual reality execution program; a commodity sale module which is coupled with the database module and is used for carrying out data operation and integration display on the data in the database module and providing at least one shopping execution program; an interface module, which is respectively coupled with the database module, the virtual reality module and the commodity sales module, and is used for carrying out operation processing on the data in the database module, the virtual reality program or the shopping execution program and generating at least one interface information; and a data transmission module, which is respectively coupled with the database module, the virtual reality module, the commodity sales module and the interface module and is used for transmitting data or information;
a tour guide electronic device, the signal of which is connected with the tour guide information platform system and which is provided with an operation processing module, a control module, a roll calling module, a display module, a storage module and a wireless module, wherein the operation processing module is electrically connected with the control module, the roll calling module, the display module, the storage module and the wireless module; and
a plurality of portable electronic devices, which are selected from one or the combination of the tour guide electronic device and the tour guide information platform system in signal connection, and the portable electronic devices are provided with an audio-video module and a feedback module;
the guide electronic device and at least one portable electronic device perform a two-way data execution program of one of a click-to-call program, a plurality of virtual reality push programs, a plurality of introduction programs, a plurality of multimedia push programs, a plurality of commodity push programs and a plurality of real-time interaction programs through the guide information platform system.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tour guide information platform system further comprises a firewall module, the firewall module is coupled to the database module and the data transmission module, and is configured to check and monitor the transmission of data in the database module, and filter the data or commands transmitted by the data transmission module.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the database module further comprises a plurality of historical data and a plurality of voice data for presenting in at least one interface information selected by the tour guide electronic device and the portable electronic device.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wireless module of the electronic device is selected from a signal transmission method selected from one of a mobile network protocol method, a wireless lan, a home automation wireless network Z-wave, ZigBee, NFC and Bluetooth beacon, and the electronic device is connected to at least one portable electronic device via wireless signals, and the electronic device is connected to at least one external server via network.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tour guide information platform system is disposed in at least one server, and the portable electronic devices are selected from a smart phone and a tablet computer.
6. A tour guide method using the multimedia tour guide system for tour guide of claim 1, comprising:
a starting step, starting the tour guide electronic device and the plurality of portable electronic devices;
a signal connection step, wherein the tour guide electronic device is selected from one or a combination of the portable electronic devices and the tour guide information platform system through signal connection;
a data transmission step, the tour guide electronic device is selected from one or the combination of the portable electronic devices and the tour guide information platform system to perform data transmission;
a navigation executing step, the navigation executing step comprising:
a roll calling step, wherein the roll calling program is executed by the tour guide electronic device, the tour guide electronic device transmits a roll calling command to the tour guide information platform system, and the tour guide information platform system displays map position information in at least one group of member data or at least one scenery spot data corresponding to a plurality of portable electronic devices on interface information and transmits the interface information back to the tour guide electronic device;
an introduction step, the guide electronic device executes the introduction program, the guide electronic device transmits an introduction command to the guide information platform system, the guide information platform system integrates one or a combination of at least one scenery spot data, at least one commodity data, at least one multimedia data and at least one travel data according to the introduction command, generates interface information, and transmits the interface information back to the plurality of portable electronic devices or one of the portable electronic devices;
a multimedia transmission step, the guide electronic device executes the multimedia push program, the guide electronic device transmits a multimedia push command to the guide information platform system, the guide information platform system integrates at least one multimedia data according to the multimedia push command, generates an interface information, and transmits the interface information back to the plurality of portable electronic devices or one of the portable electronic devices;
a virtual reality broadcasting step, the guide electronic device executes the virtual reality broadcasting program, the guide electronic device transmits a virtual reality broadcasting command to the guide information platform system, the guide information platform system carries out virtual reality integration on one or the combination of at least one scenery spot virtual reality data, at least one scenery spot data, at least one multimedia data, at least one travel data and at least one language data according to the virtual reality broadcasting command, generates interface information with virtual reality and transmits the interface information back to the plurality of portable electronic devices or one of the portable electronic devices;
a real-time interactive program step, the tour guide electronic device executes the real-time interactive program, the tour guide electronic device directly transmits point-to-point data or information with the portable electronic devices, or the tour guide electronic device transmits data or information with the portable electronic devices by the tour guide information platform system;
a commodity broadcasting step, the guiding electronic device executes the commodity broadcasting program, the guiding electronic device or at least one portable electronic device transmits at least one commodity broadcasting command to the guiding information platform system, the guiding information platform system further integrates at least one or a combination of commodity data and at least one multimedia data according to the commodity broadcasting command transmitted by the guiding electronic device or at least one portable electronic device, and transmits the interface information back to the portable electronic devices or one portable electronic device.

The method as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a firewall monitoring step, wherein the tour guide information platform system further comprises a firewall module for checking and monitoring the transmission of data in the database module, and filtering the data or commands transmitted by the data transmission module.

The method as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a wireless signal sharing step, wherein the wireless module of the electronic device is selected from a signal transmission method selected from one of a mobile network protocol, a wireless local area network, a home automation wireless network Z-wave, ZigBee, NFC, and bluetooth beacon, and the wireless signal is connected to at least one portable electronic device, and the electronic device is used for the portable electronic device to connect to at least one external server via a network.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the calling step is performed by displaying at least one portable electronic device on at least one map data, the map data represents and designates the geographic location information of the portable electronic device, and the map data is displayed on the interface information.

The method as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a step of issuing an order by a feedback, wherein at least one portable electronic device transmits at least one order-issuing purchase command to the tour guide information platform system, and the merchandise sales module transmits at least one purchase confirmation message to the tour guide electronic device via the data transmission module.
