Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative and are only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the information management method according to the embodiment of the present application may be used for the manufacturing execution system 10 to generate a stock list for a stock preparation process of a production process. The information management method comprises the following steps:
step S1, obtaining a material preparation work order and a material consumption table of the material preparation work order;
step S2, determining a processing procedure, wherein the processing procedure comprises a preassembly procedure and an assembly procedure; and
and step S3, generating a stock list according to the material consumption table and the processing procedure.
Specifically, the manufacturing execution system 10 may include an acquisition module 11, a determination module 12, and a processing module 13, and step S1 may be implemented by the acquisition module 11, step S2 may be implemented by the determination module 12, and step S3 may be implemented by the processing module 13. That is, the obtaining module 11 may be used to obtain the stock preparation order and the material usage table of the stock preparation order. The determination module 12 may be used to determine a manufacturing process, which includes a pre-assembly process and an assembly process. The processing module 13 may be used to generate a stock list based on the usage and processing schedules.
It should be noted that the pre-assembly process may be a production process section in which raw materials are assembled into components, i.e., a pre-processing process section in which raw materials are assembled into finished products. The assembly process may be a production stage in which raw materials are assembled into a finished product. The material usage schedule for the stock order may include detailed information regarding the type, name, model, function, size, and/or quantity of raw materials used to process the formed product in the stock order.
In the information management method and the manufacturing execution system 10 according to the embodiment of the present application, the stock preparation sheet generated according to the material usage table and the processing procedure can realize separate stock preparation for assembly and pre-processing according to the same assembly order, thereby eliminating a pre-processing order that must be set up and reducing the workload. And the manual removal of the pre-processing assembly in each assembly material list is eliminated, so that the workload is reduced, and the risk of removing wrong materials is reduced.
In step S2, the processing procedure may be determined according to the user input. It can be understood that after the stock preparation work order is obtained, the user can select the corresponding processing procedure according to the actual production processing requirement. For example, after obtaining the stock preparation work order, the user may select to input the pre-assembly process according to the processing requirement, so that the manufacturing execution system 10 may determine that the processing process requiring stock preparation is the pre-assembly process according to the user input; or the user may select the input assembly process according to the processing requirement, so that the manufacturing execution system 10 may determine the processing process requiring material preparation as the assembly process according to the user input;
referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, step S3 includes:
step S32, generating a stock list according to the stock list and the preassembly process; or
Step S34, generating a stock list according to the material table and the assembly process.
Specifically, steps S32 and S34 may be implemented by the processing module 13. That is, the processing module 13 may be used to generate a stock bill from the stock schedule and the pre-assembly process, or the processing module 13 may be used to generate a stock bill from the stock schedule and the assembly process.
Therefore, the material preparation list is correspondingly generated according to different manufacturing procedures, the material preparation can be separately carried out according to the same assembly work list for assembly and pre-processing, the pre-processing work list which needs to be set up is cancelled, and the workload is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S32 includes:
step S322, obtaining a bill of materials of a product corresponding to the stock preparation work order, and judging whether a virtual component exists in the bill of materials;
step S324, generating a material list according to the material list, the material using table and the preassembly process under the condition that the virtual component exists in the material list; or
Step S326, sending an error notification signal when no virtual component exists in the bill of materials.
Specifically, the processing module 13 includes the acquiring unit 132, the judging unit 134, the processing unit 136, and the error reporting unit, and step S322 may be implemented by the acquiring unit 132 and the judging unit 134, step S324 may be implemented by the processing unit 136, and step S326 may be implemented by the error reporting unit. That is, the obtaining unit 132 may be configured to obtain a bill of materials of a product corresponding to the preparation work order. The determining unit 134 may be configured to determine whether a virtual component exists in the bill of materials. In the event that there are virtual components in the bill of materials, the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a bill of materials from the bill of materials, the usage list, and the pre-assembly process. The error reporting unit may be configured to send an error reporting alert if the virtual component is not present in the bill of materials.
It will be appreciated that the pre-assembly process is the production of the component from raw materials, and only sub-items of the component need to be prepared. Therefore, whether the product has the virtual component or not can be determined according to the bill of materials of the product corresponding to the stock preparation work order, if the virtual component exists in the bill of materials, the product conforms to the processing mode of the pre-assembly process, and the stock preparation order generation of the pre-assembly process section can be realized by combining the bill of materials and the material consumption table. If the virtual component does not exist in the bill of materials, the product does not conform to the processing mode of the preassembly process, namely, the raw material does not need to be processed into the component, and at the moment, the error reporting unit can report errors so as to send an error reporting prompt signal.
In one example, the error signal may be one or more of a sound signal sent through a speaker, a light signal sent through a display lamp, a text signal sent through a display screen, and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, step S324 includes:
step S3242, determining whether the virtual component is included in the pre-processing component category of the manufacturing execution system 10;
step S3244, in a case that the pre-processing component category of the manufacturing execution system 10 includes the virtual component, obtaining a sub-item bill of materials of the virtual component, and generating a preparation list according to the materials in the sub-item bill of materials and in the material table; or
In step S3246, when the virtual component is not included in the pre-processing component type of the manufacturing execution system 10, an error notification signal is transmitted.
Specifically, step S3242 may be implemented by the determination unit 134, step S3244 may be implemented by the acquisition unit 132 and the processing unit 136, and step S3246 may be implemented by the error reporting unit. That is, the determining unit 134 may be used to determine whether the virtual component is included in the pre-processed component category of the MES 10. In the case that the virtual component is included in the pre-processing component category of the manufacturing execution system 10, the obtaining unit 132 may be configured to obtain a sub-item bill of materials of the virtual component, and the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a preparation list according to the materials in the sub-item bill of materials and in the material list. In the event that no virtual component is included in the pre-process component category of the manufacturing execution system 10, an error notification unit may be used to send an error notification signal.
Thus, if it is determined in step S324 that the existing virtual component is included in the pre-processed component category of the fab system, it means that the virtual component can be pre-assembled in the fab system 10, i.e. the virtual component is determined to be a pre-assembly process, so that a stock list can be generated according to the sub-item bill of materials and the material table of the virtual component. If it is determined in step S324 that the existing virtual component is not included in the pre-processed component category of the fab system, it indicates that the virtual component is not pre-assembled in the fab execution system 10, and at this time, the error reporting unit may report an error and send an error reporting signal.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, step S34 includes:
step S342, a bill of materials of a product corresponding to the stock preparation work order is obtained, and whether a virtual component exists in the bill of materials is judged;
step S344, under the condition that the virtual component exists in the bill of materials, generating a material preparation list according to the bill of materials, the material using table and the assembly process; or
And step S346, generating a stock list according to the material consumption table under the condition that the virtual component does not exist in the material list.
Specifically, step S342 may be implemented by the acquisition unit 132 and the determination unit 134, and step S344 and step S346 may be implemented by the processing unit. That is, the obtaining unit 132 may be configured to obtain a bill of materials of a product corresponding to the preparation work order. The determining unit 134 may be configured to determine whether a virtual component exists in the bill of materials. In the case where there are virtual components in the bill of materials, the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a bill of materials from the bill of materials, the usage list, and the assembly process. In the event that there are no virtual components in the bill of materials, the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a stock bill from the stock bill.
It can be understood that the virtual components can be processed in the pre-assembly process, so that the raw materials of the virtual components do not need to be prepared in the assembly process, and thus, after the assembly process is selected, whether the material preparation order can directly generate the material preparation order or not can be determined by judging whether the virtual components exist in the bill of materials of the product corresponding to the material preparation order.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, step S344 includes:
step S3442, determining whether the pre-processing component type of the manufacturing execution system 10 includes the virtual component;
step S3444, when the pre-processing component category of the manufacturing execution system 10 includes the virtual component, obtaining a sub-item bill of materials of the virtual component, and generating a stock list according to the sub-item bill of materials, the stock preparation work order, and the material usage table; or
In step S3446, if the pre-processing component type of the manufacturing execution system 10 does not include a dummy component, a stock list is generated from the stock table.
Specifically, step S3442 may be implemented by the determination unit 134, step S3444 may be implemented by the acquisition unit 132 and the processing unit 136, and step S3446 may be implemented by the processing unit 136. That is, the determining unit 134 may be used to determine whether the virtual component is included in the pre-processed component category of the MES 10. In the case that the virtual component is included in the pre-processing component category of the manufacturing execution system 10, the obtaining unit 132 may be configured to obtain a sub-item bill of materials of the virtual component, and the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a preparation list according to the sub-item bill of materials, the preparation order, and the usage list. In the event that no virtual components are included in the pre-process component category of the manufacturing execution system 10, the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a preparation slip from the usage schedule.
Thus, if it is determined in step S344 that the existing virtual component is included in the pre-processed component category of the fab system, it indicates that the virtual component can be pre-assembled in the fab execution system 10, i.e., the virtual component is determined to be a pre-assembly process, so that the material of the sub-item bill of materials of the virtual component can be combined according to the material table to generate the material list. If it is determined in step S344 that the existing virtual component is not included in the pre-processed component category of the fab system, it indicates that the virtual component is not pre-assembled in the fab system 10, and at this time, the virtual component does not belong to the pre-assembly process of the fab system 10, and the processing unit 136 may directly generate the stock list according to the stock table.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, step S3444 includes:
step S34442, judging whether the materials in the sub item material list are in a material using table;
step S34444, under the condition that the materials in the sub-item bill of materials are in the material consumption table, removing the materials in the sub-item bill of materials from the material consumption table to generate a material preparation list;
step S34446, under the condition that the materials in the sub item bill of materials are not in the material consumption table, generating a material preparation list according to the material consumption table.
Specifically, step S34442 may be implemented by the determination unit 134, and step S34444 and step S34446 may be implemented by the processing unit 136. That is, the determining unit 134 may be configured to determine whether the materials in the sub-item bill of materials are in the material table. In the case of a material in a sub-item bill of materials being in a usage table, the processing unit 136 may be configured to cull the material of the sub-item bill of materials from the usage table to generate a preparation list. In the event that the materials in the sub-item bill of materials are not in a usage table, the processing unit 136 may be configured to generate a preparation list from the usage table.
Thus, in the case that the dummy component belongs to a pre-processed component of the MES 10, the material of the dummy component is not required to be prepared in the assembly process of the MES 10, and the prepared material of the dummy component can be removed. And generating a corresponding stock preparation sheet by combining the material table of the stock preparation work sheet.
