In one embodiment, a production system is provided, which includes a transport system and a management system, wherein the transport system is disposed in a stock preparation warehouse, and the stock preparation warehouse divides a plurality of stock preparation areas according to material attributes. In one embodiment, the middle layer channel transmission mechanism comprises a middle layer material transmission belt and an upper layer material transmission belt, and the middle layer transmission belt and the upper layer transmission belt are arranged in the stock preparation warehouse. The upper-layer material conveying belt and the middle-layer material conveying belt are arranged in a vertically layered manner and extend along the arrangement direction of the material preparation areas; the upper material conveying belt is positioned on the upper layer of the middle material conveying belt. Through setting up two-layer material transmission band, be used for material transmission and empty case backward flow, convenient to use respectively.
In one embodiment, the distance between the middle material conveying belt and the upper material conveying belt is kept at 25 cm. Through setting up 25 cm's interval, the interval between two-layer transmission band is moderate, can not be too big occupation space of interval, can not lead to the material/empty case to be difficult to place apart from the undersize yet. Specifically, the distance between the upper material conveying belt and the ground is about 92cm, the distance between the middle material conveying belt and the ground is about 57cm, and the height of the conveying belt is 10 cm.
In one embodiment, the conveying system further comprises a material cross-floor conveying belt, and the middle-layer material conveying belt and the upper-layer material conveying belt can be in butt joint with the material cross-floor conveying belt. Wherein, the material strides the floor transmission band and is used for carrying on the material and strides floor transmission. The middle-layer material conveying belt and the upper-layer material conveying belt are used for conveying articles placed by staff in the material preparation area to the material cross-floor conveying belt, the materials are conveyed to other floors through the material cross-floor conveying belt, and the materials can be conveyed to the position of the material preparation area through the material cross-floor conveying belt and the upper-layer material conveying belt. The floor transmission band is striden to butt joint material through middle level material transmission band and upper material transmission band, can realize striding the floor and transmit, and the convenience is high.
In one embodiment, the conveying system further comprises a bidirectional corner device, and the middle material conveying belt and the upper material conveying belt are in butt joint with the material cross-floor conveying belt through the bidirectional corner device. The number of the two-way corner devices can be multiple, and the middle-layer material conveying belt and the upper-layer material conveying belt are respectively in butt joint with the material cross-floor conveying belts through the corresponding two-way corner devices. The bidirectional corner equipment is used for realizing the butt joint of the turns of the tracks in different directions, and the middle-layer material conveying belt and the upper-layer material conveying belt are in butt joint with the materials across the floor conveying belts by adopting the bidirectional corner equipment, so that the connection of the different conveying belts is more natural, and the conveying of the objects is more stable.
In one embodiment, the conveyor system further comprises a hoist that interfaces with the material transfer cross-floor belt. Specifically, the butt joint of floor transmission band is striden with the material to the material realization through the lifting machine, realizes the high conveying of striding of material, convenient to use.
For example, as shown in fig. 6-8, the middle material conveying belt and the upper material conveying belt are inclined upward at the end of the last material preparation area of the material preparation warehouse, and the two-way corner device is used for realizing the butt joint with the inclined upward section of the cross-floor conveying line of the electronic material of the original six floors; and a pedestrian passageway is arranged below the horizontal transmission section after the first turning.
In one embodiment, the management system further comprises a plurality of printers, at least one printer is respectively arranged in a plurality of stock preparation areas of the stock preparation warehouse, and the printers in the same stock preparation area are connected with the terminal 410. The terminal 410 may send information to be printed to a printer for printing, for example, send the received stock list to the printer for printing, so that a worker can check a paper document, and convenience in stock preparation is improved.
Taking the terminal 410 as an integrated machine, the stock preparation warehouse is divided into 6 stock preparation areas as an example, the stock preparation warehouse is sequentially divided into six areas from left to right, each stock preparation area is provided with an integrated machine and a printer, and automatic printing and synchronous printing according to areas can be realized on stock preparation lists. Each material preparation area all-in-one machine displays and displays material information of a current material preparation list in the area, so that the timeliness of information transmission is guaranteed, and the problem that workers need to use a jacking list as a unique material preparation reference mark is solved.
As shown in fig. 9, the user imports a production order for planned production, and after confirming that no errors exist, the production order is merged to generate a stock preparation list, and the stock preparation list is subjected to data processing; when a production line calls materials and an administrator confirms to call the materials, the stock preparation list is sent to the all-in-one machine of the stock preparation area to carry out stock preparation reminding; the staff in the material preparation area starts the material preparation according to the material preparation list, and the scanning error prevention, the alignment inspection and the code pasting and the line feeding are carried out in the material preparation process.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

Claims (14)

1. A production stock management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a production order of planned production;
determining preset type information of the production orders, combining the production orders with the same preset type information and generating a stock preparation;
acquiring material information of the material preparation list and manufacturer information of the material preparation list based on a production order for generating the material preparation list to obtain a material list of the material preparation list;
and when a stock preparation instruction is received, sending the bill of materials of the stock preparation list to a receiving end of each stock preparation area of the stock preparation warehouse.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset type information includes a production date and a material code; the merging of production orders with the same preset type information and generating a stock preparation comprises:
when the production order meets the preset condition of changing the production date, changing the production date of the corresponding production order;
and screening the production orders with the same production date and the same material code, and combining the screened production orders to obtain a stock preparation list.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining material information of the preparation list comprises:
reading a material code contained in a production order for generating the material preparation list;
identifying the quantity of each material according to the material codes;
reading a material name corresponding to the material code and a material position corresponding to the material code;
and reading the area corresponding to the material code with the material position as a preset position.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining manufacturer information of the preparation slip comprises:
searching an authentication mode and a CDF corresponding to the production order generating the stock list;
merging and reading the production orders with the same authentication mode and CDF;
and comparing the production orders with the same authentication mode but different CDFs with the authentication manufacturers of the materials, and merging and reading the material information corresponding to the production orders with the same authentication manufacturers.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after sending the bill of materials of the stock bill to the receiving end of each stock preparation area of the stock preparation warehouse when receiving the stock preparation instruction, the method further comprises:
obtaining the material preparation completion degree of the material preparation list;
and when the material preparation completion degree is less than the preset completion degree, not responding to the input material preparation instruction.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after sending the bill of materials of the stock bill to the receiving end of each stock preparation area of the stock preparation warehouse when receiving the stock preparation instruction, the method further comprises:
acquiring the preparation progress surplus of each preparation area of the preparation warehouse;
and sequencing the materials according to the small-to-large surplus of the material preparation progress of the material preparation area, and sending task scheduling information to a receiving end of a front preset material preparation area, wherein the task scheduling information is used for prompting a dispatcher to assist the dispatcher in the rear preset material preparation area.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after sending the bill of materials of the stock bill to the receiving end of each stock preparation area of the stock preparation warehouse when receiving the stock preparation instruction, the method further comprises:
acquiring scanning information of the selected material;
and if the information in the bill of materials is matched with the scanning information, outputting verification passing information.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving query information, querying and outputting corresponding material related information and/or order information according to the query information;
and/or
Acquiring user identity information and input user operation, and forbidding the user operation when the user operation does not accord with a preset operation type corresponding to the user identity information;
and/or
And acquiring the planned production date of the stored production order, and sending transaction reminding information to a preset user mailbox at a preset time before the planned production date.
9. A management device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.

12. The production system as claimed in claim 11, wherein the transport system includes a middle lane transport mechanism extending in an arrangement direction of the stock preparation sections.

The production system as claimed in claim 12, wherein the middle passage conveying mechanism includes a middle material conveying belt and an upper material conveying belt, the upper material conveying belt and the middle material conveying belt are layered one above the other and extend along the arrangement direction of the material preparation areas; the upper material conveying belt is positioned on the upper layer of the middle material conveying belt.
14. The production system as claimed in claim 11, wherein the management system further comprises a plurality of printers, at least one printer is provided in each of a plurality of stock preparation areas of the stock preparation warehouse, and the printers in the same stock preparation area are connected to the terminal.
