A solid waste treatment apparatus characterized by: comprises a device bracket, a protective shell, a garbage identification screening component, a component fixing plate, a crushing roller set, a solid-liquid extrusion separator, a solid garbage collecting box and a liquid garbage collecting box, wherein the protective shell is arranged on the device bracket, the top of the protective shell is provided with a garbage inlet, the component fixing plate is arranged on two opposite side walls in the protective shell and is arranged below the garbage inlet, the garbage identification screening component is arranged on the component fixing plate, the crushing roller set is rotatably arranged on the two opposite side walls in the protective shell, the crushing roller set is arranged below the garbage identification screening component, the solid-liquid extrusion separator is arranged in the protective shell and is arranged below the crushing roller set, one side of the protective shell is provided with a solid garbage collecting cavity, the solid garbage collecting box is arranged in the solid garbage collecting cavity, and the bottom of the protective shell is provided with a liquid outlet, the liquid garbage collecting box is arranged below the liquid outlet and is communicated with the liquid outlet through a pipeline; the garbage identification and screening assembly comprises an assembly supporting frame, an arc-shaped rake tooth piece, a screening driving motor, a motor support, a driven gear, a driving gear, a screening driving shaft and a rejecting tooth piece, wherein the assembly supporting frame is arranged on an assembly fixing plate and below a garbage inlet, the motor support is arranged on the assembly supporting frame, the screening driving motor is arranged on the motor support, a first driving shaft is arranged at the output end of the screening driving motor and can be rotatably arranged on the motor support, the driving gear is arranged on the first driving shaft, the screening driving shaft can be rotatably arranged on the assembly supporting frame in a penetrating way, the driven gear is arranged on the screening driving shaft and is meshed with the driving gear, the middle part of the arc-shaped rake tooth piece is uniformly arranged on the screening driving shaft at intervals, and the rejecting tooth piece is uniformly arranged on the screening driving shaft, the rejecting gear is provided with a limiting rod, the limiting rod is arranged on the component fixing plate, and the rejecting gear and the arc rake gear are arranged at intervals.
