Optionally, the second driving device 80 is a driving motor, and the operation is reliable.
As shown in fig. 2, the lid 30 is rotatably mounted on the housing 20 to facilitate opening and closing of the lid 30. Of course, the lid 30 can also be detachably mounted on the housing 20, but not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, since the lid 30 is rotatably installed on the housing 20, the inclination of the rice guide channel 23 from the inlet to the outlet of the pot body 10 is understood as the inclination of the rice guide channel 23 from the inlet to the outlet of the pot body 10 during the automatic rice feeding process of the rice cooker.
Specifically, the intelligent electric cooker further comprises a torsion spring 90 mounted on the housing 20, wherein one end of the torsion spring 90 is connected with the lid 30, and the other end of the torsion spring 90 is connected with the housing 20. Further, a first magnetic member (not shown) is disposed on the pot cover 30, and a second magnetic member (not shown) is disposed on the housing 20, wherein the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other. On one hand, the pot cover 30 can be conveniently opened or closed by matching the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part, and on the other hand, the pot cover 30 can be automatically opened when the steam pressure of the pot body 10 is overlarge, so that explosion is prevented.
Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent electric cooker further comprises a protective curtain 100 mounted on the housing 20, the protective curtain 100 is located at the rice delivery port 22, and the protective curtain 100 is used for preventing steam from entering the rice storage bin 21 through the rice delivery port 22. The protective curtain 100 can prevent steam from entering the rice bin 21 through the rice delivery port 22 to prevent rice in the rice bin 21 from being affected with moisture. When the rice is conveyed to the rice conveying opening 22, the rice can push the protective curtain 100 to enter the inlet of the rice guiding channel 23, and smooth conveying is realized. Optionally, the protective curtain 100 is a silica gel soft curtain, and is environment-friendly and sanitary.
Referring to fig. 2, the water spraying and absorbing member 41 is installed on the pot cover 30, the water spraying and absorbing member 41 is located at the outlet of the rice guiding passage 23, and the water spraying and absorbing member 41 is used for opening or closing the outlet of the rice guiding passage 23. In the process of automatically adding rice, the water spraying and absorbing piece 41 opens the outlet of the rice guiding channel 23, so that the rice is smoothly conveyed into the pot body 10. In the process of performing the automated rice cooking, the water injection and absorption member 41 closes the outlet of the rice guide passage 23 to prevent steam from entering the rice guide passage 23. The water spraying and absorbing part 41 can control the on-off of the rice guide channel 23, realize the functions of automatically washing rice and automatically reducing blood sugar and is convenient to use.
In addition, the first driving device 60 is also used for driving the water spraying and absorbing part 41 to open or close the outlet of the rice guiding channel 23, so that the rice guiding channel 23 is switched on or off. Specifically, the rotating motor 61 drives the rotating wheel 62 to rotate, and the rotating wheel 62 drives the water spraying and absorbing part 41 to open or close the outlet of the rice guiding channel 23 through the connecting pipe 48, so that the purpose of controlling the on-off of the rice guiding channel 23 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, the intelligent electric cooker further includes a steam discharging device 110, the steam discharging device 110 includes a steam guide seat 111 and a condensation pipe 112, the steam guide seat 111 is installed on the cooker cover 30, the condensation pipe 112 is installed on the housing 20, a steam guide channel 1110 is provided on the steam guide seat 111, an inlet of the steam guide channel 1110 is communicated with the cooker body 10, and an outlet of the steam guide channel 1110 is communicated with the condensation pipe 112. The steam guide seat 111 is installed on the pot cover 30, and the condensation duct 112 is installed on the housing 20. When the pot body 10 and the pot cover 30 are mounted on the housing 20, respectively, an inlet of the steam guide channel 1110 communicates with the pot body 10, and an outlet of the steam guide channel 1110 communicates with the condensation duct 112. In the process of cooking rice in the pot body 10 by the heating device 50, steam in the pot body 10 enters the steam guide channel 1110 from the inlet of the steam guide channel 1110 and then enters the condensation pipe 112 from the outlet of the steam guide channel 1110, and the steam is condensed into water by the condensation pipe 112, so that the steam is conveniently collected and treated in a unified manner. Therefore, articles around the intelligent electric cooker can be prevented from being affected with damp and accumulated water is formed around the intelligent electric cooker, and the use convenience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, a third on-off valve 113 is installed at an inlet of the steam guide seat 111, and the third on-off valve 113 is used for opening the inlet of the steam guide seat 111 when steam pressure of the pot body 10 is greater than a preset value and closing the inlet of the steam guide seat 111 when the steam pressure of the pot body 10 is less than the preset value. The third switch valve 113 is closed when the steam pressure of the pot body 10 is less than a preset value until the steam pressure of the pot body 10 is greater than the preset value, so that the rice can be cooked to form rice.
It should be noted that the preset value can be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the third on/off valve 113 includes a blocking member 1131, the blocking member 1131 is installed in the steam guide channel 1110, and the blocking member 1131 is used for leaving the inlet of the steam guide seat 111 when the steam pressure of the pot 10 is greater than a preset value and for blocking the inlet of the steam guide seat 111 when the steam pressure of the pot 10 is less than the preset value. The opening or closing of the inlet of the steam guide seat 111 can be conveniently controlled by the block piece 1131 being away from or blocking the inlet of the steam guide seat 111. In other embodiments, the third on/off valve 113 may be in the form of a solenoid valve, for example, and the like.
Specifically, one end of the blocking member 1131 is rotatably mounted on the steam guide seat 111, and the other end of the blocking member 1131 is disposed corresponding to the inlet of the steam guide seat 111. One end of the plugging piece 1131 is rotatably mounted on the steam guide seat 111, and one end of the plugging piece 1131 rotates to drive the other end of the plugging piece 1131 to leave or plug the inlet of the steam guide seat 111, so that the inlet of the steam guide seat 111 is opened or closed.
Further, a weight 1132 is installed on the blocking piece 1131. Counterweight 1132 is loaded on closure member 1131 to make closure member 1131 leave the inlet of steam guide seat 111 when the steam pressure of pot 10 is high enough to sufficiently cook rice to form rice.
Optionally, the installation position of the weight 1132 is adjustable along one end of the blocking piece 1131 to the other end of the blocking piece 1131. The mounting position of balancing weight 1132 can be adjusted according to actual need, and the mounting position of adjusting balancing weight 1132 is equivalent to changing the default, so shutoff piece 1131 can leave or block up the entry of leading vapour seat 111 under the different steam pressure state of pot body 10 adaptively.
In this embodiment, the blocking member 1131 is provided with an adjusting hole 1133 extending from one end of the blocking member 1131 to the other end of the blocking member 1131, and the weight member 1132 is slidably installed in the adjusting hole 1133. The balancing weight 1132 is installed in adjusting the hole 1133 slidable, can change the mounted position of balancing weight 1132 through sliding balancing weight 1132, and it is convenient to adjust. In other embodiments, a plurality of adjusting holes 1133 are formed in the blocking member 1131 at intervals from one end of the blocking member 1131 to the other end of the blocking member 1131, and the counterweight 1132 is detachably installed in one of the adjusting holes 1133.
Referring to fig. 10, one end of the plugging member 1131 is provided with a rotating shaft 1134, the steam guide seat 111 is provided with a shaft hole 1112, and the rotating shaft 1134 is rotatably installed in the shaft hole 1112. One end of the blocking piece 1131 is rotatably mounted on the steam guide seat 111 by matching the rotating shaft 1134 with the shaft hole 1112, so as to ensure the reliable rotation of the blocking piece 1131. Specifically, a convex pillar 1111 is arranged on the inner wall of the steam guide channel 1110, and the shaft hole 1112 is arranged on the convex pillar 1111. Of course, it is also possible that one end of the plugging piece 1131 is provided with a shaft hole 1112, the steam guide seat 111 is provided with a rotating shaft 1134, and the rotating shaft 1134 is rotatably installed in the shaft hole 1112.
It should be noted that the number of the rotating shaft 1134 and the shaft hole 1112 can be selected according to actual needs. In this embodiment, the number of the rotating shafts 1134 is two, the two rotating shafts 1134 are respectively disposed on two sides of the blocking member 1131, the number of the shaft holes 1112 is two, and the two rotating shafts 1134 are respectively rotatably installed in the two shaft holes 1112, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 10, the steam guide seat 111 is further provided with a steam inlet 1113, the steam inlet 1113 is communicated with the steam guide channel 1110, and a micro-pressure valve (not shown) is installed at the steam inlet 1113. The micro-pressure valve can not only keep the steam in the pot body 10 within a certain pressure range, but also prevent the liquid in the pot body 10 from overflowing, so that the food nutrition is comprehensively released under the micro-pressure state.
It should be noted that the length and material of the condensation duct 112 can be selected according to actual needs, and are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, the intelligent electric cooker further includes a rice quantity detecting device 120 and a reminding device 130, the rice quantity detecting device 120 is used for detecting whether the rice in the rice storage 21 is lower than a preset position, the rice quantity detecting device 120 is electrically connected to the reminding device 130, and the reminding device 130 is used for sending out reminding information when the rice quantity detecting device 120 detects that the rice in the rice storage 21 is lower than the preset position. Whether the rice in the rice storage bin 21 is lower than the preset position or not is detected by the rice amount detection device 120, when the rice in the rice storage bin 21 is detected by the rice amount detection device 120 to be lower than the preset position, the reminding device 130 sends corresponding reminding information to indicate that the rice amount in the rice storage bin 21 is insufficient, so that the aim of reminding a user of timely supplementing the rice by the rice conveying device 70 is fulfilled, the rice amount in the rice storage bin 21 is ensured to be sufficient, and the situation that no rice can be added is avoided.
It should be noted that the preset position may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 11, the rice quantity detecting device 120 includes a photoelectric emitter 121 and a photoelectric receiver, light of the photoelectric emitter 121 is used for emitting from a preset position, the photoelectric emitter 121 and the photoelectric receiver are correspondingly disposed, the photoelectric receiver detects whether rice in the rice storage bin 21 is lower than the preset position according to whether the light of the photoelectric emitter 121 is received, the photoelectric receiver is electrically connected to the reminding device 130, and the reminding device 130 is used for sending out reminding information when the photoelectric receiver receives the light of the photoelectric emitter 121. The light of the photoelectric emitter 121 is emitted from a preset position, when the rice in the rice storage bin 21 is higher than the preset position, the light of the photoelectric emitter 121 is shielded by the rice, and the photoelectric receiver cannot receive the light of the photoelectric emitter 121; when the rice in the rice storage bin 21 is lower than the preset position, the light of the photoelectric emitter 121 is not blocked by the rice, the photoelectric receiver receives the light of the photoelectric emitter 121, and the reminding device 130 sends out reminding information to play a reminding role. The rice quantity detection device 120 has the advantages of simple structure, sensitive response and reliable performance by adopting the form to realize the rice quantity detection function. Of course, the rice detecting device 120 may also take other forms, which is not limited to this. For example, the rice quantity detecting means 120 includes a pressure sensor that detects whether the rice in the rice bin 21 is lower than a preset position according to the magnitude of the measured pressure value. For another example, the rice quantity detecting means 120 includes a load cell which detects whether the rice in the rice bin 21 is lower than a preset position according to the magnitude of the measured weight value.
In this embodiment, a first mounting hole 210 is formed in an inner wall of the rice bin 21, and the photoelectric emitter 121 is mounted in the first mounting hole 210, so that the photoelectric emitter 121 can be conveniently mounted. In other embodiments, it is also possible that the rice bin 21 has a first light hole on the inner wall thereof, the optoelectronic emitter 121 is mounted on the housing 20, the optoelectronic emitter 121 is located outside the rice bin 21, and the light from the optoelectronic emitter 121 is used to enter the rice bin 21 through the first light hole. Therefore, the photoelectric emitter 121 is not in direct contact with the rice in the rice bin 21, so that the working stability of the photoelectric emitter 121 can be improved, and the rice in the rice bin 21 can be prevented from being polluted.
Further, a first light-permeable isolation cover (not shown) is disposed at the first mounting hole 210. The first shield can be penetrated by the light of the photoelectric emitter 121 and can prevent the rice in the rice bin 21 from being polluted.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the rice bin 21 is provided with a second mounting hole 211, and the photoelectric receiver is mounted in the second mounting hole 211, so that the photoelectric receiver can be mounted conveniently. In other embodiments, it is also possible that the rice bin 21 has a second light hole on the inner wall thereof, the photoelectric receiver is mounted on the housing 20, and the photoelectric receiver is located outside the rice bin 21. Therefore, the photoelectric receiver is not in direct contact with the rice in the rice storage bin 21, so that the working stability of the photoelectric receiver can be improved, and the rice in the rice storage bin 21 can be prevented from being polluted.
Further, a second light-permeable isolation cover (not shown) is disposed at the second mounting hole 211. The second shield can be penetrated by the light of the photoelectric emitter 121 and can prevent the rice in the rice bin 21 from being polluted.
Referring to fig. 3, the intelligent rice cooker further includes a rice bin cover 140, and the rice bin cover 140 is mounted on the housing 20. The rice bin cover 140 can seal the rice bin 21 to ensure that the rice in the rice bin 21 is not polluted. Optionally, the rice bin 21 is funnel-shaped, so that the rice in the rice bin 21 can be gathered.
In this embodiment, the reminding device 130 is a display, and the display is used for displaying reminding information when the rice quantity detecting device 120 detects that the rice in the rice bin 21 is lower than a preset position, so that the reminding effect is good. Specifically, the display is mounted on the lid 30. In other embodiments, the reminding device 130 is a warning light or a warning bell, which is also possible.
Referring to fig. 3, the intelligent electric cooker further includes a heat dissipation fan 150 mounted on the housing 20, the housing 20 is further provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the heat dissipation fan 150 is located between the air inlet and the air outlet to dissipate heat.
Referring to fig. 2, the intelligent electric cooker further includes a control device 160, and the heating device 50, the water absorption device 46, the first switch valve 430, the first driving device 60, the second driving device 80, the rice quantity detecting device 120, the reminding device 130, and the cooling fan 150 are electrically connected to the control device 160, and operate under the control of the control device 160. In the present embodiment, the first driving device 60, specifically, the rotating electrical machine 61, is electrically connected to the control device 160. For the rice detecting device 120, specifically, the photo-emitter 121 and the photo-receiver are electrically connected to the control device 160 respectively.
In addition, the control device 160 is also used for signal connection with the mobile terminal, so that a user can know the state of the intelligent electric cooker and control the intelligent electric cooker to work through the mobile terminal, and the intelligent electric cooker is convenient to use.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment, a method for cooking rice by an intelligent electric rice cooker includes the following steps:
s10: the rice in the pot body 10 is steamed and boiled, so that sugar in the rice is separated.
S20: water is sprayed into the pot body 10 to wash the rice in the pot body 10, so that sugar in the rice is dissolved in the water.
S30: the water in the pot body 10 is sucked away.
S40: the rice in the pot body 10 is steamed and boiled to form the rice.
The intelligent electric cooker cooking method comprises the steps of firstly cooking rice in the cooker body 10, analyzing sugar in the rice, then spraying water into the cooker body 10 to wash the rice, dissolving the sugar in the rice in the water, then sucking the water containing the sugar in the cooker body 10 away, and finally cooking the rice in the cooker body 10 to form rice. The intelligent electric rice cooker cooking method adopts a mode of spraying water into the cooker body 10 to wash rice in the cooker body 10 to disperse knotted rice, ensures that sugar in the rice is fully dissolved in the water, and then fully removes the sugar by sucking away the water in the cooker body 10.
It should be noted that, in executing S10, a proper amount of water should be present in the pot body 10. In executing S40, a proper amount of water should be present in the pot 10.
Specifically, the S10 includes the following steps:
the rice in the pot body 10 is steamed until the water in the pot body 10 is boiled, so that the sugar in the rice is separated.
Therefore, the sugar in the rice can be effectively analyzed, and more sugar is dissolved in the water.
Specifically, the S20 includes the following steps:
water is sprayed into the pot body 10 to wash the rice in the pot body 10, and the rice in the pot body 10 is stirred at the same time, so that sugar in the rice is dissolved in the water.
Stirring the rice in pot 10 during the spraying of water into pot 10 helps to further dissolve the sugar in the rice in the water.
Optionally, repeating S20 through S30 at least once.
Therefore, the sugar in the rice can be fully removed, and the blood sugar reducing effect is good.
In the present embodiment, S20 to S30 are repeated once, i.e., S20 to S30 are performed twice.

1. An intelligent electric cooker is characterized by comprising a cooker body, a shell, a cooker cover, a rice washing and sugar reducing device and a heating device. The pot body and the pot cover are respectively arranged on the shell. The rice washing and sugar reducing device comprises a water spraying and absorbing part, the water spraying and absorbing part is used for spraying water into the pot body, the water spraying and absorbing part is also used for absorbing the water in the pot body, and the heating device is used for steaming and boiling the rice in the pot body.

The intelligent electric cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a first driving device, wherein the first driving device is in driving connection with the water spraying and absorbing member, and the first driving device is used for driving the water spraying and absorbing member to stir the rice in the cooker body.
