Abstract
本发明公开一种高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,包括有主体板件以及耐候抗菌涂层;该主体板件的上下表面贯穿形成有多个通孔,多个通孔密集排布,主体板件由实木颗粒和胶粘剂经混合后热压形成,其中实木颗粒为65‑85重量份,胶粘剂为15‑25重量份。该耐候抗菌涂层完全覆盖住主体板件的外表面并填充至各个通孔中,本发明制备得到的家具材料其甲醛等有害气体的释放量为O,不含有有害成分,安全环保,耐候性和耐老化性极佳,并且具有长期、有效的抗菌、杀菌和防腐功能,细菌杀灭率达98%以上,并且,由于通孔的密集设置,并配合耐候抗菌涂层20填充至通孔内,起到更好的密封性能,实现更好的隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具领域技术,尤其是指一种高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料。
背景技术
家具是指人类维持正常生活、从事生产实践和开展社会活动必不可少的器具设施大类。家具材料通常以木材为主,现有中高档家具普遍采用实木颗粒板制作形成,目前的实木颗粒板依然有甲醛等有害气体的释放,不环保,并且耐候性不佳,也不具有抗菌性,不能满足使用的需要。因此,有必要对目前的家具材料进行改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,其能有效解决现有之家具材料存在有甲醛等有害气体的释放,并且耐候性不佳,也不具有抗菌性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,包括有主体板件以及耐候抗菌涂层;
该主体板件的上下表面贯穿形成有多个通孔,多个通孔密集排布,主体板件由实木颗粒和胶粘剂经混合后热压形成,其中实木颗粒为65-85重量份,胶粘剂为15-25重量份,并且胶粘剂由以下重量份的组分组成:醋酸乙烯25-29份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、聚乙烯醇12-15份、氯化钙1-2份、碳酸钙16-20份、硅藻土2-6份、黄土1-2份、银离子改性纳米抗菌剂4-5份、增粘树脂8-10份、增塑剂0.5-0.9份和溶剂20-30份。
该耐候抗菌涂层完全覆盖住主体板件的外表面并填充至各个通孔中,耐候抗菌涂层由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂乳液10-20份、改性水性聚氨酯30-40份、聚酯树脂5-8份、纳米二氧化硅4-5份、纳米氮化硅3-4份、纳米氧化锌3-4份、纳米银抗菌剂2-8份、苦楝皮粉1-2份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.5-1份、分散剂5-6 份、成膜助剂4-5份、流平剂2-7 份、增稠剂4-6 份和去离子水25-30 份。
作为一种优选方案,所述溶剂为蒸馏水。
作为一种优选方案,所述多个通孔采用激光镭射形成。
作为一种优选方案,所述丙烯酸树脂乳液为有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂乳液中的至少一种。
作为一种优选方案,所述成膜助剂为N- 甲基吡咯烷酮、醇酯十二中的至少一种。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
本发明制备得到的家具材料其甲醛等有害气体的释放量为O,不含有有害成分,安全环保,耐候性和耐老化性极佳,并且具有长期、有效的抗菌、杀菌和防腐功能,细菌杀灭率达98%以上,并且,由于通孔的密集设置,并配合耐候抗菌涂层20填充至通孔内,起到更好的密封性能,实现更好的隔音效果。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有主体板件10以及耐候抗菌涂层20。
该主体板件10的上下表面贯穿形成有多个通孔11,多个通孔11密集排布,主体板件10由实木颗粒和胶粘剂经混合后热压形成,其中实木颗粒为65-85重量份,胶粘剂为15-25重量份,并且胶粘剂由以下重量份的组分组成:醋酸乙烯25-29份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、聚乙烯醇12-15份、氯化钙1-2份、碳酸钙16-20份、硅藻土2-6份、黄土1-2份、银离子改性纳米抗菌剂4-5份、增粘树脂8-10份、增塑剂0.5-0.9份和溶剂20-30份。所述多个通孔11采用激光镭射形成。所述溶剂为蒸馏水。
该耐候抗菌涂层20完全覆盖住主体板件10的外表面并填充至各个通孔11中,耐候抗菌涂层20由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂乳液10-20份、改性水性聚氨酯30-40份、聚酯树脂5-8份、纳米二氧化硅4-5份、纳米氮化硅3-4份、纳米氧化锌3-4份、纳米银抗菌剂2-8份、苦楝皮粉1-2份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.5-1份、分散剂5-6 份、成膜助剂4-5份、流平剂2-7 份、增稠剂4-6 份和去离子水25-30 份。所述丙烯酸树脂乳液为有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂乳液中的至少一种。所述成膜助剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮、醇酯十二中的至少一种。
制作时,先采用现有的调配方法将醋酸乙烯25-29份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、聚乙烯醇12-15份、氯化钙1-2份、碳酸钙16-20份、硅藻土2-6份、黄土1-2份、银离子改性纳米抗菌剂4-5份、增粘树脂8-10份、增塑剂0.5-0.9份和溶剂20-30份混合调配成胶粘剂,接着,将实木颗粒为65-85重量份和胶粘剂为15-25重量份搅拌混合均匀后热压形成主体板件10;然后,采用现有的调配方法将丙烯酸树脂乳液10-20份、改性水性聚氨酯30-40份、聚酯树脂5-8份、纳米二氧化硅4-5份、纳米氮化硅3-4份、纳米氧化锌3-4份、纳米银抗菌剂2-8份、苦楝皮粉1-2份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.5-1份、分散剂5-6 份、成膜助剂4-5份、流平剂2-7 份、增稠剂4-6 份和去离子水25-30 份混合调配成涂料;接着,将主体板件10放置在加热台上进行加热到合适的问题,然后,将涂料涂覆在主体板件10的外表面,使得涂料充分填充至各个通孔11内,然后进行冷却风干,形成耐候抗菌涂层20。
经使用测试,本发明制备得到的家具材料其甲醛等有害气体的释放量为O,不含有有害成分,安全环保,耐候性和耐老化性极佳,并且具有长期、有效的抗菌、杀菌和防腐功能,细菌杀灭率达98%以上,并且,由于通孔的密集设置,并配合耐候抗菌涂层20填充至通孔内,起到更好的密封性能,实现更好的隔音效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,其特征在于:包括有主体板件以及耐候抗菌涂层;
该主体板件的上下表面贯穿形成有多个通孔,多个通孔密集排布,主体板件由实木颗粒和胶粘剂经混合后热压形成,其中实木颗粒为65-85重量份,胶粘剂为15-25重量份,并且胶粘剂由以下重量份的组分组成:醋酸乙烯25-29份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、聚乙烯醇12-15份、氯化钙1-2份、碳酸钙16-20份、硅藻土2-6份、黄土1-2份、银离子改性纳米抗菌剂4-5份、增粘树脂8-10份、增塑剂0.5-0.9份和溶剂20-30份。
2.该耐候抗菌涂层完全覆盖住主体板件的外表面并填充至各个通孔中,耐候抗菌涂层由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂乳液10-20份、改性水性聚氨酯30-40份、聚酯树脂5-8份、纳米二氧化硅4-5份、纳米氮化硅3-4份、纳米氧化锌3-4份、纳米银抗菌剂2-8份、苦楝皮粉1-2份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.5-1份、分散剂5-6 份、成膜助剂4-5份、流平剂2-7 份、增稠剂4-6 份和去离子水25-30 份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,其特征在于:所述多个通孔采用激光镭射形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸树脂乳液为有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂乳液中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高耐候性环保型抗菌家具材料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为N- 甲基吡咯烷酮、醇酯十二中的至少一种。
