Abstract
本发明公开一种纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法,将纳米抗菌底漆充分搅拌均匀,加入适量稀释剂20~30%稀释至所需粘度,以50μm干漆膜计算每升纳米抗菌底漆涂刷15~18kg/m2,然后自干15~25分钟,固化得到涂层;其中纳米抗菌底漆由改性丙烯酸树脂30~40份、纳米抗菌剂10~20份、钛白粉2~10份、纳米填料5~15份、增稠剂2~8份、成膜助剂3~9份、防沉剂3~12份、去离子水25~35份制备而成。通过本发明的使用方法形成的漆膜,抗菌性能强且持久,细菌杀灭率达95%以上,且VOC含量低、无毒、无污染、耐候性好,适用于住宅、车辆、船舶等涂覆领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法。
背景技术
在家装及建筑施工中,在墙壁上涂刷面漆之前,最好是要涂刷底漆,底漆具有良好的附着力,使墙面更加平坦。而且更方便面漆的涂刷,提高施工质量,也节省了面漆的使用量,节约了施工成本。
目前,底漆在建筑、车辆、军事、装饰、船舶行业用量大,与人们的生活息息相关,但绝大多数底漆本身没有杀菌、抗菌功能,容易滋生细菌,成为病菌的传染源,影响人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法,利用本发明的使用方法,制备的涂层的抗菌性能优异、耐候性好、VOC含量低。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法,将纳米抗菌底漆充分搅拌均匀,加入适量稀释剂20~30%稀释至所需粘度,以50μm干漆膜计算每升纳米抗菌底漆涂刷15~18kg/m2,然后自干15~25分钟,固化得到涂层;
所述的纳米抗菌底漆按照重量份数比由以下原料组成:改性丙烯酸树脂30~40份、纳米抗菌剂10~20份、钛白粉2~10份、纳米填料5~15份、增稠剂2~8份、成膜助剂3~9份、防沉剂3~12份、去离子水25~35份。
优选的,所述改性丙烯酸树脂为有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂中的任意一种。
优选的,所述纳米抗菌剂为纳米二氧化钛、纳米银、纳米氢氧化镁中的任意一种。
优选的,所述纳米填料为纳米碳酸钙、纳米滑石粉、纳米云母粉中的任意一种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丙醚、醇酯十二中的任意一种。
优选的,所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡、聚酰胺蜡中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果:
通过本发明的使用方法形成的漆膜,抗菌性能强且持久,细菌杀灭率达95%以上,且VOC含量低、无毒、无污染、耐候性好,适用于住宅、车辆、船舶等涂覆领域。

纳米抗菌底漆按照重量份数比由以下原料组成:环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂30份、纳米银20份、钛白粉10份、纳米滑石粉5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8份、二丙二醇丙醚3份、聚烯烃蜡12份、去离子水35份。
实施例3
本发明的纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法:将纳米抗菌底漆充分搅拌均匀,加入适量稀释剂25%稀释至所需粘度,以50μm干漆膜计算每升纳米抗菌底漆涂刷16kg/m2,然后自干18分钟,固化得到涂层;
纳米抗菌底漆按照重量份数比由以下原料组成:聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂35份、纳米氢氧化镁14份、钛白粉6份、纳米云母粉9份、聚氧化乙烯5份、醇酯十二6份、聚酰胺蜡8份、去离子水30份。
实施例4
本发明的纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法:将纳米抗菌底漆充分搅拌均匀,加入适量稀释剂22%稀释至所需粘度,以50μm干漆膜计算每升纳米抗菌底漆涂刷18kg/m2,然后自干22分钟,固化得到涂层;
纳米抗菌底漆按照重量份数比由以下原料组成:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂36份、纳米银16份、钛白粉10份、纳米云母粉8份、聚氧化乙烯7份、醇酯十二4份、气相二氧化硅5份、去离子水28份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1和表2所示:

从表1和表2可见,本发明纳米抗菌底漆的使用方法,利用本发明的使用方法,制备的涂层的抗菌性能优异,耐候性好、VOC含量低。
