As shown in fig. 10 to 16, the present inventors have also proposed a transmission structure different from embodiment 1, which not only can ensure the reverse reciprocating motion of the double cutter heads, but also can simultaneously ensure the parallel interval swinging of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, and the adopted technical scheme is as follows: the transmission part 5 comprises a second linkage part 52, a third linkage part 53 and a fourth linkage part, and the third linkage part 53 and the fourth linkage part are both composed of two guide shafts 531 and guide grooves 532 matched with the guide shafts 531; the guide grooves 532 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the directions of the guide grooves 532 are consistent with the swing directions of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the width of the guide grooves 532 is matched with the outer diameter of the guide shaft 531, and the lengths of the guide grooves 532 are equal to the swing strokes of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3; the guide shafts 531 are respectively arranged above the guide grooves 532 in the housing 1, and one ends of the guide shafts are fixedly connected with the housing 1 into a whole; the second linkage member 52 includes a second hinge shaft 521, a second linkage plate 522, a second transmission shaft 523, and a second linkage groove 524, a second hinge hole 525 is provided at the center of the second linkage plate 522, and the second transmission shaft 523 is provided at both ends of the second linkage plate 522 and symmetrically provided with an axis of the second hinge hole 525; the second linkage groove 524 is opened and is respectively arranged at the centers of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the second hinge shaft 521 is arranged in the shell 1 and is of an integral structure with the shell 1, and the second hinge hole 525 is sleeved outside the second hinge shaft 521 so that the second transmission shaft 523 is respectively arranged in the second linkage groove 524 of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3. In the technical scheme, the second transmission shaft 523 of the second linkage piece 52 is respectively inserted into the second linkage grooves 524 of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the second linkage plate 522 is hinged and fixed with the second hinge shaft 521 arranged in the middle of the shell 1, and when the first swing frame 2 swings horizontally under the power of the driving part, the second swing frame 3 can be synchronously driven to swing horizontally in opposite directions, so that the kinetic energy buffering of two groups of cutter heads is realized, the amplitude of the cutter heads is reduced, and the vibration intensity of the cutter heads is reduced; and the third linkage piece 53 and the fourth linkage piece are respectively arranged at two sides of the shell 1, and the guide shafts 531 are respectively matched with the guide grooves 532 arranged on the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 in a guiding way, so that the absolute parallel interval of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 in the horizontal reciprocating swing process is ensured, the mutual friction between the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 is avoided, the resistance is generated, the shaving performance of the cutter head is influenced, the temperature rise of the cutter head is improved, and the use comfort of the cutter head is reduced. The length of the guide groove 532 is set to be equal to the swing stroke of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 in order to prevent the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 from excessively swinging to damage the movable blade and the stationary blade of the cutter head, and the width of the guide groove 532 may be appropriately larger than the outer diameter of the guide shaft 531, which may facilitate assembly.
It is particularly pointed out that the cross-sectional views of fig. 9 and 16 of the drawings of the specification are not taken along straight lines, but are broken lines to facilitate an understanding of the application, and that some of the principal structures are presented to the examiner in a clearer manner.
The present inventors have further proposed a shaver using the above head device, as shown in fig. 17, based on the above technical solution, the shaver includes the head device according to claim 5 or 6.
The shaver adopting the two cutter head devices not only can realize the reciprocating reverse swing of the double cutter heads, but also can reduce the integral vibration intensity of the shaver on the basis of reducing the integral vibration amplitude of the shaver, improve the use comfort of the shaver and meet the product requirement of the market on low vibration intensity (low noise).
The above embodiments should not be construed as limiting the invention, but any modifications based on the spirit of the invention should be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (6)

1. The tool bit device comprises a shell (1), a first swing frame (2) and a second swing frame (3) which are arranged in the shell (1), wherein elastic bending parts (4) are respectively arranged at two ends of the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3); the device is characterized in that elastic bending parts (4) of the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3) are connected into a whole, so that the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3) are fixed in the shell (1) at parallel intervals; a plurality of transmission pieces (5) which enable the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3) to move in parallel and in opposite directions are arranged in the shell (1), and each transmission piece (5) is fixedly connected with the shell (1) respectively; the transmission part (5) comprises a first linkage part (51), the first linkage part (51) comprises a first hinge shaft (511), a first linkage plate (512), a first transmission shaft (513) and a first linkage groove (514), a first hinge hole (515) is formed in the center of the first linkage plate (512), and the first transmission shaft (513) is arranged at two ends of the first linkage plate (512) and symmetrically arranged with the axis of the first hinge hole (515); the first linkage groove (514) is respectively arranged at two ends of the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3), the width of the first linkage groove (514) is matched with the outer diameter of the first transmission shaft (513), and the length of the first linkage groove (514) is equal to the swing stroke of the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3); the first hinge shaft (511) is arranged in the shell (1), and the first hinge hole (515) is sleeved outside the first hinge shaft (511) so that the first transmission shaft (513) is respectively inserted into the first linkage grooves (514) at two ends of the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3).

A cutter head device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the first swing frame (2) is provided with a driving groove (21) and is connected with the driving part in a linkage way; the elastic bending parts (4) at two ends of the first swing frame (2) are respectively provided with a fixed plate (41), and each fixed plate (41) is respectively provided with a fixed hole (42); the elastic bending parts (4) at two ends of the second swing frame (3) are respectively provided with a reference plate (43), the reference plates (43) are provided with fixing columns (44) with threaded holes (45) and the outer diameters of which are matched with the fixing holes (42), and the fixing holes (42) are sleeved outside the fixing columns (44) so that the elastic bending parts (4) of the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3) are fixedly connected into a whole; the screw (46) penetrates through the shell (1) and is inserted into a threaded hole (45) of the fixing column (44) to enable the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3) to be fixedly connected with the shell (1).

The tool bit device according to claim 2, characterized in that two ends of the fixing plate (41) of the first swing frame (2) are respectively provided with a fixing hole (42), and a limit post (47) is arranged between the two fixing holes (42) at the bottom of the fixing plate (41); a fixed column (44) matched with the fixed hole (42) is correspondingly arranged on the reference plate (43) of the second swing frame (3), and a limit groove (48) is arranged between the two fixed columns (44); through holes (11) are formed in positions corresponding to the upper end face of the shell (1), and screws (46) penetrate through the shell (1) and are inserted into threaded holes (45) of the fixing columns (44) to enable the first swing frame (2) and the second swing frame (3) to be fixedly connected with the shell (1).
