Of course, there are many structures for realizing the reverse swing of the double cutter head, and the same purpose can be achieved without adopting the transmission member 5, such as a gear and rack structure, but since the internal space of the housing 1 is limited, the gear and rack structure is not favorable for production and assembly, and therefore, the embodiment of the present embodiment is a preferred embodiment.

As shown in fig. 10 to 16, the inventor also proposes a transmission structure different from the embodiment 1, which can not only ensure the reverse reciprocating motion of the double cutter heads, but also simultaneously ensure the parallel interval swing of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, and adopts the technical proposal that: the transmission piece 5 comprises a second linkage piece 52, a third linkage piece 53 and a fourth linkage piece, wherein the third linkage piece 53 and the fourth linkage piece are both composed of two guide shafts 531 and guide grooves 532 matched with the guide shafts 531; the guide grooves 532 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the direction of the guide grooves 532 is consistent with the swing direction of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the width of the guide grooves 532 is matched with the outer diameter of the guide shaft 531, and the length of the guide grooves 532 is equal to the swing stroke of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3; the guide shafts 531 are respectively disposed above the guide grooves 532 in the housing 1 and one end thereof is fixedly connected with the housing 1 as a whole; the second linkage member 52 includes a second hinge shaft 521, a second linkage plate 522, a second transmission shaft 523 and a second linkage groove 524, a second hinge hole 525 is formed at the center of the second linkage plate 522, and the second transmission shafts 523 are disposed at both ends of the second linkage plate 522 and are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis of the second hinge hole 525; the second linkage groove 524 is open and is respectively disposed at the center of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the second hinge shaft 521 is disposed in the housing 1 and integrated with the housing 1, and the second hinge hole 525 is sleeved outside the second hinge shaft 521 so that the second transmission shaft 523 is respectively disposed in the second linkage groove 524 of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3. In the technical scheme, a second transmission shaft 523 of a second linkage member 52 is respectively inserted into second linkage grooves 524 of a first swing frame 2 and a second swing frame 3, the second linkage plate 522 is hinged and fixed with a second hinge shaft 521 arranged in the middle of a shell 1, and when the first swing frame 2 horizontally swings under the power of a driving part, the second swing frame 3 can be synchronously driven to horizontally swing in opposite directions, so that the kinetic energy buffering of two groups of cutter heads is realized, the amplitude of the cutter heads is reduced, and the vibration intensity of the cutter heads is reduced; the third link member 53 and the fourth link member are respectively arranged on two sides of the housing 1, and the guide shafts 531 are respectively in guide fit with the guide grooves 532 arranged on the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, so that the absolute parallel intervals of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 in the horizontal reciprocating swing process are ensured, the generation of resistance caused by mutual friction between the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3 is avoided, the shaving performance of the cutter head is influenced, the temperature rise of the cutter head is improved, and the use comfort of the cutter head is reduced. The length of the guide groove 532 is set to be equal to the swing stroke of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, so that the movable blade and the fixed blade of the cutter head are prevented from being damaged due to excessive swing of the first swing frame 2 and the second swing frame 3, the width of the guide groove 532 can be properly larger than the outer diameter of the guide shaft 531, and the assembly is facilitated.
It is specifically noted that the cross-sectional views of fig. 9 and 16 in the drawings of the specification are not taken along straight lines, but rather are broken line cross-sectional views to facilitate the understanding of the present application, and some of the main structures are presented to the examiner in a clearer manner.
The inventor also proposes a shaver using the cutter head device on the basis of the above technical solutions of the cutter head device, as shown in fig. 17, the shaver includes the cutter head device according to claim 5 or 6.
The shaver of two kinds of tool bit devices above adopting not only can realize the reciprocal reverse swing of double-tool bit, reduces the basis of the whole amplitude of shaver, can also alleviate the whole vibration intensity of shaver, promotes the use comfort level of shaver, satisfies the product demand of market to low vibration intensity (low noise).
The above examples should not be construed as limiting the present invention, but any modifications made based on the spirit of the present invention should be within the scope of protection of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A cutter head device comprises a shell, a first swing frame and a second swing frame, wherein the first swing frame and the second swing frame are arranged in the shell; the elastic bending parts of the first swing frame and the second swing frame are connected into a whole, so that the first swing frame and the second swing frame are fixed in the shell at intervals in parallel; and a plurality of transmission pieces which enable the first swing frame and the second swing frame to move in parallel and opposite directions are further arranged in the shell, and each transmission piece is fixedly connected with the shell.
2. The cutter head device according to claim 1, wherein a driving groove is formed at the bottom of the first swing frame and is connected with the driving part in a linkage manner; the elastic bending parts at the two ends of the first swing frame are respectively provided with a fixed plate, and each fixed plate is respectively provided with a fixed hole; the elastic bending parts at the two ends of the second swing frame are respectively provided with a reference plate, the reference plate is provided with a fixed column with a threaded hole and the outer diameter of the fixed column is matched with that of the fixed hole, and the fixed hole is sleeved outside the fixed column so that the elastic bending parts of the first swing frame and the second swing frame are fixedly connected into a whole; the screw passes through the shell and is inserted into the threaded hole of the fixed column, so that the first swing frame and the second swing frame are fixedly connected with the shell.

The cutter head device according to claim 2, wherein fixing holes are respectively formed at two ends of the fixing plate of the first swing frame, and a limiting column is arranged between the two fixing holes at the bottom of the fixing plate; the reference plate of the second swing frame is correspondingly provided with fixing columns matched with the fixing holes, and a limit groove is formed between the two fixing columns; the upper end surface of the shell is provided with a through hole at a corresponding position, and the screw penetrates through the shell and is inserted into the threaded hole of the fixed column, so that the first swing frame and the second swing frame are fixedly connected with the shell.

The cutter head device according to claim 3, wherein a pressing plate is provided on the upper end surface of the housing, a screw hole is provided on the pressing plate, the height of the fixing column is equal to the thickness of the first swing frame and the upper end surface of the housing, the fixing column is inserted into the through hole on the upper end surface of the housing, and a screw passes through the screw hole of the pressing plate and is inserted into the screw hole of the fixing column, so that the first swing frame and the second swing frame are fixedly connected with the housing.

The cutter head device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the transmission member comprises two first linkage members, each first linkage member comprises a first hinge shaft, a first linkage plate, a first transmission shaft and a first linkage groove, a first hinge hole is formed in the center of the first linkage plate, and the first transmission shafts are arranged at two ends of the first linkage plate and are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis of the first hinge hole; the first linkage grooves are respectively arranged at two ends of the first swing frame and the second swing frame, the width of the first linkage groove is matched with the outer diameter of the first transmission shaft, and the length of the first linkage groove is equal to the swing stroke of the first swing frame and the second swing frame; the first hinge shaft is arranged in the shell, and the first hinge hole is sleeved outside the first hinge shaft to enable the first transmission shaft to be respectively inserted into the first linkage grooves at two ends of the first swing frame and the second swing frame.

A cutter head device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the transmission member comprises a second, a third and a fourth link member, each of the third and fourth link members being formed by two guide shafts and guide grooves cooperating with the guide shafts; the guide grooves are respectively arranged at two ends of the first swing frame and the second swing frame, the direction of each guide groove is consistent with the swinging direction of the first swing frame and the second swing frame, the width of each guide groove is matched with the outer diameter of the guide shaft, and the length of each guide groove is equal to the swinging stroke of the first swing frame and the second swing frame; the guide shafts are respectively arranged above the guide grooves in the shell, and one end of each guide shaft is fixedly connected with the shell into a whole; the second linkage part comprises a second hinge shaft, a second linkage plate, a second transmission shaft and a second linkage groove, a second hinge hole is formed in the center of the second linkage plate, and the second transmission shafts are arranged at two ends of the second linkage plate and are symmetrically arranged according to the axis of the second hinge hole; the second linkage groove is in an opening shape and is respectively provided with the centers of the first swing frame and the second swing frame, the second hinge shaft is arranged in the shell and is integrated with the shell, and the second hinge hole is sleeved outside the second hinge shaft to enable the second transmission shaft to be respectively arranged in the second linkage grooves of the first swing frame and the second swing frame.
