a3. adding the humectant, the pearling agent, the chelating agent, the preservative and the nano-silver antibacterial disinfectant into a container, heating and stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, pouring the residual pure water into the container, and cooling the container to room temperature;
a4. respectively adding a pH regulator and a thickening agent into a container, and adjusting the pH value and the viscosity;
a5. dissolving the mixed liquid in the dissolver by using ultrasonic, removing bubbles, and aging to prepare the antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver.
The invention mainly has the following beneficial effects:
by adopting the technical scheme, the nano-silver-containing antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer has strong sterilization and disinfection effect and can kill various germs harmful to human bodies within several minutes; meanwhile, the antibacterial agent has strong permeability, can quickly permeate into the pores for sterilization, has good protective effect on infection caused by common bacteria, stubborn bacteria, drug-resistant bacteria, fungi and viruses, effectively prevents the spread of diseases and infection, has broad-spectrum antibacterial and disinfection and does not have any drug resistance.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The nano silver antibacterial disinfectant can be used for efficient and rapid antibacterial disinfection and is non-toxic and harmless, the particle size of nano silver particles of the nano silver antibacterial disinfectant is 10-80 nm, the surfactant is non-toxic and harmless and has no harm to a body, the cleaning capability is good, the irritation to hands is low, for example, the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12), α -sulfofatty acid ester (MES), fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), cocamidopropyl betaine (CAB), lecithin, alkyl alcohol ether (CAB), polyvinyl alcohol (APEA), polyvinyl alcohol sulfate (PVA), polyvinyl alcohol acetate (PVA-EDTA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-EDTA-AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-EDTA), polyvinyl alcohol acetate (PVA-EDTA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-EDTA-AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-EDTA-AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-EDTA-AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-AA), polyvinyl alcohol, PVA-AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-AA), sodium chloride.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver, provided by the invention, specifically comprises the following steps:
The nano-silver-containing antibacterial and disinfecting hand sanitizer has high-efficiency antibacterial and disinfecting performance by adopting the nano-silver antibacterial disinfectant containing nano-silver particles, can keep high-efficiency antibacterial and disinfecting effect at low concentration, can ensure no harm to human bodies, and cannot generate drug resistance; the method specifically comprises the following steps: the nano silver particles can kill various germs harmful to human bodies within several minutes by strong sterilization and disinfection; meanwhile, the antibacterial agent has strong permeability, can quickly permeate into the pores for sterilization, has good protective effect on the infection caused by common bacteria, stubborn bacteria, drug-resistant bacteria, fungi and viruses, and has broad-spectrum antibacterial disinfection without any drug resistance.
The antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver and the preparation method thereof are further described by the following embodiments.
Example 1
Taking 100g of prepared antibacterial hand sanitizer as a reference, firstly taking a beaker of 200m L and a certain amount of weighed purified water, pouring the beaker into the beaker, sequentially adding 10g of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 4.5g of cocamidopropyl betaine and 4g of alkyl glucoside 1214 in the beaker, heating the beaker to 60 ℃ on a stirrer, stirring to completely dissolve the raw materials, then respectively adding 1.5g of glycerol, 0.8g of ethylene glycol monostearate, 0.4g of tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 0.1g of chitosan and 0.01mg of nano silver particles with the diameter of 30nm, continuously stirring until the raw materials are completely dissolved, then cooling to room temperature, then adding the purified water to 100g, adding 1.5g of polyvinylpyrrolidone PVP and 0.5g of citric acid to adjust the viscosity and the pH value, ultrasonically dissolving and removing bubbles, and aging for 3 hours to obtain the colorless and transparent antibacterial hand sanitizer.
The formulation of the antiseptic hand sanitizer containing nano silver in example 1 and the formulation of the hand sanitizer without nano silver in the comparative example are shown in table 1 below.

the hand sanitizer obtained in example 1 and the hand sanitizer obtained in the comparative example are colorless and transparent products with viscoelasticity, the viscosity is 4500mPa & S, and the pH value is 6; the hand washing solutions of example 1 and the comparative example were respectively subjected to antibacterial performance tests, and the results are shown in table 2 below.

as can be seen from Table 2, the antibacterial liquid soap containing nano-silver has an obvious antibacterial effect compared with the liquid soap without nano-silver, can basically kill most bacteria and fungi in a short time, and can more effectively prevent the spread of diseases and prevent infection.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. An antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano-silver is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.0005 to 0.05 percent of nano-silver antibacterial disinfectant, 10 to 25 percent of surfactant, 1 to 3 percent of moisturizing factor, 1 to 4 percent of thickening agent, 0.5 to 1 percent of pearling agent, 1 to 2 percent of pH regulator, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of chelating agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of preservative and 64.25 to 86.1495 percent of solvent.
2. The antiseptic and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nano silver particles of the antiseptic and disinfectant agent have a particle size of 10-80 nm.

The antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano-silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said surfactant is one or more of sodium lauryl sulfate, α -sulfo fatty acid ester, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, lecithin, alkyl glucoside 1214, and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide.
4. The antiseptic hand sanitizer containing nano silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the humectant is one or more of glycerin, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, and ceramide.
5. The antiseptic hand sanitizer containing nano silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener is one or more of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, potassium chloride.
6. The antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano-silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the pearlizing agent is one of shell powder, mica powder, ethylene glycol monostearate, and ethylene glycol distearate.
7. The antiseptic hand sanitizer containing nano silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the pH regulator is one of citric acid, sodium citrate, lactic acid.
8. The antiseptic hand sanitizer containing nano silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the chelating agent is one of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, and sodium citrate.
9. The antiseptic and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said antiseptic is chitosan and said solvent is pure water.
10. A method for preparing the antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano-silver as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a1. weighing the components according to the proportion;
a2. pouring a part of solvent into a container, adding the surfactant into the container, and heating while stirring until the surfactant is completely dissolved;
a3. adding the humectant, the pearling agent, the chelating agent, the preservative and the nano-silver antibacterial disinfectant into a container, heating and stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, pouring the residual pure water into the container, and cooling the container to room temperature;
a4. respectively adding a pH regulator and a thickening agent into a container, and adjusting the pH value and the viscosity;
a5. dissolving the mixed liquid in the dissolver by using ultrasonic, removing bubbles, and aging to prepare the antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver.
