Furthermore, directional phrases used herein, such as, for example, upper, lower, top, bottom, front, rear, left, right, inner, outer, lateral, peripheral, central, horizontal, lateral, vertical, longitudinal, axial, radial, uppermost or lowermost, etc., refer only to the orientation of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a lighting test fixture for a display panel according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a platen 1 and a pressing plate 2, where the platen 1 is used to place a panel 8 to be tested, such as an L CD or an O L ED panel, the pressing plate 2 is openably and closably hinged to the platen 1, the pressing plate 2 includes an observation portion 21 and at least one sliding block portion 22, the observation portion 21 is used for manually or mechanically observing the panel 8 to be tested, for example, the observation portion 21 may be composed of a polarizer, the sliding block portion 22 is capable of relatively moving two objects, for example, the sliding block portion 22 may be a pulley assembly or a sliding rail assembly, the sliding block portion 22 is located around the observation portion 21, when the pressing plate 2 is pressed against the platen 1, the observation portion 21 overlaps the panel 8 to be tested, and the sliding block portion 22 faces the platen 1.
It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the panel 8 to be tested may have an electrical connection portion and a display portion, the electrical connection portion may input test signals to light up pixels of the display portion for testing, and the arrangement of the electrical connection portion and the display portion is understood by those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again; the pressing plate 2 may further include a probe portion, the probe portion is located around the observation portion 21, and the arrangement manner of the probe portion is understood by those skilled in the art and is not described herein again. When the pressing plate 2 is pressed against the platen 1, the probe portion is electrically connected to the electrical connection portion of the panel 8 to be tested, so as to input a test signal, so that the pixels of the display portion are colored, and the observation portion 21 and the display portion of the panel 8 to be tested may be overlapped with each other, for example: the observation portion and the display portion are in contact with each other so as to observe whether or not the light emitting function of each pixel is good one by one.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the observation portion 21 is rectangular, for example: the observation portion 21 has four edges extending in two directions perpendicular to each other, for example: two opposite edges of the four edges extend in a longitudinal direction, the other two opposite edges of the four edges extend in a lateral direction, and a sliding direction of the slider portion 22 is parallel to one of the two directions. Therefore, when a certain edge position of the panel 8 to be tested needs to be checked, the edge pixels of the panel 8 to be tested can be moved for observation by moving the sliding block part 22, and the problem that the edge pixel defects of the display panel cannot be normally checked can be avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sliding block portion 22 may include at least one longitudinal sliding block adjacent to at least one edge of the observation portion 21 extending along the longitudinal direction, such as: two longitudinal sliders are provided adjacent to two opposite edges of the observation portion 21 extending in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when a certain longitudinal edge position of the panel to be detected 8 needs to be checked, the longitudinal sliding block can be moved, so that the edge pixels of the panel to be detected 8 can be moved longitudinally to facilitate observation, and the phenomenon that the longitudinal edge pixel defects of the display panel cannot be checked normally can be avoided.
Alternatively, the slider portion 22 may comprise at least one lateral slider adjacent to at least one edge of the viewing portion 21 extending in the lateral direction, for example: a lateral slider is arranged adjacent to the upper or lower edge of the viewing portion 21 extending in the lateral direction. Therefore, when a certain lateral edge position of the panel to be detected 8 needs to be checked, the lateral sliding block can be moved to enable the edge pixel of the panel to be detected 8 to move laterally so as to facilitate observation, and the situation that the lateral edge pixel defect of the display panel cannot be normally checked can be avoided.
