Description

Technical Field

Background
An Air Conditioner (Air Conditioner) is a device capable of adjusting parameters such as temperature and humidity of ambient Air in a building, and an operation mode of the Air Conditioner generally mainly includes a heating mode and a cooling mode. For example: the indoor temperature is reduced by adopting a refrigeration mode in summer, and the indoor temperature is increased by adopting a heating mode in winter. However, for the refrigeration requirement of some places with high indoor temperature and low outdoor temperature (such as a hot pot store in winter), because the pressure of the refrigerant pipeline in the air conditioner is influenced by the ambient temperature, the higher the temperature is, the higher the pressure of the refrigerant pipeline is, the lower the temperature is, the lower the pressure of the refrigerant pipeline is, therefore, in the 'place with high indoor temperature and low outdoor temperature', the pressure of the outdoor air-conditioning high-pressure system (the air-conditioning high-pressure system is positioned in the front side of the throttle valve in the refrigerant pipeline) is low, the pressure of the indoor air-conditioning low-pressure system (the air-conditioning low-pressure system is positioned in the rear side of the throttle valve in the refrigerant pipeline) is high, so that the pressure difference between the air-conditioning high-pressure system and the air-conditioning low-pressure system is reduced (the pressure difference between the front side and the rear side of the throttle valve is reduced), the circulation, further, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is poor, and the refrigeration requirement of a place with high indoor temperature and low outdoor temperature cannot be met.

Detailed Description
Some embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, a "module" or "processor" may include hardware, software, or a combination of both. A module may comprise hardware circuitry, various suitable sensors, communication ports, memory, may comprise software components such as program code, or may be a combination of software and hardware. The processor may be a central processing unit, microprocessor, image processor, digital signal processor, or any other suitable processor. The processor has data and/or signal processing functionality. The processor may be implemented in software, hardware, or a combination thereof. Non-transitory computer readable storage media include any suitable medium that can store program code, such as magnetic disks, hard disks, optical disks, flash memory, read-only memory, random-access memory, and the like. The term "a and/or B" denotes all possible combinations of a and B, such as a alone, B alone or a and B. The term "at least one A or B" or "at least one of A and B" means similar to "A and/or B" and may include only A, only B, or both A and B. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include the plural forms as well.
For the refrigeration requirements of some places with high indoor temperature and low outdoor temperature (such as hot pot shops in winter), because the pressure of a refrigerant pipeline in an air conditioner is influenced by the ambient temperature, the higher the temperature is, the higher the pressure of the refrigerant pipeline is, the lower the pressure of the refrigerant pipeline is, therefore, in the place with high indoor temperature and low outdoor temperature, the pressure of an outdoor high-pressure air conditioner system is low, the pressure of an indoor low-pressure air conditioner system is high, the pressure difference between the high-pressure air conditioner system and the low-pressure air conditioner system is reduced, the circulation flow of the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipeline is reduced, and the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is reduced. In order to solve the above problems, the conventional air-conditioning refrigeration operation method mainly includes that the temperature of an outdoor unit is raised as much as possible when the outdoor environment temperature is low by adjusting the rotation speed of an outdoor fan and/or reducing the heat exchange area of an outdoor heat exchanger, so that the pressure of an air-conditioning high-pressure system is increased as much as possible, the pressure difference between the air-conditioning high-pressure system and the air-conditioning low-pressure system is increased, the circulation flow of a refrigerant in a refrigerant pipeline is increased, and the air-conditioning refrigeration effect is improved. However, this method requires long-term operation of the outdoor unit to reduce and maintain a good cooling effect, and components such as a compressor in the outdoor unit are easily worn and aged during long-term operation, thereby reducing the life of the components. In addition, the compressor consumes large electric energy even if operated for a long time, and the purpose of energy saving of the air conditioner cannot be achieved.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the air duct type air conditioner operates in the cooling mode, whether the operation mode of the air duct type air conditioner is adjusted or not can be judged according to the temperature difference delta T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature. And if the operation mode needs to be adjusted, adjusting the refrigeration mode to the air supply mode and cooling the indoor air by using the outdoor low-temperature air. The compressor is in a stop state in the air supply mode, so that the invention can achieve the aim of refrigeration and can also avoid the problems of abrasion, aging, reduced service life and the like of the compressor caused by long-time operation. In order to effectively utilize outdoor low-temperature air to cool the indoor air, the invention also improves the structure of the indoor unit of the air pipe type air conditioner. Specifically, an indoor air return grill and an outdoor air return grill are provided in the indoor unit. The indoor return air grid is connected into the room through an air pipe, so that indoor air can enter an air duct of the indoor unit through the indoor return air grid; the outdoor air return grid is connected to the outside through an air pipe, so that outdoor air can enter an air channel of the indoor unit through the outdoor air return grid. When the invention judges that the refrigeration mode needs to be adjusted to the air supply mode, the outdoor return air grid is controlled to be opened firstly, then the refrigeration mode is adjusted to the air supply mode, under the driving of the air supply mode, outdoor cold air enters the air duct of the indoor unit through the outdoor return air grid, and finally flows into the indoor through the air outlet of the air duct of the indoor unit to cool the indoor.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating main steps of an operation control method of an air duct type air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, an indoor return air grid and an outdoor return air grid are arranged in the indoor unit. As shown in fig. 1, the operation control method of the air duct type air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: when the air pipe type air conditioner operates in a cooling mode, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature are detected regularly.
The indoor temperature refers to a temperature inside a place (building) where the indoor unit of the air duct type air conditioner is located, and the outdoor temperature refers to a temperature outside the place (building) where the indoor unit of the air duct type air conditioner is located.
In one embodiment, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature may be detected according to the following steps: after the air pipe type air conditioner starts a refrigeration mode, an indoor return air grid is controlled to be opened and an outdoor return air grid is controlled to be closed, and then the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature are detected regularly (at an interval of 10 minutes).
When the temperature is measured by the temperature detection device such as a temperature sensor arranged in the air duct of the indoor unit, the outdoor air return grid is closed, so that the influence of outdoor cold air flowing into the air duct of the indoor unit on the temperature measurement result of the temperature detection device can be avoided. Furthermore, the indoor air return grid is opened, so that the air temperature in the air duct of the indoor unit is closer to the indoor air temperature, and the temperature measurement result of the temperature detection device is closer to the indoor air temperature.
Step S102: and judging whether to adjust the operation mode of the air pipe type air conditioner according to the temperature difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature. Wherein, the temperature difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is TIndoor use-TOutdoors,TIndoor useAnd TOutdoorsRespectively, indoor temperature and outdoor temperature. Specifically, if it is determined that the operation mode needs to be adjusted, go to step S103; if it is determined that the operation mode does not need to be adjusted, the process proceeds to step S104.
In one embodiment, the determining whether to adjust the operation mode of the duct type air conditioner according to the temperature difference Δ T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature specifically includes:
(1) if Δ T<ΔT1And then, the indoor return air grid is continuously controlled to be opened and the outdoor return air grid is continuously controlled to be closed, and the operation mode of the air pipe type air conditioner is not adjusted. Wherein, Delta T1Is a preset lower limit of temperature difference, Δ T1Is a small value and Δ T1>0, indicates that the indoor temperature is relatively close to the outdoor temperature. An example is as follows: delta T1=5°。ΔT<ΔT1Including Delta T<0 and 0<ΔT<ΔT1In the two cases, the following is a specific description of the two cases, respectively, why the operation mode of the air duct type air conditioner is not adjusted.
If Δ T<0, indicating the indoor temperature TIndoor useLess than the outdoor temperature TOutdoorsSince the indoor temperature is generally lower than the outdoor temperature in summer, this situation indicates that the air conditioner may be in a cooling state in summer. As can be seen from the above analysis, there is no problem that the cooling effect of the air conditioner is deteriorated due to the low pressure of the high pressure system and the high pressure of the low pressure system of the air conditioner caused by the influence of the temperature during the cooling in summer, and therefore, the operation mode of the air conditioner does not need to be adjusted. Further, in one embodiment, due to Δ T<0 indicates that the air conditioner is in a refrigerating state in summer, so that whether a fresh air instruction is received can be judged; if a fresh air instruction is received, indicating that a user has a fresh air (fresh air) demand, controlling according to the fresh air instructionAnd opening the outdoor return air grid, so that outdoor fresh air can enter the air duct of the indoor unit through the outdoor return air grid and then enter the indoor unit through the air outlet of the air duct of the indoor unit.
If 0<ΔT<ΔT1Then, it indicates the indoor temperature TIndoor useGreater than the outdoor temperature TOutdoorsSince the indoor temperature is generally higher than the outdoor temperature in winter, this situation indicates that the air conditioner may be in a winter cooling state. However, since the indoor temperature is relatively close to the outdoor temperature, if the indoor is cooled by the outdoor cold air, a good cooling effect cannot be achieved, and thus, it is not necessary to adjust the operation mode of the air conditioner.
(2) If Δ T>ΔT2And then the indoor return air grid is controlled to be closed and the outdoor return air grid is controlled to be opened, and then the refrigeration mode is adjusted to the air supply mode. Wherein, Delta T2Is a predetermined upper limit of the temperature difference, Δ T2Is a larger value and Δ T2>ΔT1It means that the difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is large. An example is as follows: if Δ T2=12°。
ΔT>ΔT2Indicates the indoor temperature TIndoor useGreater than the outdoor temperature TOutdoorsSince the indoor temperature is generally higher than the outdoor temperature in winter, this situation indicates that the air conditioner may be in a winter cooling state. At the same time, due to the outdoor temperature TOutdoorsLower, thereby being capable of utilizing outdoor cold air to cool the indoor space so as to achieve better refrigeration effect. Specifically, the outdoor air return grid is opened first, then the refrigeration mode is adjusted to the air supply mode, and then the outdoor cold air can be sent into the indoor air duct under the driving of the air supply mode, and then enters the indoor through the air outlet of the indoor air duct to cool the indoor. In addition, in order to further improve the cooling effect in the blowing mode, the opening degree of the outdoor return air fence may be adjusted to the maximum.
(3) If Δ T1<ΔT<ΔT2And respectively adjusting the opening degrees of the indoor air return grid and the outdoor air return grid to preset opening values, and not adjusting the operation mode of the air duct type air conditioner. From the foregoing analysis, it can be seen that Δ T1And Δ T2Respectively, a predetermined lower limit of temperature differenceAnd the upper temperature difference limit, when the temperature difference delta T is between the lower temperature difference limit and the upper temperature difference limit, the indoor temperature is close to the outdoor temperature, but a certain difference still exists. If the outdoor cold air is used alone to cool the indoor space, a good cooling effect may not be achieved. Based on the principle of air flow, the hot air pressure is low, the cold air pressure is high, and the cold air can flow to the hot air, so that the opening degree of the outdoor air return grid can be adjusted to a preset opening value (for example, half of the maximum opening degree) in the case of the hot air, and under the action of the pressure difference between the indoor hot air and the outdoor cold air, the outdoor cold air can flow into an indoor air duct through the outdoor air return grid. Meanwhile, the opening degree of the indoor return air grid is also adjusted to a preset opening degree value (such as half of the maximum opening degree), and indoor temperature reduction is carried out by utilizing indoor circulating air.
Step S103: and controlling the outdoor return air grid to be opened and adjusting the refrigeration mode to the air supply mode.
Step S104: and controlling the air pipe type air conditioner to continuously operate in the cooling mode.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the operation mode of the air pipe type air conditioner is adjusted according to the temperature difference delta T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature, if the operation mode is judged to be required to be adjusted, the refrigeration mode is adjusted to be the air supply mode, and the indoor air is cooled by utilizing the outdoor low-temperature air. Because the compressor is in a stop state in the air supply mode, the embodiment of the invention can achieve the aim of refrigeration and can also avoid the problems of abrasion, aging, short service life and the like caused by long-time operation of the compressor.
In one embodiment, after the outdoor air return grid is opened, a step of analyzing a cooling effect of cooling with the outdoor cold air according to a temperature difference Δ T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature, and further determining whether to close the outdoor air return grid according to an analysis result may be further included. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: determining the room temperature and room temperature detected within a certain timeWhether the temperature difference delta T of the external temperature is smaller than a preset temperature difference threshold value or not. Wherein the preset temperature difference threshold is less than the preset lower temperature difference limit Delta T1The temperature value of (2). An example is as follows: if Δ T1The preset temperature difference threshold may be 3 °, 5 °.
If each temperature difference delta T is smaller than a preset temperature difference threshold value within a certain time (the temperature difference delta T is continuously smaller than the preset temperature difference threshold value), the indoor temperature is close to the outdoor temperature, if the outdoor cold air is continuously utilized to cool the indoor space, the refrigerating effect cannot be further improved, and then the step 2 can be carried out; if a certain temperature difference delta T is greater than or equal to the preset temperature difference threshold value within a certain time (the temperature difference delta T is not continuously smaller than the preset temperature difference threshold value), it indicates that the possibility of a large difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature still exists, if the outdoor cold air is continuously utilized to cool the indoor space, the refrigeration effect is further improved, and then the step 5 can be carried out.
Step 2: and controlling the indoor return air grid to be opened and the outdoor return air grid to be closed, and judging whether a compressor in an outdoor unit of the air pipe type air conditioner is in a shutdown state or not. Specifically, if the compressor is in a shutdown state, turning to step 3; and if the compressor is in the working state, turning to the step 4.
And step 3: from the foregoing analysis, if the compressor is in the shutdown state, it indicates that the air duct type air conditioner is operating in the air supply mode. And because the temperature difference delta T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is continuously smaller than the preset temperature difference threshold value for a certain time, if the outdoor cold air is continuously utilized to cool the indoor space, the refrigerating effect cannot be further improved, and therefore the air supply mode needs to be adjusted to the refrigerating mode.
Further, in order to prevent the compressor from being damaged due to frequent start-stop, before the air supply mode is adjusted to the refrigeration mode, whether the shutdown time of the compressor reaches a preset time threshold value or not can be judged; if so, starting the compressor and adjusting the air supply mode to the refrigeration mode; if not, the air supply mode is adjusted to the refrigeration mode after the shutdown time reaches a preset time threshold.
And 4, step 4: from the foregoing analysis, if the compressor is not in the shutdown state, it indicates that the ducted air conditioner is still operating in the cooling mode. And because the temperature difference delta T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is continuously smaller than the preset temperature difference threshold value for a certain time, if the outdoor cold air is continuously utilized to cool the indoor space, the refrigeration effect can not be further improved, so that the outdoor return air grid needs to be closed, and the operation mode of the air pipe type air conditioner is not adjusted.
And 5: from the foregoing analysis, if the temperature difference Δ T is not continuously smaller than the preset temperature difference threshold value within a certain time period, it indicates that there may be a situation where the difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is relatively large, and the outdoor cold air is continuously utilized to cool the indoor space, so that the cooling effect is further improved, and therefore, the outdoor return air grid does not need to be closed, and the operation mode of the air duct type air conditioner does not need to be adjusted. For example: at Δ T>ΔT2Under the condition of (3), the air duct type air conditioner continuously operates in an air supply mode; at Δ T1<ΔT<ΔT2In this case, the air duct type air conditioner continues to operate in the cooling mode.
In one embodiment, when the air duct type air conditioner operates in a heating mode, the indoor return air grid can be controlled to be opened and the outdoor return air grid can be controlled to be closed, so that the heating effect of the air conditioner is prevented from being influenced when outdoor air enters an air duct of the indoor unit through the outdoor return air grid. However, when a fresh air instruction is received, the user is indicated to have a fresh air demand, and then the outdoor air return grid can be controlled to be opened according to the fresh air instruction, so that outdoor fresh air can enter the air duct of the indoor unit through the outdoor air return grid, and then enter the indoor through the air outlet of the air duct of the indoor unit, and the fresh air demand of the user is met.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments describe each step in a specific sequence, those skilled in the art will understand that, in order to achieve the effect of the present invention, different steps do not necessarily need to be executed in such a sequence, and they may be executed simultaneously (in parallel) or in other sequences, and these changes are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a control apparatus is also provided. In this control device embodiment, the control device may include a processor and a storage device, the storage device being adapted to store a plurality of program codes, the program codes being adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor to perform the specific steps of the operation control method of the air duct type air conditioner described in the above-mentioned operation control method embodiment of the air duct type air conditioner. For convenience of explanation, only the parts related to the embodiments of the present specification are shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, so that reference is made to the method parts of the embodiments of the present specification. The control device may be a server device including various electronic devices, a PC computer, a network cloud server, or the like.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, an air duct type air conditioner is also provided. In the air duct type air conditioner embodiment, the air duct type air conditioner may include an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit comprises the control device, an indoor return air grid, an outdoor return air grid and a return air temperature sensor arranged in an air duct of the indoor unit. The outdoor unit may include a compressor and an outdoor temperature sensor. Specifically, the indoor return air grid is connected into the room through an air pipe, so that indoor air can enter an air duct of the indoor unit through the indoor return air grid; the outdoor air return grid is connected to the outside through an air pipe, so that outdoor air can enter an air channel of the indoor unit through the outdoor air return grid. The control device may be configured to detect the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature through the return air temperature sensor and the outdoor temperature sensor, respectively, and perform operation control of the duct type air conditioner according to the detection results.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a main structure of an air duct type air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the duct type air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit 2. The indoor unit may specifically include an evaporator 11, a motor/fan 12, an outdoor return air grid 13, an indoor return air grid 14, and a return air temperature sensor 15. And an air pipe of an air duct of the indoor unit passes through the wall body 3 through the outdoor air return grid 13 and enters the outdoor. A filter screen 131 is arranged on the inner side (the side close to the wall 3) of the outdoor air return grid 13, and the filter screen 131 can filter out impurities such as dust, particulate matters and the like mixed in outdoor air. An arrow "→" indicates a flow direction of air in the air duct of the indoor unit, and the flow direction mainly includes a direction from the outdoor air return grill 13 to the motor/fan 12, the return air temperature sensor 15 and the evaporator 11 in sequence, and a direction from the indoor air return grill 14 to the motor/fan 12, the return air temperature sensor 15 and the evaporator 11 in sequence.
In the present embodiment, the motor/fan 12 mainly includes a blowing motor and a fan, and the blowing motor is used for driving the fan to rotate so as to blow the air flowing in from the outdoor air return grill 13 and the indoor air return grill 14 into the indoor unit air duct. When the air duct type air conditioner operates in the heating mode, the temperature of the evaporator 11 is relatively high, so that the temperature of the air passing through the evaporator 11 is also increased. If the motor/fan 12 is disposed at the rear side of the evaporator 11 (in the front-to-rear direction of the air flow in the indoor unit duct), the high temperature air may affect the normal operation of the motor/fan 12 (e.g., overheating). In order to overcome the above problems, as shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention arranges the motors/fans 12 on the front side of the evaporator 11 in the front-to-rear direction of the air flow in the indoor unit duct, so as to ensure that the motors/fans 12 can operate normally in the heating mode.
Further, if the motor/fan 12 is disposed at the front side of the evaporator 11 (in the front-to-rear direction of the air flow in the indoor unit duct), a large noise is generated due to the large resistance of the evaporator 11. Meanwhile, in practical applications, the indoor unit duct may be relatively long (e.g., large indoor space), and the motor/fan 12 is disposed at the front side of the evaporator 11, and may not be able to drive air to the outlet of the indoor unit duct. Therefore, in consideration of the above problems, the installation position of the motor/fan 12 can be selected according to the application scene of the air duct type air conditioner. Specifically, for an application scenario where the indoor unit air duct is relatively short or where the requirement for the operating noise of the air duct type air conditioner is relatively low, the motor/fan 12 may be disposed at the front side of the evaporator 11 (along the front-to-back direction of the air flow in the indoor unit air duct). For applications where the indoor unit duct is relatively long or where the requirement for operating noise of the duct air conditioner is relatively high, the motor/fan 12 may be disposed at the rear side of the evaporator 11 (as shown in fig. 3, the motor/fan 12 is disposed at the rear side of the evaporator 11 in the front-to-rear direction along the air flow in the indoor unit duct).
In this embodiment, the indoor unit of the air duct type air conditioner further includes a return air fence driving device (not shown in fig. 2) for driving the outdoor return air fence 13 and the indoor return air fence 14 to open and close. In one embodiment, the return air grid driving device may include an outdoor return air grid driving module for driving the outdoor return air grid 13 to open and close and an indoor return air grid driving module for driving the indoor return air grid 14 to open and close. An example is as follows: the outdoor return air grid driving module and the indoor return air grid driving module respectively comprise a Stepping Motor (Stepping Motor), and the Stepping Motor drives the corresponding return air grids to be opened and closed. It is noted that although the present invention provides only one embodiment in which a stepper motor is used to drive the return air grille on and off, it will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is clearly not limited to this particular embodiment. Other drive means for controlling the opening and closing of the return air grille may be used by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications or substitutions are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the components such as the evaporator and the compressor in the embodiment of the present invention are conventional in the art, and for brevity of description, detailed descriptions of specific implementation functions of these components are not provided herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the flow of the method implementing the above-described embodiment of the invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and can implement the steps of the above-described method embodiments when the computer program is executed by a processor. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying said computer program code, media, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic diskette, optical disk, computer memory, read-only memory, random access memory, electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunication signals, software distribution media, etc. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain content that is subject to appropriate increase or decrease as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals as is required by legislation and patent practice.
The embodiment of the invention provides an operation method of an air duct type air conditioner, which can judge whether to adjust the operation mode of the air duct type air conditioner or not according to the temperature difference delta T between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature when the air duct type air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode. And if the operation mode needs to be adjusted, adjusting the refrigeration mode to the air supply mode and cooling the indoor air by using the outdoor low-temperature air. The compressor is in a stop state in the air supply mode, so that the embodiment of the invention can achieve the aim of refrigeration and can also avoid the problems of abrasion, aging, short service life and the like of the compressor caused by long-time running of the compressor.
So far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
