In this embodiment, the air conditioner control method includes:
step S110, acquiring a working mode of the air conditioner after power-on operation;
after detecting that the air conditioner is powered on and opened, the working mode of the air conditioner at the moment can be obtained based on the air conditioning operation information in the electric control board of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner or the mode of the air conditioning operation information, and the working mode can comprise a refrigeration mode, a dehumidification mode, a heating mode, an air supply mode and the like.
Step S120, if the working mode is a refrigeration mode or a dehumidification mode, detecting whether the opening degree of the ventilation notch is smaller than a first preset threshold value;
if the working mode of the air conditioner is detected to be a refrigeration mode or a dehumidification mode, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant coming out of the exhaust port of the compressor needs to enter the outdoor condenser, and the refrigerant needs to dissipate heat as much as possible at the moment, so that the ventilation notch on the middle partition plate needs to be opened, and whether the ventilation notch is opened or not (or the opening degree is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold) needs to be detected at the moment, so that whether the opening degree of the ventilation notch is smaller than the first preset threshold is detected. The larger the opening degree of the ventilation notch is, the larger the section area of the ventilation notch capable of passing through airflow is, the opening degree is 100%, and the ventilation notch is completely free of shielding. The first preset threshold may be set to be larger, for example, 95% to 100%, as required, in order to maximally ensure that the airflow passes through the ventilation notch.
In step S130, if the opening degree of the ventilation notch is smaller than the first preset threshold, the wind shield is controlled to move to increase the opening degree.
If the opening degree of the ventilation notch is smaller than a first preset threshold value, the opening degree of the ventilation notch is not large enough, the air flow cannot well pass through the ventilation notch, and therefore the air blocking plate is controlled to move to increase the opening degree. In the embodiment of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the wind deflector moves back and forth by means of the sliding rail of the wind deflector and the sliding groove on the middle partition plate, and when the air conditioner control device controls the wind deflector to move towards the increasing direction of the ventilation notch along the sliding groove, the opening degree of the ventilation notch is increased, so that the ventilation notch is completely opened. If the opening degree of the ventilation notch is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value, the wind shield is not controlled to move. In addition, an implementation method for detecting the opening degree of the ventilation notch is provided, wherein an initial position of the wind shield can be set on the sliding chute, the wind shield is in the initial position, and the wind shield completely shields the ventilation notch, namely the opening degree of the ventilation notch is 0%, and refer to fig. 8; when the wind shield needs to be controlled to move to increase the opening degree, the wind shield is controlled to move along the sliding groove in the direction away from the initial position until the opening degree of the ventilation notch is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold, and the reference is made to fig. 9. Of course, when the wind shield is located at the initial position, the wind shield does not shield the ventilation notch at all, that is, the opening degree of the ventilation notch is 100%, as shown in fig. 9, the control mode of the ventilation notch controls the wind shield to move along the sliding groove in the direction away from the initial position until the opening degree of the ventilation notch approaches 0%, as shown in fig. 8, when the wind shield needs to be controlled to move to reduce the opening degree.
In this embodiment, be in under refrigeration mode or dehumidification mode at the air conditioner, the control deep bead removes and opens the degree in order to increase, ensure that the ventilation breach opens, thereby fan side subassembly place space and compressor unit place space are through the ventilation breach intercommunication, outdoor fan rotates in order to dispel the heat to outdoor condenser, because the negative pressure in fan side subassembly place space is great, the air current in some compressor unit side place space flows through heat exchange module and ventilation breach inflow fan side subassembly place space, realize the one-level heat transfer under air conditioner refrigeration mode or the dehumidification mode, the temperature of inflow condenser refrigerant has been reduced. On one hand, the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is effectively improved, the temperature of the refrigerant subjected to the secondary heat exchange is lower, the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner is improved on the premise of not increasing the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, and energy conservation is realized; on the other hand, under the condition of the same refrigerating capacity, the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be reduced, and due to the reduction of the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the two-stage noise reduction of the compressor and the outdoor fan is realized, and the service life and the reliability of the compressor are greatly prolonged.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, a second embodiment of the air conditioner control method is proposed, and after the operation mode of the air conditioner after power-on operation is obtained in step S110, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step A, if the working mode is the heating mode, detecting whether the opening degree of the ventilation notch is larger than a second preset threshold value; the second preset threshold is smaller than the first preset threshold;
and step B, if the opening degree of the ventilation notch is larger than a second preset threshold value, controlling the wind shield to move so as to reduce the opening degree.
In order to ensure the accuracy of detecting whether the ventilation notch is opened or not, the second preset threshold value can be set to be smaller, when the opening degree of the ventilation notch is larger than the second preset threshold value, the ventilation notch is opened, the air conditioner is in a heating mode, and when the wind shield shields the ventilation notch to block the outdoor fan to work, the airflow in the space where the compressor assembly is located flows through the heat exchange module, so that the unnecessary air cooling of high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants in the heat exchange module is avoided.
Optionally, the heat exchange module further includes an auxiliary heating element, the auxiliary heating element is disposed adjacent to or attached to the heat exchange pipeline, and the air conditioner control method further includes: and if the working mode is a heating mode, starting an auxiliary heating piece to heat the heat exchange pipeline.
The auxiliary heating element can be an electric heating pipe, so that the conventional auxiliary heating element arranged on the indoor unit is transferred to the outdoor unit, the risk that the auxiliary heating element is arranged on the indoor unit to cause fire easily is avoided, and the design cost of safety performance control of the auxiliary heating element is reduced. The auxiliary heating part works to further heat high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants in the heat exchange pipeline passing through the heat exchange module, then the further heated refrigerants enter the indoor side, the thermal comfort and the heating efficiency of the indoor unit of the air conditioner are greatly improved, and particularly for a constant-speed air conditioner with low running frequency of a compressor, the problem that the indoor temperature is slowly increased after the indoor unit is started for a long time is well solved. Meanwhile, the scheme of low safety coefficient of adding an electric auxiliary heating element in the indoor unit is avoided, the heating efficiency of the air conditioner is improved, and meanwhile, the heating safety of the air conditioner is improved; in addition, the technical scheme of the invention is applied to the variable frequency air conditioner, the running frequency of the compressor is not required to be continuously increased to meet the requirement of higher heating capacity, the problems of high noise of the outdoor unit, easy disturbance to residents and complaints are avoided, and the compressor does not need to run for a long time at high frequency, so that the fault rate of the compressor is reduced, the reliability and the service life of the compressor are improved, and the variable frequency air conditioner is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
In addition, after the operation mode after the air conditioner is powered on and operated is obtained in step S110, the air conditioner control method further includes: if the working mode is the air supply mode, the opening degree of the ventilation notch can be not adjusted, or the opening degree of the ventilation notch can be adjusted to be the minimum or the maximum, namely the wind shield is adjusted to the initial position.
