Therefore, when the rotary knife (20) is used, the blade (40) is clamped into the blade placing groove (23) arranged towards the lower side for use, and when the rotary knife is not used, the blade is clamped into the groove arranged towards the upper side for storage.
The mask is cut and perforated by the blade (40) protruding to the lower side of the rotary knife (20), but the thickness of the mask is different, so in view of these problems, as shown in fig. 4, the blade is formed according to the height of the blade mounting groove (23) formed on the outer surface of the rotary knife (20), and the height (d) of the blade (40) protruding to the lower side is changed.
Fig. 5 and 6 are separate perspective views showing another embodiment of the present invention, according to which the same embodiment as shown in fig. 1 and 2 is provided with a sleeve (30) sandwiched between the housing (10) and the rotary knife (20). A plurality of clamping grooves (31) are arranged on the edge part of the upper end of the sleeve (30), and clamping convex blocks (24) corresponding to the clamping grooves (31) are arranged below the annular convex part (21) of the rotary knife (20).
The engaging grooves (31) and engaging projections (24) of the sleeve (30) and the rotary knife (20) are formed in a zigzag shape and can rotate together only in one direction, and the direction of rotation coincides with the position where the blade of the blade (40) is formed.
The engagement groove (31) of the sleeve (30) is formed by more than two grooves with different depths, when the engagement projection (24) of the rotary knife (20) is combined with the engagement groove (31a) with deep depth, the lower end of the knife edge (40) projects towards the lower side of the rotary knife (20), so that the mask can be cut off, and when the engagement projection (24) of the rotary knife is combined with the engagement groove (31b) with shallow depth, the lower end of the knife edge (40) does not project towards the lower end of the rotary knife (20), so that the positions of the mask during use and storage are different.
The blade (40) can be simply clamped into the blade mounting groove (23) of the rotary knife (20) in an interference fit mode for use, and can also be adhered and fixed by an adhesive or the like.
The blade (40) may be kept attached by using a magnet (50), but as shown in fig. 6, the magnet (50) is inserted and fixed to the inside of the rotary knife (20), and the blade (40) is kept inserted into the blade receiving groove (23) by the magnetic force of the magnet (50).
The function of the present invention constructed as described above will be described in detail with reference to fig. 7 to 11.
Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the punch of the present invention is rotated while being placed on the mask (60), (a) shows a state in which the engagement projection (24) of the rotary knife (20) is positioned in the deep engagement groove (30a) of the case (30), and shows a state in which the blade (40) is projected toward the lower side of the case (10) to cut the mask (60), (b) shows a state in which the engagement projection (24) of the rotary knife (20) is positioned in the shallow engagement groove (31b) of the case (30) and the blade (40) is not projected toward the lower side of the case (10).
When the mask (60) is further used with the blade (40) projected in the state shown in fig. 7 (a), the case (10) is first set at any position of the mask (60) as shown in fig. 8, the rotary blade (20) is inserted into the case (10), the rotary blade (20) is rotated by the handle (22) as shown in fig. 9, the rotary blade (20) is rotated together with the sleeve (30), the hole (61) is formed by the blade (40) projected downward as shown in fig. 10, and the air distribution valve (70) is then attached to the hole (61) as shown in fig. 11.
For reference, the air valve (70) is composed of an inner base (71), an outer base (72) and a cover (73), wherein the inner base (71) is arranged inside the hole (61) of the mask (60), the outer base (72) and the cover (73) are combined with each other and positioned outside the hole (61) of the mask (60), and the outer base (72) is provided with a filter.
The air valve (70) mounted on the mask (60) can be applied to various forms, but is not limited to this structure.
After the air valve (70) is assembled in the way, when the mask (60) is polluted in the process of using the mask (60), the air valve (70) can be detached and assembled on a new mask for use, and after the air valve (70) is polluted, a new air valve can be assembled for use.
