The application provides an air conditioner, which comprises an outdoor unit, a compressor, a heating unit and a control unit, wherein the outdoor unit comprises the compressor and the heating unit; the heating unit may heat the compressor when a refrigerant of the air conditioner is in a heating cycle and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner performs defrosting. The embodiment of the application provides an air conditioner, can reduce the influence to indoor temperature when air condensing units defrosting, guarantees indoor heating effect, improves user's comfort level.

Background
The existing household air conditioner realizes refrigeration or heating through circulation of a refrigerant, and the refrigerant starts to circulate in an air conditioning system along with starting of the air conditioner. When the refrigerating working condition is met, the low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant of the inner machine heat exchanger absorbs heat from the indoor space; when the heating working condition is met, the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant in the heat exchanger of the inner machine releases heat to the indoor.
When the air conditioner is heated for a long time, frost layers can be generated on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is seriously influenced, and the heating effect of the air conditioner is also seriously influenced.
In order to remove frost generated on a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit during heating of an air conditioner, defrosting is started when the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit reaches a certain condition. After defrosting is finished, the air conditioner can continue to operate normally. The existing defrosting method is to switch the operation mode of the air conditioner to a refrigeration mode, and the refrigerant with high temperature and high pressure enters a condenser to release heat and defrost. When the defrosting method is adopted, the indoor temperature is greatly reduced during defrosting, so that the comfort of a user is reduced, and the use experience is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that can reduce the influence on the indoor temperature during defrosting of an outdoor unit of the air conditioner, ensure the indoor heating effect, and improve the comfort of a user.

the heating unit may heat the compressor when a refrigerant of the air conditioner is in a heating cycle and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner performs defrosting.

Preferably, the heating part includes a first heating member provided at a bottom of the compressor.
Preferably, the first heating member includes a film body and a heating wire, the heating wire is disposed on the film body, and the film body covers a bottom of the compressor and/or a lower outer wall of the compressor.
Preferably, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a circuit board, and the heating wire is electrically connected to the circuit board.
Preferably, the heating part includes a second heating member including a coil, and the coil is electrically connected to an ac power source to generate a magnetic field to heat the compressor.
Preferably, the second heating member further comprises a tray body, the coil being disposed within the tray body.
Preferably, the disk body is arranged below the compressor and is coaxially arranged with the bottom surface of the compressor, and the coil is wound on the disk body along the circumferential direction.
Preferably, the disc body has a space from a bottom surface of the compressor.
Preferably, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a circuit board, and the coil is electrically connected to the circuit board.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4 in combination, according to embodiment 1 of the present application, an air conditioner includes an outdoor unit including a compressor 1 and a heating unit 2, the heating unit 2 being disposed outside the compressor 1; the heating unit 2 can heat the compressor 1 when the refrigerant of the air conditioner is in a heating cycle and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner performs defrosting. Through setting up heating portion 2, when the refrigerant in the air conditioner is in the heating cycle, when indoor set heat exchanger 3 heats and off-premises station heat exchanger 5 defrosts promptly, heat compressor 1, play and increase the enthalpy effect, the refrigerant gets into indoor set heat exchanger 3 in, heats the heating to indoor, when guaranteeing to defrost at the air condensing units, indoor still can continue to heat the heating, to the influence of indoor temperature when reducing the air condensing units defrosting, guarantee indoor heating effect, improve user's comfort level.
Further, the air conditioner in this embodiment heats the refrigerant to increase enthalpy during defrosting, the four-way valve 6 of the air conditioner does not reverse, the compressor 1 does not stop defrosting, the fan of the indoor unit is turned on during defrosting to continuously supply heat, and the refrigerant is heated by the heating part 2 to increase enthalpy after entering the compressor 1, so that continuous heat supply is performed while defrosting is realized.
In addition, when the outside environment temperature is low, the refrigerant is not completely evaporated in the outdoor heat exchanger 5, so that the heat absorption amount is insufficient, the suction pressure of the compressor 1 is too low, the discharge temperature is lowered, and the heating amount is insufficient. Through setting up heating portion 2, can increase the enthalpy through heating portion 2 to the refrigerant under the heating mode, increase the heating capacity, promote the heating performance of air conditioner, improve user's comfort level.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the air conditioner includes a compressor 1, a heating part 2, an indoor unit heat exchanger 3, an expansion valve 4, an outdoor unit heat exchanger 5, a four-way valve 6, and a liquid storage tank 7 connected by pipes.
The heating unit 2 is provided below the compressor 1, and heats the lower portion of the compressor 1, thereby improving the heating effect.
Heating portion 2 includes first heating member 21, and first heating member 21 sets up in compressor 1's bottom, through setting up first heating member 21 in compressor 1's bottom, has further guaranteed the heating effect to compressor 1, improves and increases the enthalpy effect, to the influence of indoor temperature when reducing the defrosting of air condensing units, guarantees indoor heating effect, improves user's comfort level.
Further, the first heating member 21 is attached to the bottom of the compressor 1.
The first heating member 21 includes a film body on which heating wires are disposed, and the film body covers the bottom of the compressor 1 and/or the lower outer wall of the compressor 1. By arranging the heating wire on the film body, the close contact between the heating wire and the compressor 1 is ensured, and the heating effect is improved.
Further, the film body is made for flexible material, and the heating wire setting is in one side that the film body is close to compressor 1, and the heater strip is spacing between compressor 1 outer wall and film body.
As another embodiment, the heating wire may also be disposed within the membrane body.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises a circuit board, and the electric heating wire is electrically connected with the circuit board, so that the stable electrification of the electric heating wire is ensured.

The difference from embodiment 1 is that, as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the heating part 2 includes the second heating member 22, which does not include the first heating member 21, and the second heating member 22 includes a coil electrically connected to an ac power source to generate a magnetic field to heat the compressor 1. By arranging the second heating element 22 with the coil and introducing alternating current into the coil, alternating current is utilized to generate an alternating magnetic field with continuously changed direction through the coil, vortex current is generated inside the compressor 1 in the alternating magnetic field, and the vortex electric field pushes carriers to move, so that the compressor 1 is heated.
The second heating member 22 further includes a disc body in which the coil is disposed, ensuring stable fixation of the coil and being not easily damaged.
Furthermore, according to the actual power output requirement, the coil is formed by twisting a plurality of strands of enameled wires and then winding the enameled wires from inside to outside in a concentric circle manner.
The disk body sets up in compressor 1's below to with the coaxial setting of the bottom surface of compressor 1, the coil is around establishing on the disk body along circumference, has guaranteed good heating effect.
Further, the bottom surface of the compressor 1 is a conductor.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the compressor 1 is vertically disposed, and the coil is wound around a vertical axis.
The interval has between the bottom surface of disk body and compressor 1, avoids second heating member 22 and be in vibrations compressor 1 direct contact, greatly reduces the influence to system vibration stress complexity, and is more convenient for maintain, change second heating member 22.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises a circuit board, and the coil is electrically connected with the circuit board. The stable electrification of the electric heating wire is ensured.
The air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce the influence on the indoor temperature when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is defrosted, ensure the indoor heating effect and improve the comfort level of a user.

1. An air conditioner is characterized by comprising an outdoor unit, wherein the outdoor unit comprises a compressor (1) and a heating part (2), and the heating part (2) is arranged outside the compressor (1);
the heating unit (2) can heat the compressor (1) when the refrigerant of the air conditioner is in a heating cycle and the air conditioner outdoor unit performs defrosting.
2. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the heating part (2) is provided below the compressor (1).
3. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the heating part (2) includes a first heating member (21), and the first heating member (21) is provided at a bottom of the compressor (1).
4. The air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the first heating member (21) comprises a film body and a heating wire, the heating wire is disposed on the film body, and the film body is covered on a bottom of the compressor (1) and/or a lower outer wall of the compressor (1).
5. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outdoor unit includes a circuit board, and the heating wire is electrically connected to the circuit board.
6. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the heating part (2) includes a second heating member (22), and the second heating member (22) includes a coil electrically connected to an alternating current power source to generate a magnetic field to heat the compressor (1).
7. The air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the second heating member (22) further comprises a tray body, and the coil is disposed in the tray body.
8. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the disc body is disposed below the compressor (1) and coaxially with a bottom surface of the compressor (1), and the coil is circumferentially wound on the disc body.
9. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the tray body is spaced from a bottom surface of the compressor (1).
10. The air conditioner of claim 6, wherein the outdoor unit comprises a circuit board, and the coil is electrically connected to the circuit board.
