Drawings
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with a washing machine with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 is a logic control flow diagram of the control method of the present invention.
Detailed Description
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are only used for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the scope of the present invention. For example, the washing device of the present invention may be not only a washing machine, but also a washing and drying machine, and those skilled in the art can adjust the washing device as required to suit the specific application, and the adjusted technical solution will still fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the washing machine of the present invention is provided with a laundry treatment agent box and a transfer pump. The detergent box is used for containing laundry treatment agents including, but not limited to, detergents, laundry care agents, disinfectants and softeners. The liquid inlet pump port of the delivery pump is communicated with the clothes treating agent box, and the liquid outlet pump port of the delivery pump is communicated with the washing barrel, so that the controller of the washing machine can control the delivery pump to deliver the clothes treating agent into the washing barrel in a fixed amount. Since the technical means of quantitatively delivering the laundry treating agent into the washing tub by the delivery pump is a conventional technical means in the art, it will not be described herein too much.
It should be noted that, when the washing machine of the present invention is a pulsator washing machine, the washing tub is an outer tub of the pulsator washing machine; when the washing machine of the present invention is a drum washing machine, the washing tub is an outer tub of the drum washing machine.
The control method of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1, taking a detergent as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention mainly includes:
and S01, after the washing machine is started, weighing the weight of the clothes to be washed through a weighing sensor arranged on the washing machine, or acquiring the weight of the clothes to be washed by adopting a fuzzy weighing mode of a driving motor. And then, determining water level information of the washing water required to be injected when the washing machine washes the laundry this time according to the acquired weight. And finally, determining the original default dosage of the detergent according to the water level information. Since the technical means of installing the weighing sensor in the washing machine, the technical means of weighing the laundry by the weighing sensor, and the technical means of fuzzily weighing the laundry by the driving motor are conventional technical means in the art, they will not be described herein too much.
And step S02, detecting whether a user issues an instruction input amount to the washing machine through whether an operation key or a touch display screen arranged on the washing machine is operated. The instruction input amount is an input amount different from an original default input amount of the washing machine, and the instruction input amount is an input amount set by a user according to the user's own needs. Wherein the original default dosage is a dosage of detergent set when the washing machine leaves a factory, or a dosage currently stored and executed by the washing machine. Preferably, each of the water level information corresponds to one of the command placement amount and one of the original default placement amount. The water level information corresponding to the instruction input amount and the original default input amount may be a specific water level value or a range of water level values, and those skilled in the art may set the water level information according to actual needs.
And S03, if the washing machine detects the instruction input amount, enabling the washing machine to input the detergent of the instruction input amount.
And S04, determining the historical times of the instruction putting quantity detected under the water level information.
And S05, judging whether the historical times reach preset times or not. The preset number is the number of times that the usage habit of the user on the detergent input amount can be judged, and the number can be any feasible number, such as 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 8 times, and the like.
And S06, if the historical times reach preset times, determining the instruction input amount as the latest default input amount corresponding to the water level information. I.e., replacing the original default placement amount with the commanded placement amount. Based on this, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the original default placement amount is the previous default placement amount before the change, and the latest default placement amount is the next default placement amount after the change.
And S07, if the historical times do not reach the preset times, keeping the original default dosage of the detergent corresponding to the water level information unchanged.
And step S08, if the washing machine does not detect the instruction input amount, enabling the washing machine to input the detergent of the original default input amount. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the original default input amount may be the default input amount of the washing machine when the washing machine leaves the factory, or may be the default input amount after being updated after the historical times reach the preset times.
And step S09, the washing machine detects whether the user issues an operation instruction to the washing machine or not by detecting whether the operation key and/or the touch display screen on the washing machine is operated or not, and judges the type of the operation instruction. When the washing machine detects that it is a start instruction, step S12 is performed.
And step S10, when the operation instruction detected by the washing machine is a detergent input amount adjusting instruction, enabling the washing machine to determine the expected input amount of the detergent according to the detected result.
And step S11, continuing to put the detergent into the washing machine until the expected putting amount is reached.
In step S12, the washing machine is started to start the washing operation.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that step S01 and step S02 can also be performed simultaneously, or step S02 can be performed first and then step S01 can be performed.
In addition, in another possible technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can also directly obtain the original default dosage of the detergent by the weight of the laundry in the washing machine according to the need. And the step of obtaining the weight of the laundry and the step of detecting the command input amount of the detergent may be performed simultaneously or sequentially. When the two steps are executed in sequence, the step of obtaining the weight of the clothes to be washed can be executed firstly or after the step is feasible.
In addition, in another possible technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can also make the original default dosage amount of detergent used in the washing machine be the same no matter how heavy the laundry is washed, and when the washing water with high water level is used, according to the need.
The control method of the present invention is illustrated below by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example.
For example, when the pulsator washing machine washes clothes, the default amount of detergent to be put in is 10ml when the water level of the washing water is 30cm to 40cm. However, after the user has washed the laundry, the default input amount of 10ml is adjusted to the instruction input amount of 15ml when the user washes the laundry again because the user feels that 10ml of detergent is not enough to wash the laundry. And the preset number of times described above is 3 times.
Firstly, a user puts the clothes to be washed into a washing barrel, the pulsator washing machine weighs 2Kg of the clothes to be washed through a weighing sensor on the pulsator washing machine, and the water level of washing water required by the washing is determined to be 40cm.
Then, whether the number of times of putting 15ml of detergent into the washing barrel by the pulsator washing machine reaches 3 times is judged. When the historical times are equal to or more than 3, the impeller washing machine directly puts 15ml of detergent into the washing barrel; when the historical times are less than 3, the pulsator washing machine is enabled to directly put 10ml of detergent into the washing barrel.
Then, when the historical number of times is less than 3 times, the user sets a desired amount of detergent to be put in by manipulating a "detergent put-in amount adjustment button" or a "touch display" provided on the pulsator washing machine. Thereby leading the pulsator washing machine to continuously put the detergent into the washing barrel to the expected putting quantity. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, when the expected input amount is the instruction input amount of 15ml, the pulsator washing machine continues to input the detergent to 15ml on the basis of the default input amount of 10 ml; when the expected input amount is other values, the pulsator washing machine continues to add washing water to the arbitrary value on the basis of the default input amount of 40cm. The arbitrary value may be 20ml, 25ml, 30ml, or the like.
After the washing water is filled to the desired amount, the user can press a "start" button or a "start" button provided on the pulsator washing machine to start the washing operation of the pulsator washing machine, so as to wash the laundry.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that when the user does not need to adjust the detergent input amount, the "start" or "start" button can be directly pressed when the washing machine is input to the default input amount, so that the pulsator washing machine starts the washing operation to wash the clothes.
In addition, as required, a person skilled in the art can also enable the pulsator washing machine to automatically start washing operation after the detergent is put in the default putting amount or the expected putting amount (including the instruction putting amount) for a preset time period. The preset time period refers to a time period for allowing a user to adjust the detergent input amount, and may be any time period, such as 1min, 1.5min, 3min, and the like. Preferably, the pulsator washing machine sends out prompt information within the preset time after the washing water is filled in place, so as to prompt a user whether to continue to put the detergent. The prompt message may be a voice announcement or a beep.
Alternatively, one skilled in the art may also enable the washing machine to directly start the washing operation after filling the detergent into the washing position, and then enable the user to operate the washing machine to continue adding the detergent during the washing process of the washing machine.
Although not shown in the drawings, in another possible embodiment of the invention, different from the preferred embodiment described above:
if the washing machine does not detect the commanded dosing amount, the washing machine is caused to display an original default dosing amount of detergent.
Further, an instruction issued by the user is detected. When the detected instruction issued by the user is a detergent input amount adjusting instruction, namely the fact that the user operates a 'detergent input amount adjusting button' or a 'touch display screen' arranged on the washing machine is detected, the washing machine firstly determines the expected input amount of the detergent according to the operation of the user, and then inputs the detergent with the expected input amount into the washing barrel. When the detected instruction of the user is a detergent putting or starting instruction, namely the user is detected to operate a 'detergent putting' or 'starting' button arranged on the washing machine, the washing machine is enabled to put the original default putting amount of detergent into the washing barrel.
Based on the above description, those skilled in the art can understand that the washing machine can determine the usage habit of the user for the laundry treatment agent according to the historical times of the user for adjusting the laundry treatment agent input amount, so that the washing machine can directly input the laundry treatment agent with the instructed input amount into the washing tub after the laundry treatment agent is input with the instructed input amount preset times, thereby avoiding the trouble that the user needs to adjust the input amount of the laundry treatment agent when using the washing machine again, and optimizing the usage experience of the user.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
