Description

Decorative film and manufacturing process and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of decorative materials, in particular to a decorative film and a manufacturing process and application thereof.
Background
The decorative film is a material prepared by using a high molecular polymer as a raw material, adding a plurality of auxiliary agents, and carrying out processes such as calendaring, compounding and the like, and can be laid on wood, a plastic plate or a metal plate to form a decorative effect, so that the decorative film is widely applied to the fields of household appliances, interior decoration, automobiles, billboards and the like.
In the prior art, the visual effect of part of the decorative film is fixed, namely, the patterns on the decorative film only generate light and shade changes along with the change of environmental factors, and the patterns seen by an observer do not change; the surface of part of the decorative film is coated with dyes containing photochromic compounds or thermochromic compounds, the photochromic performance is utilized to enable the decorative film to show different colors under the illumination of different wavelengths, or the thermochromic performance is utilized to enable the decorative film to show different colors under different temperatures, so that the colors of the decorative film are richer.
However, with the conventional decorative film, the visual effects of the decorative film pattern observed with naked eyes and the picture taken with the flash lamp turned on are not significantly different. When decorating products, especially fashion products, the visual effect presented by the products is still single.
In order to achieve better visual effect, it is necessary to design a decorative film so that the decorated product can show different patterns under natural illumination and under a flashlight, and further, the fashion product can show more colorful changes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a decorative film and a manufacturing process and application thereof, wherein the decorative film can present different patterns under natural illumination and a flash lamp, so that the patterns of the decorative film observed by naked eyes and the visual effect presented by a picture shot by starting the flash lamp are different, and the problems that the visual effect of the decorative film in the prior art is single and cannot meet the requirement of fashion design are solved.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the decorative film comprises a substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer has fluorescence, a unidirectional film layer is arranged on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the substrate layer, a first pattern is arranged on the unidirectional film layer, and a second pattern is arranged on the substrate layer.
In the invention, the substrate layer has fluorescence, which means a photoluminescence cold light phenomenon, when the substrate layer is irradiated by incident light with a certain wavelength, the substrate layer absorbs light energy, enters an excited state and is immediately de-excited, and emits emergent light with the wavelength longer than that of the incident light, wherein the wavelength of the emergent light is usually in a visible light waveband. Preferably, the substrate layer adopts a crystal color grid.
The surface of the basal layer is provided with a unidirectional film layer which is a unidirectional perspective film. According to different application environments, in some embodiments, the unidirectional film layer is attached to the upper surface or the lower surface of the substrate layer to form a two-layer film structure; in some embodiments, the unidirectional film layers are attached to both the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate layer. Preferably, the unidirectional film layer is attached to the substrate layer by an adhesive or electrostatic adsorption, and further preferably, the unidirectional film layer is a PET-based unidirectional film.
As the surface layer of the decorative film, the surface of the unidirectional film layer, which is back to the basal layer, is a reflective surface, the reflective performance of the unidirectional film layer can reflect most of light in the environment, the transmittance is low, and the visual effect of a mirror image is presented; the side of the unidirectional film layer facing the substrate layer has higher light transmittance, and can allow more light to pass through.
In order to realize rich and colorful decorative effect, the surface of the unidirectional film layer is provided with a first pattern, and the basal layer is provided with a second pattern. The first pattern and the second pattern can be stereo patterns directly embossed on the unidirectional film layer or the substrate layer, or plane patterns drawn on the unidirectional film layer or the substrate layer.
In some embodiments, the substrate layer may be one or more layers, and the unidirectional film layer may also be one or more layers.
Through the arrangement, under natural illumination, due to the mirror effect of the unidirectional film layer, an observer can only observe the first pattern on the surface of the unidirectional film layer, and the decorative film integrally shows the visual effect generated by the first pattern at the moment. When the decorative film is shot by exposure of the flash lamp of the camera, the flash lamp generates high illumination intensity in a very short time, a small part of light is reflected by the mirror surface of the unidirectional film layer, more parts of the light penetrate through the unidirectional film layer and irradiate on the fluorescent substrate layer, the substrate layer reflects the part of light, the light enters from one side with better light transmission of the unidirectional film layer and exits from one side with poorer light transmission, finally, the camera captures a second pattern on the substrate layer, and the shot picture is the visual effect generated by the second pattern of the decorative film.
Therefore, even if the observation angle is the same and the ambient temperature is unchanged, the decorative film can generate different visual effects under natural illumination and flash lamp exposure conditions, and further more design space is provided for designers. For example, a designer may engrave some solid pattern on the unidirectional film layer as a first pattern and appear vivid color on a second pattern. Under natural illumination, an observer can only see patterns with a sense of layering and a depulgent decorative film, but can obtain colorful second patterns when shooting with a flash lamp, so that the observer can have a brilliant visual impact. The decorative film can be widely applied to various fields of clothes, leather bags, packaging, wallpaper, furniture and the like, and the design feeling of products is improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one color adjusting layer is disposed between the substrate layer and the unidirectional film layer, and the color adjusting layer is at least partially transparent to light. The color mixing layer is arranged between the substrate layer and the unidirectional film layer and is used for adjusting the color and the color difference of the second pattern so as to change the overall visual effect of the second pattern. For example, the color matching layer can be partially transparent and partially opaque, and the second pattern can be matched to generate light and shade patterns with alternate colors and a more layered effect, so that the design space of the decorative film is further increased.
Further, the surface of the substrate layer is provided with a protective layer. The protective layer is attached to the surface of the substrate layer, and plays a role in protecting water, friction and the like. Preferably, the material of the protective layer is polyvinyl chloride.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a decorative strip is cut from the decorative film, and one end of the decorative strip is connected to the decorative film. Can cut out the ornamental strip through modes such as laser on the decorating film, the one end and the decorating film of ornamental strip are connected, and ornamental strip and decorating film formula structure as an organic whole promptly, and the expansion end of ornamental strip can be turned up from top to bottom for the decorating film. Through this setting, when the decorating film bonds on the curved surface, the ornamental strip that does not bond can the certain degree be dug, produces more three-dimensional aesthetic feeling, improves decorating film holistic visual effect and design space.
In some embodiments, the decorative strips may be of any shape and arranged on the decorative film in any sequence.
Further, the substrate layer and the unidirectional film layer are bonded in an electrostatic adsorption or adhesive mode.
The invention also provides a preparation method of any one of the decorative films, which comprises the following steps:
cutting and cleaning the basal layer and the unidirectional film layer for later use;
attaching a unidirectional film layer to the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the substrate layer to form a decorative film;
cutting the decorative film to form a decorative strip, wherein one end of the decorative strip is a fixed end connected to the decorative film, and the other end of the decorative strip is a movable end capable of turning around the decorative film.
Through the steps, the layers are connected in sequence to form the decorative film, the unidirectional film layer of the decorative film is provided with the first pattern, and the substrate layer is provided with the second pattern. And then cutting the decorative film to form a plurality of decorative strips on the decorative film, wherein the produced decorative film provides a larger design space for designers.
The invention also provides an application of any one of the decorative films, and the specific application mode is that under first illumination, the decorative film presents a first pattern, under second illumination, the decorative film presents a second pattern, and the illumination intensity of the first illumination is smaller than that of the second illumination. Preferably, the first illumination is an illumination intensity range in natural lighting conditions and the second illumination is an illumination intensity range at camera flash exposure.
