The second sending module is used for sending the second early warning information to the automobile data recorder when the server judges that the second dangerous vehicle exists; and when the server judges that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist, the server does not send a response to the automobile data recorder or sends a response indicating that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist to the automobile data recorder.
The server receives the query information of the second dangerous vehicle sent by the automobile data recorder, confirms whether the second dangerous vehicle exists in the non-first dangerous vehicle according to the historical vehicle state of the non-first dangerous vehicle, sends a response to the automobile data recorder according to the confirmation result, and can simply and quickly judge whether the second dangerous vehicle exists.

Claims (11)

1. A driving safety early warning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting road images of a vehicle in the running process;
judging whether a first dangerous vehicle exists in a preset range from the vehicle according to the real-time vehicle state of the vehicle based on the road image, and identifying identification information of non-first dangerous vehicles;
judging whether a second dangerous vehicle exists according to the historical vehicle state of the non-first dangerous vehicle based on the identification information of the non-first dangerous vehicle;
and when the first dangerous vehicle and/or the second dangerous vehicle exist in the preset range from the vehicle, sending first early warning information to remind a driver of the vehicle of paying attention to the dangerous vehicle.
2. The driving safety pre-warning method according to claim 1, wherein the real-time vehicle status comprises vehicle attributes, vehicle loading information, current driving behavior of the vehicle,
the vehicle attribute comprises any one of a truck, an oil tank truck, a dangerous goods vehicle, a cement truck, a motor coach, an ambulance, a fire truck and a sports car,
the vehicle loading information comprises any one of overload, full load and no load,
the current driving behavior of the vehicle comprises any one of sharp acceleration, sharp deceleration, sharp turning and sharp lane change.
3. The driving safety warning method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether a second dangerous vehicle exists according to the historical vehicle state of the non-first dangerous vehicle based on the identification information of the non-first dangerous vehicle comprises:
sending second dangerous vehicle query information to a server, wherein the second dangerous vehicle query information comprises identification information of the non-first dangerous vehicle and is used for requesting the server to confirm whether the second dangerous vehicle exists in the non-first dangerous vehicle according to the historical vehicle state of the non-first dangerous vehicle;
determining whether the second dangerous vehicle exists according to the response of the server,
wherein when the response is second early warning information from the server, it is determined that the second dangerous vehicle exists,
and when the response from the server is not received or the response indicating that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist is received from the server after a predetermined time, judging that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist.
4. The driving safety warning method according to claim 3, wherein the historical vehicle state comprises one or more of historical traffic accident information, historical traffic violation information and historical driving behavior information of the vehicle,
the historical traffic accident information comprises collision, rear-end collision and people collision,
the historical traffic violation information includes running red light, not driving in a guide lane,
the historical driving behavior information comprises a sharp acceleration record, a sharp deceleration record, a sharp turning record and a sharp lane change record.
5. The driving safety early warning method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and when the first dangerous vehicle exists in the preset range from the vehicle, reporting the current position and the first dangerous vehicle existence information to the server so that the server can issue the information to other vehicles in the preset range from the vehicle.
6. The driving safety early warning method according to claim 5, further comprising:
and receiving a reminding notice that the first dangerous vehicle and/or the second dangerous vehicle exist within a preset range from the vehicle and sent by the server.
7. A driving safety early warning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the server receives second dangerous vehicle query information sent by the automobile data recorder, wherein the second dangerous vehicle query information comprises identification information of the non-first dangerous vehicle;
the server confirms whether a second dangerous vehicle exists in the non-first dangerous vehicles according to the historical vehicle states of the non-first dangerous vehicles;
when the server judges that the second dangerous vehicle exists, the server sends the second early warning information to the automobile data recorder;
and when the server judges that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist, the server does not send a response to the automobile data recorder or sends a response indicating that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist to the automobile data recorder.
8. The driving safety early warning method according to claim 7, further comprising:
and the server receives the current position of the vehicle and the first dangerous vehicle existence information sent by the driving recorder.
9. The driving safety early warning method according to claim 8, further comprising:
the server sends a reminding notice that the first dangerous vehicle and/or the second dangerous vehicle exist within a preset range from the vehicle to a vehicle data recorder of the vehicle.
10. A tachograph, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a road image in the running process of the vehicle;
the first judgment module and the identification module are used for judging whether a first dangerous vehicle exists in a preset range from the vehicle according to the real-time vehicle state of the vehicle based on the road image and identifying identification information of non-first dangerous vehicles;
the second judgment module is used for judging whether a second dangerous vehicle exists according to the historical vehicle state of the non-first dangerous vehicle based on the identification information of the non-first dangerous vehicle;
and the early warning module is used for sending out first early warning information to remind a driver of the vehicle of paying attention to the dangerous vehicle when the first dangerous vehicle and/or the second dangerous vehicle are confirmed to be present in a preset range from the vehicle.
11. A server, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving second dangerous vehicle query information sent by the automobile data recorder by the server, wherein the second dangerous vehicle query information comprises identification information of the non-first dangerous vehicle;
the confirming module is used for confirming whether a second dangerous vehicle exists in the non-first dangerous vehicle or not according to the historical vehicle state of the non-first dangerous vehicle by the server;
the second sending module is used for sending the second early warning information to the automobile data recorder when the server judges that the second dangerous vehicle exists; and when the server judges that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist, the server does not send a response to the automobile data recorder or sends a response indicating that the second dangerous vehicle does not exist to the automobile data recorder.
