浓缩洗衣液是指活性成分含量高的液体衣物洗涤剂,不仅具有生产过程节水、减少废物排放的优点,而且有助于减少包装材料,节约成本,便于贮存运输,与普通洗衣液相比具有极高的市场竞争优势,已经成为洗涤剂领域技术创新的主流。但是,由于高浓缩洗衣液中的表面活性剂含量很高,为了保持良好的溶解稳定性和去污能力,通常不加或者少加助剂,限制了洗衣液的护色、抗皱、柔顺等附加性能,使得高浓缩洗衣液的性能较为单一,难以满足市场对高附加值浓缩洗衣液产品的需求。

本发明提出的一种护色浓缩洗衣液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 20-30%、十二烷基葡糖苷5-10%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 20-30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15%、三乙醇胺3-5%、植物多糖0.05-0.15%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物0.5-2%、助溶剂4-10%、防腐剂0-1%、香精0-1%、去离子水10-25%。
优选地,所述小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过蛋白酶水解制得。

(1)将小麦胚芽蛋白充分溶解于水中,制得质量分数为3-5%的小麦胚芽蛋白溶液;
(2)向所述小麦蛋白胚芽溶液中加入碱性蛋白酶,使碱性蛋白酶与小麦胚芽蛋白的质量比为(1-2):100,然后在pH为7.5-8.5、温度为40-55℃的条件下水解2-4h,灭酶、干燥后即得。
优选地,所述植物多糖为魔芋多糖、大豆多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖中的至少一种;优选地,所述植物多糖由魔芋多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖按质量比100:(20-30):(5-10)组成。
优选地,所述助溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防腐剂为卡松或者甲基异噻唑啉酮。
一种所述的护色浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
S1、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、十二烷基葡糖、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和助溶剂加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入植物多糖、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物,加热搅拌均匀;
S3、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
优选地,所述步骤S1中,搅拌温度为45-50℃;所述步骤S2中,搅拌温度为30-40℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过适量阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、中和剂、助溶剂以及植物多糖、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物的复配,制得一种具有优良护色效果以及洗涤性能的浓缩洗衣液。其中,小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白通过酶水解制得的产物,具有一定的乳化性能和低泡、低泡沫稳定性,与本发明中其余表面活性剂以及助溶剂进行适量的复配,具有去污能力好、低泡沫的效果,还具有较高的极性基团含量以及适当的分子量,溶解性好,能在体系中保持较高的稳定性,还能与织物纤维发生相互作用,起到抗皱、固色、柔顺的作用;植物多糖具有优良的亲水性和成膜性,能够与织物纤维相互作用,结合在纤维表面形成保护层,减少染料的流失,起到固色作用,适量植物多糖的添加,不仅有助于提高复配体系的稳定性,而且与小麦胚芽蛋白水解物起到协同作用,更好地提高浓缩洗衣液的固色、护色效果。本发明制得的浓缩洗衣液具有高浓缩倍数,其稀释倍数可达1/4-1/6,在高浓缩倍数下能够保持良好的稳定性,且具有低泡沫、去污能力强和优良的染料固色、护色效果,还能起到抗皱、柔顺的作用,是一种高附加值的浓缩洗衣液产品。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种护色浓缩洗衣液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 20-30%、十二烷基葡糖苷5-10%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 20-30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15%、三乙醇胺3-5%、植物多糖0.05-0.15%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物0.5-2%、助溶剂4-10%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0-1%、香精0-1%、去离子水10-25%。
实施例2
一种护色浓缩洗衣液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 20%、十二烷基葡糖苷10%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%、三乙醇胺3%、魔芋多糖0.05%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物2%、乙醇5%、去离子水补足至100%。
其中,小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过碱性蛋白酶水解制得,制备方法如下:
(1)将小麦胚芽蛋白充分溶解于水中,制得质量分数为3%的小麦胚芽蛋白溶液;
(2)向所述小麦蛋白胚芽溶液中加入碱性蛋白酶,使碱性蛋白酶与小麦胚芽蛋白的质量比为1:100,然后在pH为7.5、温度40℃的条件下水解4h,灭酶、干燥后即得。
上述护色浓缩洗衣液的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、十二烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和乙醇加入去离子水中,在45℃下搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入魔芋多糖、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物,在30℃下搅拌均匀;
S3、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
实施例3
一种护色浓缩洗衣液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 25%、十二烷基葡糖苷5%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 20%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15%、三乙醇胺5%、大豆多糖0.15%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物0.5%、丙三醇10%、卡松1%、香精1%、去离子水补足至100%。
其中,小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过碱性蛋白酶水解制得,制备方法如下:
(1)将小麦胚芽蛋白充分溶解于水中,制得质量分数为5%的小麦胚芽蛋白溶液;
(2)向所述小麦蛋白胚芽溶液中加入碱性蛋白酶,使碱性蛋白酶与小麦胚芽蛋白的质量比为2:100,然后在pH为8.5、温度为55℃的条件下水解4h,灭酶、干燥后即得。
上述护色浓缩洗衣液的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、十二烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和丙三醇加入去离子水中,在50℃下搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入大豆多糖、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物,在40℃下搅拌均匀;
S3、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
实施例4
一种护色浓缩洗衣液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 30%、十二烷基葡糖苷8%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12%、三乙醇胺4%、植物多糖0.1%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物1.5%、乙二醇4%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2%、香精0.2%、去离子水补足至100%。
其中,小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过碱性蛋白酶水解制得,制备方法如下:
(1)将小麦胚芽蛋白充分溶解于水中,制得质量分数为4%的小麦胚芽蛋白溶液;
(2)向所述小麦蛋白胚芽溶液中加入碱性蛋白酶,使碱性蛋白酶与小麦胚芽蛋白的质量比为1.5:100,然后在pH为8、温度为50℃的条件下水解3h,灭酶、干燥后即得。
其中,植物多糖由魔芋多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖按质量比100:25:5组成。
上述护色浓缩洗衣液的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、十二烷基葡糖、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和乙二醇加入去离子水中,在48℃下搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入植物多糖、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物,在35℃下搅拌均匀;
S3、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例4的区别仅在于原料配方不同,具体为:按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 30%、十二烷基葡糖苷8%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12%、三乙醇胺4%、植物多糖0.1%、乙二醇4%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2%、香精0.2%、去离子水补足至100%。
其中,植物多糖由魔芋多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖按质量比100:25:5组成。
对比例2

其中,植物多糖由魔芋多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖按质量比100:25:5组成。
其中,小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过碱性蛋白酶水解制得,制备方法如下:

对比例5与实施例4的区别仅在于原料配方不同,具体为:按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 30%、十二烷基葡糖苷8%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12%、三乙醇胺4%、植物多糖0.2%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物2.5%、乙二醇4%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2%、香精0.2%、去离子水补足至100%。
其中,植物多糖由魔芋多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖按质量比100:25:5组成。
其中,小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过碱性蛋白酶水解制得,制备方法如下:
(1)将小麦胚芽蛋白充分溶解于水中,制得质量分数为4%的小麦胚芽蛋白溶液;
(2)向所述小麦蛋白胚芽溶液中加入碱性蛋白酶,使碱性蛋白酶与小麦胚芽蛋白的质量比为1.5:100,然后在pH为8、温度为50℃的条件下水解3h,灭酶、干燥后即得。
试验例
对制得的洗衣液进行检验,结果如下:
(1)稳定性
耐寒稳定性:于(-5±2)℃的冰箱内放置24h,然后取出恢复至室温,观察,以不分层、无沉淀、产品透明不浑浊为合格;耐热稳定性:(40±2)℃的保温箱内房子24h,然后取出恢复至室温,观察,以不分层、无沉淀、产品透明不浑浊为合格。结果如表1所示:

(2)护色能力测试
将实施例4、对比例1、对比例4制得的洗衣液与市售六倍浓缩洗衣液进行护色试验,测试时稀释倍数为6倍,试验条件:水温为30±2℃,水质为250mg/kg硬水,洗涤时间为20min。试验材料为6×6cm的色布(EMPA132直接黑染料染制)。洗涤开始前用色度仪测量色布的色度值,洗涤后用清水漂洗10min,晾干后再次测量色布的色度值。洗涤前和洗涤后的色度差值记为ΔE,其中ΔE代表洗衣液的固色性能,值越小则洗衣液的固色性能越强。测试结果如表2所示:

(3)去污能力测试
将实施例4制得的洗衣液与市售六倍浓缩洗衣液进行去污能力测试,测试时稀释倍数为6倍,测试标准参照QB/T 1224-2012。水质为250mg/kg硬水。
结果如表3所示:

表3中,去污力值越大,去污效果越好。
由此可见,本发明制得的洗衣液不仅相比于常规高浓缩洗衣液具有更强的去污能力,良好的护色效果,而且具有高稳定性。

Claims (8)
1.一种护色浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 20-30%、十二烷基葡糖苷5-10%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 20-30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15%、三乙醇胺3-5%、植物多糖0.05-0.15%、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物0.5-2%、助溶剂4-10%、防腐剂0-1%、香精0-1%、去离子水10-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护色浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述小麦胚芽蛋白水解物是小麦胚芽蛋白经过蛋白酶水解制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护色浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述小麦胚芽蛋白水解物的制备方法如下:
(1)将小麦胚芽蛋白充分溶解于水中,制得质量分数为3-5%的小麦胚芽蛋白溶液;
(2)向所述小麦蛋白胚芽溶液中加入碱性蛋白酶,使碱性蛋白酶与小麦胚芽蛋白的质量比为(1-2):100,然后在pH为7.5-8.5、温度为40-55℃的条件下水解2-4h,灭酶、干燥后即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护色浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述植物多糖为魔芋多糖、大豆多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖中的至少一种;优选地,所述植物多糖由魔芋多糖、海藻多糖、无患子多糖按质量比100:(20-30):(5-10)组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护色浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的护色浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为卡松或者甲基异噻唑啉酮。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的护色浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
S1、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、十二烷基葡糖、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和助溶剂加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入植物多糖、小麦胚芽蛋白水解物,加热搅拌均匀;
S3、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的护色浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,搅拌温度为45-50℃;所述步骤S2中,搅拌温度为30-40℃。
