背景技术
洗发水是生活中保持头发和头皮清洁健康的重要发用清洁用品。随着洗发水配方和工艺的发展,洗发水已经不再局限清洁目的,还需要具有良好的梳理性及柔软顺滑的感觉。上世纪70年代,硅油产品被广泛应用于洗发水与护发产品中。2000年前后,硅油开始被国际日化品牌产品带入中国市场并被广泛使用。
在洗发过程中,硅油会附着在头发毛鳞片的空隙中,填平头发表面,带来发质修复效果,头发摸起来就会很柔顺。目前中国市场上,含硅油的洗发产品比例达到了90%以上。随着生活水平的提高,人们对日化用品的安全性越来越关注,洗发水中的硅化合物虽然能让头发顺滑,但是由于这些硅类化合物不溶于水的特性,包裹在头发和头皮上的硅是不容易被清洗干净的,这样长年累月的富集,这些含硅化合物会使头发逐渐丧失弹性,头皮毛孔堵塞,造成头皮透氧不足,毛***逐渐萎缩,头皮便开始出现发痒,甚至脱发的现象。对于洗发水中的含硅化合物是否存在其他损害人体健康的问题,虽然目前尚未得到权威部门证实,但是有建议说最好不同品牌的洗发水换着用,避免同一种硅油在头发上沉积,然而这样的做法也无法避免洗发水中的含硅化合物对人体健康可能潜在的风险,因此人们开始寻求不含硅油的洗发水,目前的无硅洗发水在柔顺度方面始终不尽如人意,且不能很好地去屑。

(1)按配比加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、水、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-7、非离子表面活性剂、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、螯合剂至乳化锅中,加热至85~95℃,在600~800rpm转速下搅拌20~30分钟,降温,再加入珠光片,在600~800rpm转速下搅拌4~6分钟;
(2)降温至40~50℃,用椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱预先溶解去屑剂,再加入至乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,再加入甘油、霍霍巴油、洋甘菊提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、泛醇、小麦谷蛋白提取物、芝麻籽提取物,搅拌均匀,出料,即得所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水。
作为一种优选方案,所述步骤(1)中降温至60~70℃。

实施例2与实施例1不同之处在于,原料配比不同,其它都相同。
一种无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,由以下重量份原料制成:10份十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、6份椰油酰甘氨酸钠、3份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、2份甘油、1份霍霍巴油、1份癸基葡糖苷、1份珠光片、0.5份去屑剂、0.5份非离子表面活性剂、0.3份椰油酰胺MEA、0.2份洋甘菊提取物、0.3份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.2份对羟基苯乙酮、0.2份己二醇、0.1份聚季铵盐-10、0.1份聚季铵盐-7、0.1份泛醇、0.1份小麦谷蛋白提取物、0.1份芝麻籽提取物、0.05份螯合剂、50份去离子水。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1不同之处在于,原料配比不同,其它都相同。
一种无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:15份十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、12份椰油酰甘氨酸钠、7份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、8份甘油、3份霍霍巴油、4份癸基葡糖苷、2.5份珠光片、1.5份去屑剂、1.5份非离子表面活性剂、0.7份椰油酰胺MEA、0.8份洋甘菊提取物、0.7份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.8份对羟基苯乙酮、0.8份己二醇、0.7份聚季铵盐-10、0.5份聚季铵盐-7、0.4份泛醇、0.5份小麦谷蛋白提取物、0.4份芝麻籽提取物、0.08份螯合剂、70份去离子水。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例1不同之处在于,原料配比不同,其它都相同。
一种无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:14份十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、10份椰油酰甘氨酸钠、6份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、6份甘油、2份霍霍巴油、3份癸基葡糖苷、2份珠光片、1份去屑剂、1份非离子表面活性剂、0.6份椰油酰胺MEA、0.6份洋甘菊提取物、0.5份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.4份对羟基苯乙酮、0.4份己二醇、0.3份聚季铵盐-10、0.4份聚季铵盐-7、0.3份泛醇、0.2份小麦谷蛋白提取物、0.3份芝麻籽提取物、0.05份螯合剂、60份去离子水。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1不同之处在于,用月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠盐替代十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵,其它都相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1不同之处在于,用吡啶硫酸锌替代吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐,其它都相同。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例1不同之处在于,对比例3不含有霍霍巴油,其它都相同。
对比例4
对比例4与实施例1不同之处在于,对比例4不含有瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,其它都相同。
对比例5
对比例5与实施例1不同之处在于,对比例5不含有聚季铵盐-10,其它都相同。
为了进一步证明本发明的效果,提供了以下测试方法:
1.头发湿梳的平均梳理功,根据《发用类产品梳理效能评估方法的探讨》所述的方案进行测试,测试结果见表1。
2.选取25~35岁,男女各半180名志愿者,对180名存在头屑问题志愿者进行分组,每组20人,共9组,分别用实施例1~4、对比例1~5所述的洗发水,每天早晚各一次,连续使用七天,七天后,进行去屑功效评价,10分为头屑问题完全消失,6~9分为头屑问题减缓明显,3~5份为头屑问题稍有改善,1~2份为无效,进行打分,计算总得分,测试结果见表1。
实施例1的得分为(人数×得分):12×10+5×9+2×8+1×4=185;
实施例2的得分为(人数×得分):9×10+3×9+2×8+4×7+1×6+1×3=170;
实施例3的得分为(人数×得分):9×10+5×9+3×8+2×7+1×3=176;
实施例4的得分为(人数×得分):11×10+6×9+1×8+1×7+1×4=183;
对比例1的得分为(人数×得分):11×10+6×9+1×8+2×4=180;
对比例2的得分为(人数×得分):9×10+3×9+2×8+4×4+2×2=153;
对比例3的得分为(人数×得分):12×10+3×9+2×8+2×7+1×4=181;
对比例4的得分为(人数×得分):12×10+4×9+2×8+1×6+1×4=182;
对比例5的得分为(人数×得分):11×10+5×9+2×8+2×4=179。

从表1可看出吗,本发明所述的去屑柔顺洗发水具有很好地柔顺作用,实施例1具有最低的平均梳理功,具有最佳的柔顺效果,通过对比实施例1~4可知,不同的配比能够影响本发明所述的洗发水的柔顺效果,实施例1为最佳实施方式,对比实施例1与对比例1、3、4、5可知,在本发明的洗发水配方中加入霍霍巴油、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10能够显著影响洗发水的柔顺效果,当本发明所述的主要表面活性剂十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵被月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠盐替代,柔顺效果也显著下降,可知,本发明所用十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵主要表面活性剂与本发明具有更好的配伍性;对比实施例1与对比例2可知,当用吡啶锌替代本发明所述的去屑剂时,柔顺效果基本不受影响。
对比实施例1~4,可知,实施例1为最佳实施方式,不同的配比能够影响洗发水的去屑效果,对比实施例1与对比例1、3、4、5可知,在本发明的洗发水配方中加入霍霍巴油、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、主要表面活性剂十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵被月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠盐替代,去屑效果不会显著改变;通过对比实施例1与对比例2可知,当本发明所述的去屑剂被吡啶硫酸锌替换时,去屑效果显著下降。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:10~15份十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、6~12份椰油酰甘氨酸钠、3~7份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、2~8份甘油、1~3份霍霍巴油、1~4份癸基葡糖苷、1~2.5份珠光片、0.5~1.5份去屑剂、0.5~1.5份非离子表面活性剂、0.3~0.7份椰油酰胺MEA、0.2~0.8份洋甘菊提取物、0.3~0.7份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.2~0.8份对羟基苯乙酮、0.2~0.8份己二醇、0.1~0.7份聚季铵盐-10、0.1~0.5份聚季铵盐-7、0.1~0.4份泛醇、0.1~0.5份小麦谷蛋白提取物、0.1~0.4份芝麻籽提取物、0.02~0.08份螯合剂、50~70份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:10~14份十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、6~10份椰油酰甘氨酸钠、4~6份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、4~6份甘油、1.5~2.5份霍霍巴油、1~3份癸基葡糖苷、1~2份珠光片、0.8~1.2份去屑剂、0.8~1.2份非离子表面活性剂、0.4~0.6份椰油酰胺MEA、0.3~0.7份洋甘菊提取物、0.4~0.6份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.3~0.7份对羟基苯乙酮、0.3~0.5份己二醇、0.2~0.6份聚季铵盐-10、0.2~0.4份聚季铵盐-7、0.1~0.3份泛醇、0.1~0.3份小麦谷蛋白提取物、0.08~0.12份芝麻籽提取物、0.03~0.07份螯合剂、55~65份去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:12份十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、8份椰油酰甘氨酸钠、5份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、5份甘油、2份霍霍巴油、2份癸基葡糖苷、1.5份珠光片、1份去屑剂、1份非离子表面活性剂、0.5份椰油酰胺MEA、0.5份洋甘菊提取物、0.5份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.5份对羟基苯乙酮、0.4份己二醇、0.4份聚季铵盐-10、0.3份聚季铵盐-7、0.2份泛醇、0.2份小麦谷蛋白提取物、0.1份芝麻籽提取物、0.05份螯合剂、60份去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述去屑剂为吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺DEA。
7.权利要求1~6任一所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)按配比加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、水、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-7、非离子表面活性剂、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、螯合剂至乳化锅中,加热至85~95℃,在600~800rpm转速下搅拌20~30分钟,降温,再加入珠光片,在600~800rpm转速下搅拌4~6分钟;
(2)降温至40~50℃,用椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱预先溶解去屑剂,再加入至乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,再加入甘油、霍霍巴油、洋甘菊提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、泛醇、小麦谷蛋白提取物、芝麻籽提取物,搅拌均匀,出料,即得所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中降温至60~70℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的无硅柔顺去屑洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中搅拌速率为600~800rpm,搅拌时间为10~15分钟。
