Experiment for inhibiting bacteria
The antibacterial experiment is carried out according to a suspension quantitative method provided by QB/T2738-:

As can be seen from Table 1, the hand protection disinfectant has good antibacterial effect, and meets the standards of light industry standard GB/T2850-2007 antibacterial and bacteriostatic detergent that the antibacterial property reaches more than 90%.
Hand protection effect experiment
The experimental test subjects had 20 persons, 10 men and 10 women, and had good hand skin feeling, moisturized skin, reduced hand dryness, and restored and maintained skin elasticity after using the hand protection disinfectant of the present invention in example 4 for 1 week. 16 of the 20 test persons had a greater preference for using the hand sanitizer of the present invention.
In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the disinfectant contains alcohol and benzalkonium chloride simultaneously, so that the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects are enhanced, and the bacteriostatic efficiency reaches over 90 percent;
2. film forming agents such as hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and the like are added in the disinfectant, so that the sterilization effect is prolonged, the moisturizing effect of glycerin can be promoted, and the disinfectant has a good hand protection effect;
3. the disinfectant has quick and lasting drug effect, is nontoxic and residue-free, and is an ecological green preparation;
4. the skin care product integrates disinfection and skin care, is fresh, cool and not sticky, is convenient to use, has aromatic smell and comfortable hand feeling.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A no-clean hand protection disinfectant is characterized by comprising the following components: the composition comprises, by weight, 30-75% of ethanol, 0.01-0.5% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.2-0.7% of carbomer, 0.3-3% of glycerol, 0.001-0.005% of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.001-0.005% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 0.1-0.8% of aminomethyl propanol.
2. The no-clean hand and disinfectant solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of ethanol is 50-75%, the content of benzalkonium chloride is 0.03-0.5%, the content of carbomer is 0.2-0.7%, the content of glycerol is 0.5-2%, the content of hydroxypropyl cellulose is 0.002-0.005%, the content of hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.002-0.005%, and the content of aminomethyl propanol is 0.2-0.8%.
3. The no-clean hand and disinfectant solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of ethanol is 60-75%, the content of benzalkonium chloride is 0.05-0.5%, the content of carbomer is 0.3-0.7%, the content of glycerol is 0.5-1.5%, the content of hydroxypropyl cellulose is 0.002-0.005%, the content of hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.002-0.005%, and the content of aminomethyl propanol is 0.3-0.8%.
4. The no-clean hand and disinfectant solution according to claim 3, wherein the ethanol content is 70%, benzalkonium chloride content is 0.1%, carbomer content is 0.5%, glycerin content is 1%, hydroxypropyl cellulose content is 0.003%, hydroxyethyl cellulose content is 0.003%, and aminomethyl propanol content is 0.3%.
5. The no-clean hand and disinfection solution of claim 1, further comprising ionized water, essence, and acid-base modifier, wherein the balance of the ionized water, essence, and acid-base modifier.
6. The no-clean hand and disinfectant solution as recited in claim 5, wherein said pH modifier is potassium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid.
7. The no-clean hand and disinfectant solution as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pH value of the disinfectant solution is 6.2-8.5.
8. The no-clean hand and disinfectant solution as claimed in claim 7, wherein the pH of the disinfectant solution is 7.0.
9. A method for preparing the no-clean hand sanitizer of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the sanitizer is prepared by mixing at room temperature.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the ethanol, benzalkonium chloride, carbomer, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and aminomethyl propanol are added in any order.
