Abstract
本发明提供一种气压表,该气压表系设有一表芯及覆设在该表芯上的一表壳,该表壳可由开口端套覆于表芯上,其中,表芯抵触于表壳的内环面的顶住面上,该表壳所设的卡勾系勾扣于表芯外缘,而表壳周壁上的缺缝系可分散因表芯卡入表壳内受力挤压产生的外力,避免表壳周壁产生破裂。

技术领域
本发明为一种气压表,尤其是指一种可避免表芯及表壳相组装而产生破裂的气压表。
背景技术
请参阅图8至图10,显示一习用的气压表3,其系由上盖4、外壳5及表芯6所组成,一般而言,该上盖4及外壳5大多采用压克力、AS等较易脆裂的材质所制成,而上盖4、外壳5及表芯6系采用紧密配合的结合方式,其容易在组装时发生上盖4或外壳5产生破裂。本发明人即是有鉴于习知气压表3组装结构设计仍存有缺失,乃予以研发,经多次努力乃发展出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的提供一种气压表,该气压表设有一表芯及覆设在该表芯上的一表壳,该表壳可由开口端套覆于表芯上,其中,表芯系抵触于表壳的内环面的顶住面上,该表壳所设的卡勾系勾扣于表芯外缘,而表壳周壁上的缺缝系可分散因表芯卡入表壳内受力挤压产生的外力,避免表壳周壁产生破裂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术手段。
一种气压表,其设有:一表芯,其上端设有一刻度显示盘;一表壳为一透明状的帽型壳体,其一端为一封闭端,而另一端则为一开口端,而在靠近于开口端处的表壳的周壁上形成有多个相间隔的卡勾;借由上述结构组合,可让表壳结合于表芯上。
进一步,该表芯侧边设有一具有气压接头的入风管,该入风管用于接收气压空气,而在靠近于开口端处的表壳的周壁上形成有一凹口。
进一步,该表壳的内环面上设有一顶住面。
进一步,该表壳的周壁上的多个卡勾可共同组成一组由二个以上相间隔且并排的卡勾所组成的卡勾组,该卡勾之间设有一凹缝。
进一步,该表壳的周壁上系具有二组相间隔的卡勾组,而二卡勾组之间的周壁上分散设有多个缺缝。
进一步,该相结合的表芯及表壳的凹缝底缘存有高度H,该高度H大于0。
进一步,该表芯底边设有一具有气压接头的入风管。
通过采用上述技术手段,本发明的气压表设有一表芯及覆设在该表芯上的一表壳,该表壳可由开口端套覆于表芯上,其中,表芯系抵触于表壳的内环面的顶住面上,该表壳所设的卡勾系勾扣于表芯外缘,而表壳周壁上的缺缝系可分散因表芯卡入表壳内受力挤压产生的外力,避免表壳周壁产生破裂。

具体实施方式
为使更详细了解本发明的结构,请参阅图1及图2所示,本发明提供一种气压表10,该气压表10设有一表芯1、覆设在该表芯1上的一表壳2。
表芯1,其侧边设有一具有气压接头11的入风管110,该入风管110用于接收气压空气,而表芯1上端设有一刻度显示盘12,当表芯1侧边的气压接头11接收到气压空气可由刻度显示盘12得知压力值。
请参阅图5及图6所示,该表壳2为一透明状的帽型壳体,其一端为一封闭端21,而另端则为一开口端22,该表壳2的内环面23上系设有一顶住面24,而在靠近于开口端22处的表壳2的周壁25上形成有一凹口26、多个相间隔的卡勾271、272、凹缝273及多个相间隔的缺缝28。
以本发明的实施例如同图5所示,该表壳2的周壁25上的多个卡勾271、272系可共同组成一组由二个以上相间隔且并排的卡勾271、272所组成的卡勾组27,该卡勾271、272之间系设有一凹缝273,而以本发明的实施例所示,该表壳2的周壁25上系具有二组相间隔的卡勾组27,而二卡勾组27之间的周壁25上分散设有前述多个缺缝28。
请参阅图1至图4所示,该表壳2可由开口端22套覆于表芯1上,其中,表壳2所设的凹口26契合于表芯1侧边所设的气压接头11的背面111端,而表芯1系抵触于表壳2的内环面23的顶住面24上,该表壳2所设的卡勾271、272系勾扣于表芯1外缘13,而表壳2周壁25上的缺缝28可分散因表芯1卡入表壳2内受力挤压产生的外力,避免表壳2周壁25产生破裂。该相结合的表芯1及表壳2的凹缝273底缘系存有高度H,该高度H系大于0,而当卡勾组27中的任一卡勾271、272发生断裂时,该卡勾组27仍可存有至少一卡勾271、272可以勾扣于表芯1外缘13,而不会造成表壳2完全无法结合于表芯1上的状况。当欲将相结合的表芯1及表壳2相分离时,因该相结合的表芯1及表壳2的凹缝273底缘系存有高度H,其可利用一拆卸组件7由凹缝273穿入并往上施加力量F移开与表芯1相结合的表壳2,如图4所示。
请参阅图7的另一实施例所示,该表芯1的具有气压接头14的入风管140系可设置于表芯1底边,该入风管140用于接收气压空气。
综观前论,本发明提供一种气压表10,该气压表10设有一表芯1及覆设在该表芯1上的一表壳2,该表壳2可由开口端22套覆于表芯1上,其中,表芯1系抵触于表壳2的内环面23的顶住面24上,该表壳2所设的卡勾271、272系勾扣于表芯1外缘13,而表壳2周壁25上的缺缝28可分散因表芯1卡入表壳2内受力挤压产生的外力,避免表壳2周壁25产生破裂。
Claims (7)
1.一种气压表,其特征在于,设有:一表芯,其上端设有一刻度显示盘;一表壳为一透明状的帽型壳体,其一端为一封闭端,而另一端则为一开口端,而在靠近于开口端处的表壳的周壁上形成有多个相间隔的卡勾;借由上述结构组合,让表壳结合于表芯上。
2.如权利要求1所述的气压表,其特征在于:该表芯侧边设有一具有气压接头的入风管,该入风管用于接收气压空气,而在靠近于开口端处的表壳的周壁上形成有一凹口。
3.如权利要求1所述的气压表,其特征在于:该表壳的内环面上设有一顶住面。
4.如权利要求1所述的气压表,其特征在于:该表壳的周壁上的多个卡勾共同组成一组由二个以上相间隔且并排的卡勾所组成的卡勾组,该卡勾之间设有一凹缝。
5.如权利要求4所述的气压表,其特征在于:该表壳的周壁上系具有二组相间隔的卡勾组,而二卡勾组之间的周壁上分散设有多个缺缝。
6.如权利要求4所述的气压表,其特征在于:该相结合的表芯及表壳的凹缝底缘存有高度H,该高度H大于0。
7.如权利要求1所述的气压表,其特征在于:该表芯底边设有一具有气压接头的入风管。
