by arranging the movable fixture block 18 and the driving turntable 5, when a user needs to use the injection mold to produce plastic products with different widths, the user can drive the docking screw 17 to rotate by rotating the driving turntable 5, so that the docking screw 17 is matched with the threaded cap 28 of the movable fixture block 18, the movable fixture block 18 is pushed to transversely move on the mold cavity bottom plate 20 by utilizing a threaded structure between the threaded cap 28 and the docking screw, meanwhile, the friction force generated when the movable fixture block 18 transversely moves can be reduced by utilizing two groups of sliding casters 25 at the bottom of the movable fixture block 18, the distance between the movable fixture block 18 and the second fixed block 21 is adjusted by transversely moving the movable fixture block 18, so that the injection width parameter of the injection mold is adjusted, and then the movable fixture block 18 can be matched with the mold cavity bottom plate 20 to perform longitudinal position adjustment operation by utilizing the lifting bottom plate 27, so that the injection mold can simultaneously perform transverse and longitudinal injection parameter adjustment operations, by means of the arrangement of the movable clamping block 18 and the driving turntable 5, plastic products with different widths can be processed by the injection mold with the adjustable mold opening stroke, and the application range of the injection mold is widened;
by arranging the movable push block 35 and the push-pull plate 36, after the plastic product is cooled and formed on the mold cavity bottom plate 20, the splicing fixture block 22 is taken down by utilizing a clamping groove between the splicing fixture block 22 and the lower mold plate 16, a user can take out the plastic product formed on the mold cavity bottom plate 20 by pushing the push-pull plate 36 at one end of the butting sleeve rod 37 through pushing the butting sleeve rod 37 to drive the movable push block 35 at the other end to translate by utilizing the contact between the movable push block 35 and the plastic product, so that the plastic product is taken out under the condition of not disassembling the injection mold, and the mold opening stroke-adjustable injection mold has an auxiliary ejection structure by utilizing the arrangement of the movable push block 35 and the push-pull plate 36, so that the work efficiency of the mold opening is improved;
through setting up arc top 31, when the user inserts positioning guide 12 into the circular notch 23 of fixed roof 8, utilize the arc top 31 of positioning guide 12, can reduce its resistance when positioning guide 12 inserts, make its insertion operation more smooth, avoid it to appear the dislocation phenomenon, utilize fixed fender ring 33 of spring housing 34 cooperation simultaneously, can when positioning guide 12 inserts between cope match-plate pattern 7 and the lower bolster 16, utilize the supplementary fixed cope match-plate pattern 7 of elasticity and the lower bolster 16 of spring housing 34, avoid appearing not hard up phenomenon between cope match-plate pattern 7 and the lower bolster 16, utilize the setting of arc top 31 cooperation spring housing 34, can make this injection mold's butt joint operation more firm, avoid it to appear not hard up phenomenon.

and thirdly, injecting the liquid plastic raw material in the heating tank (11) between the upper template (7) and the lower template (16) through the material injection groove (24) by rotating the flow control valve (9), taking down the splicing fixture block (22) by utilizing a clamping groove between the splicing fixture block (22) and the lower template (16) after the liquid plastic raw material is cooled to be solid on the die groove bottom plate (20), and horizontally moving the movable push block (35) at the other end of the butting sleeve rod (37) by pushing the push-pull plate (36) at one end of the butting sleeve rod (37), so that the plastic product formed on the die groove bottom plate (20) is taken out.
