At this time, the front guide 130 can be guided by the edges of the vertical clamping opening 132b and the horizontal clamping opening 134b and fixed in the horizontal and vertical directions by orienting the vertical clamping opening 132b of the front guide 130 to the horizontal stop bar 214b of the buckle 214, orienting the horizontal clamping opening 134b to the vertical stop bar 214a, and engaging the vertical clamping opening 132b and the horizontal clamping opening 134b with the horizontal stop bar 214b and the vertical stop bar 214a, respectively. Thus, the front end of the wheel-type auxiliary 20 can be fixed without shaking in the horizontal and vertical directions.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 10 and 11, the hook 142 of the rear hook 140 is guided by the guiding opening 222a to enter the slot 222 b. As mentioned above, the hook 142 is embodied as a post, and the end of the post forms a stop 142 a. Wherein the diameter of the catch is smaller than the width of the slot 222b and can move in the slot 222b, and the diameter of the stop 142a is larger than the width of the slot 222b, so that the stop 142a is buckled below the slot 222 b. Then, the hook 142 pushes the latch 224a to move to the closed end of the slot 222b, and the elastic element 226 allows the latch 224a to return to the latching position, so as to fix the hook 142 of the rear hook portion 140 in the slot 222 b. In this way, the rear end of the main bracket 110 is also fixed, thereby fixing the entire vehicle-mounted fixing device 10 to a designated area and stably fixing the wheel-type assistive device 20.
In the fixing process, the wheel-type auxiliary device 20 is pushed forward, and the moving direction of the wheel-type auxiliary device 20 can be guided by the open-type guiding structure, so that the front guiding member 130 and the rear hook portion 140 can be accurately combined with the front fixing base 210 and the rear buckle base 220.
The combination of the auxiliary end assembly 100 and the fixed end assembly 200 can fix the wheel type auxiliary 20 in the horizontal direction through the rigid structure, and also fix the wheel type auxiliary 20 in the vertical direction, so as to prevent the wheel type auxiliary 20 from bouncing up and down. Therefore, the probability of the passengers of the wheel-type assistive device 20 colliding with the vehicle interior can be reduced, and the riding safety of the passengers of the wheel-type assistive device 20 can be improved, no matter the vehicle runs at high speed or the vehicle is in accident.
As shown in fig. 13, conversely, to move the wheel-type auxiliary 20 again, the operating lever 224b is simply pushed by kicking or the like, so that the latch 224a moves to the release position. At this time, in order to move the wheel-type assistive device 20 backward, the wheel-type assistive device 20 can be quickly detached from the fixed end assembly 200. Therefore, the combination of the accessory end assembly 100 and the fixed end assembly 200 improves convenience so that the rider of the wheel-type accessory 20 can get on and off the vehicle more quickly.
As shown in fig. 14, the front end of each mounting bracket 120 is a detachable sleeve portion 122, and the fixing portion 128 is located at the sleeve portion 122. Each mounting bracket 120 also has a fastener 124, the fastener 124 being adapted to pass through the sleeve portion 122 and secure the sleeve portion 122 to the mounting bracket 120. Releasing the fastener 124 allows the sleeve portion 122 to be disengaged from the mounting bracket 120. One end of the sleeve portion 122 is provided with a rotary flip 122a, which can be rotated to an open position to expose the covered mounting bracket 120, so that the sleeve portion 122 can be easily detached. The fixing member 124 can be fixed to the mounting bracket 120 through the flip cover to fix the sleeve portion 122 and maintain the rotating flip cover 122a in a closed state. The reinforcing beam 126 may be connected between two adjacent sleeve portions 122, so that the two sleeve portions 122 can move integrally during mounting and dismounting.
The sleeve portion 122 of fig. 14 allows most of the components of the accessory end assembly 100, including the main bracket 110 and the mounting bracket 120, to be quickly disengaged from the wheel-type accessory 20 when not needed, thereby preventing the accessory end assembly 100 from becoming an additional load when the wheel-type accessory 20 is moved.
Referring to FIG. 15, another version of an accessory end assembly 100 is provided in accordance with a second embodiment. In the second embodiment, each fixing portion 128 is a clamp having two clamping pieces 128c and a latch 128 b. The two clamping pieces 128c are pivotally connected to each other, and the latch 128b passes through the two clamping pieces 128c and the mounting bracket 120 to fix the two clamping pieces 128c and adjust the clamping force between the two clamping pieces 128c, so that the clamp can be clamped on the pipe at the bottom 22 of the wheel-type auxiliary 20, or quickly separated from the pipe, thereby separating the auxiliary end assembly 100 from the wheel-type auxiliary 20. Latch 128b is embodied as a bolt that passes through two clips 128c to tighten two clips 128c by screwing.
Referring to FIG. 16, another version of an accessory end assembly 100 is provided in accordance with a third embodiment. In the second embodiment, each fixing portion 128 is a detachable clamp, and is fixed to the bottom portion 22 of the wheel-type auxiliary 20 in a clamping manner, and is fixed to the mounting bracket 120 by a latch 128 b. The fixing portion 128 of the third embodiment also includes a clip 128c and a latch 128 b. Meanwhile, the clamping pieces 128c of the at least two fixing parts 128 extend to be connected into a whole to form a single clamp. Thus, only one clamp needs to be provided at each side of the main support 110. In fact, the portion of the connection extending between the fixing portions 128 is the reinforcing beam 126.
The present invention provides a vehicle-mounted fixing device 10 of a wheel-type auxiliary 20, which can quickly fix the wheel-type auxiliary 20 in a designated area by simple operation and provide stable fixing effect. Meanwhile, the wheel-type assistive device 20 can be unlocked only by single pulling and pushing action, so that the wheel-type assistive device 20 is separated from the designated area.
