Description

连续制造管体的方法和装置
本发明涉及一种连续制造管体的方法,这种管体内部有纵向间壁,用于制造具有两个相互隔开的腔的管子,在这里,制造一种内部有纵向间壁的无限长管材,然后采用切割装置将管材切断成具有给定长度的单个管体,用于继续加工,并且涉及实施本发明方法的装置。
从DE-A1-195 22 169中公知了一种这样的方法,在该方法中,被切割成所希望长度的管体与具有间壁的管头固定连接。
用于制造无间壁的管子的公知方法是,借助于横向切割机在两个旋转切刀之间将管子切断成所要求的各种长度,在这里,旋转速度可以这样调节,使得可以在一个宽的范围内切割任意长度的管体。
在使用这种横向切割机切割内部有间壁的管材时一其中该间壁优选在直径范围内延伸,就会产生问题,因为这种管材由于剪切而被压扁时,不是象通常一样在边缘区域总共产生两个弯折点,而是由于大约相当于直径的间壁比被压扁的较宽的管壁段短,因而产生了总共六个弯折点,这样就形成对继续加工不利的条件。例如,由于压扁使内间壁被强烈拉伸,会导致管体接缝脱开的危险,这可能会损害腔的密封性。由于具有多个弯折点,也损害到管子的外观。
本发明的任务是,进一步改进开头所述类型的方法,使内部有纵向间壁的管体也能够通过一个切割装置无损伤地以任意长度被切断,而且没有附加的弯折点,并且给出一种实施本发明方法的装置。
根据本发明,提出一种连续制造管体的方法,这种管体内部有纵向间壁,用于制造具有两个相互隔开的腔的管子,在这里,制造一种内部有纵向间壁的无限长管材,然后采用切割装置将该管材切断分割成具有给定长度的单个管体,用于继续加工,其中,管体由一个具有中心半圆形部分和两个弯折出的侧翼的薄膜制造,其中,半圆形部分被用做间壁的一个第二薄膜覆盖,一个具有两个旋转切刀的横向切割机用做切割装置,制成的具有纵向间壁的被变成圆形的管材送入到两个旋转切刀之间,其中管材被这样压扁和定位:被压扁的管材具有一个由在中部扁平并延伸地定位的间壁和一个扁平的、位于上面和一个扁平的、位于下面的管体壁段组成的中心三层区域以及两个与该三层区域在两侧连接的双层区域,在这里,每个双层区域由被弯曲的、上下安置的管体壁段组成。
根据本发明,提出一种实施本发明方法的装置,其中,管材送入到其之间的旋转切刀的平行的旋转轴线围绕着内部有纵向间壁的管材的中心轴线可以共同旋转和锁定地被安置。
下面借助于一个实施例根据附图进一步详细介绍本发明。图中示出:

图1以横剖面图的形式示出了具有间壁2的管体1的半成品,它由一个具有中心的半圆形部分4和两个弯折出的侧翼5的薄膜3组成,在这里,半圆形部分4被以后用做间壁2的一个第二薄膜6覆盖。第二薄膜6的边缘7直接密封地固定在侧翼5与半圆形部分4交界的区域上。在第二个步骤中,侧翼5的自由端通过制造一道搭接缝8而相互连接,这样就构成了在内部具有沿着其直径安置的间壁2的管体1,在图2中又示出了其横剖面。
通过间壁2将管体1分隔成两个一样大的腔9,9′。
如果现在将这样制成的管体按照公知的方法和方式在一个横向切割机中切割,为此必须将管体压扁,在每一面就会出现如图4所示出的具有3个弯折点K1,K2,K3的切割情况,这会引起上面描述的不良后果。
在图3中示出了本发明的解决方案。
在图3a中再示出了横向切割机旋转切刀10、10′的相互位置,它们相对于具有水平放置的间壁2的管材11定位,间壁2将管材11对称分隔。在这里,切刀10、10′相对于水平放置的间壁2围绕着在这里是圆形的管体1的中心轴线Z旋转一个角度α并锁定。在给定的条件下,角度α是32.66°。也可以将切刀水平安置而将管体1旋转角度α向切刀送进(没有示出)。
在图3b中示出了即将被切割前的压扁的管材,在这里,管材具有一个由压扁的间壁2和一个分别位于上面和下面的壁段12、12′组成的中心三层区域C和两个与该区域C在两侧连接的双层区域A、A′,这些双层区域只包括被弯曲(U形)的上下安置的壁段13、13′。从这个图中清楚地看到,在这里,每一面只产生一个弯折点K,如同没有间壁的管体的情况一样。可以使用具有和没有由塑料、铝或者玻璃制成的阻挡层的任意单层或者多层塑料薄膜作为材料。这里可以使用具有间壁的圆形的或者被变成圆形的管体、例如椭圆形管体,其宽度小于被压扁的管体的宽度。

Claims (2)
