As an optional mode, after receiving the parking space information sent by the detection device, the intelligent parking management device may determine whether a user registers to park at the parking space in the following manner: the intelligent parking management device can inquire whether the parking space corresponding to the parking space identifier in the database is marked as registered parking according to the parking space identifier of the parking space in the parking space information, and if not, the intelligent parking management device determines that no user registers the parking in the parking space currently; and if so, determining that the parking space has the user to register parking.
It should be understood that the intelligent parking management apparatus may also determine whether the parking space currently has the user to register for parking in other manners, and is not limited herein.
604. The intelligent parking management device sends an identification instruction to identification equipment corresponding to the parking space information;
when the intelligent parking management device determines that no user registers parking in the parking space currently, the intelligent parking management device sends an identification instruction to the identification device corresponding to the parking space information, where the identification instruction may include a wake-up signal, or a trigger signal, or other signals, and the details are not limited herein, where the wake-up signal is used to wake up the identification device, and the trigger signal is used to trigger the identification device to perform an identification task.
605. The identification equipment acquires the vehicle information of the target vehicle according to the identification instruction;

As an alternative, the recognition device includes an image recognition device, and the recognition device may acquire the vehicle information of the target vehicle by: the identification device acquires an image of the target vehicle, and analyzes the target characteristics in the image to obtain vehicle information of the target vehicle.
As an alternative, the identification device includes a communication device capable of communicating with the OBU and an image identification device, and the identification device may acquire the vehicle information of the target vehicle by: the communication equipment searches an OBU in a communication range, if the OBU is searched, a communication link with the OBU is established, and vehicle information of a target vehicle is acquired from the OBU; if the OBU cannot be searched, the image recognition device acquires an image of the target vehicle and analyzes the target features in the image to obtain vehicle information of the target vehicle.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned device for communicating with the OUB may be an RFID reader, may be an ETC, and may also be other devices, which are not limited herein.
The identification device may also obtain the vehicle information of the target vehicle in other manners, which is not limited herein.
606. The identification equipment sends vehicle information of a target vehicle to the intelligent parking management device;
after the identification equipment identifies the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the acquired vehicle information is sent to the intelligent parking management device.
607. The intelligent parking management device establishes a corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space;
after the intelligent parking management device receives the vehicle information sent by the identification equipment, the corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space information of the parking space can be established, namely, the intelligent parking management platform records that the target vehicle is parked on the parking space, so that a registered user can inquire which parking spaces are parked with vehicles and which parking spaces are vacant through the intelligent parking management platform.
608. The intelligent parking management device sends warning information to user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information;
the user can register a user account on the intelligent parking management platform in advance, and input user information and vehicle information during registration, and the intelligent parking management device binds the user account, the user information and the vehicle information. Wherein the user information may include at least one of: the system comprises personal information, a fee deduction mode and a fee deduction account, wherein the personal information can comprise a personal communication account number of a user, such as a mobile phone number, a micro signal and the like.
After receiving the vehicle information sent by the identification device, the intelligent parking management device can call the user information bound with the vehicle information, and sends warning information to the corresponding user device according to the personal communication account in the user information.
609. Detecting that the target vehicle exits the parking space by the detection equipment;
as an alternative, the detection apparatus includes a geomagnetic detector, and the detection apparatus may determine whether the target vehicle exits the parking space by: after the geomagnetic detector detects that the target vehicle enters the parking space, the geomagnetic detector continues to detect the magnetic field intensity of the parking space in the coverage area of the geomagnetic detector, and when the geomagnetic detector detects the change of the magnetic field intensity on the parking space again, the detection device determines that the target vehicle exits the parking space.
As an alternative, the detection device comprises an identification device, and the detection device may determine whether the target vehicle exits the parking space by: the identification device reads the vehicle information of the vehicles in the coverage area according to the preset time rule, and when the identification device cannot read the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the target vehicle is determined to exit the parking space.
As an alternative, the detection device includes a geomagnetic detector and an identification device, and the detection device may determine whether the target vehicle exits the parking space by: after the detection device detects that the target vehicle enters the parking space, the geomagnetic detector continues to detect the magnetic field intensity of the parking space in the coverage area of the geomagnetic detector, the identification device reads the vehicle information in the coverage area of the geomagnetic detector according to a preset time rule, the geomagnetic detector detects the magnetic field intensity change on the parking space again, and when the identification device cannot read the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the detection device determines that the target vehicle exits the parking space.
It should be understood that the detection device may also detect whether the target vehicle drives out of the parking space by other means, and is not limited herein.
610. The detection equipment sends parking space information of a parking space to the intelligent parking management device;
when the detection device detects that the target vehicle is driven out of the parking space, the detection device sends parking space information of the parking space to the intelligent parking management device, and the intelligent parking management device receives the parking space information.
611. The intelligent parking management device judges whether a user registers parking in the parking space according to the parking space information, if not, steps 612 and 613 are executed, and if yes, step 614 is executed;
specifically, the manner of determining whether there is a parking space currently registered by the user by the intelligent parking management device may refer to the determination manner in step 603, which is not described herein again.
612. The intelligent parking management device removes the corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space;
when the intelligent parking management device determines that a user registers parking in the parking space, the intelligent parking management device removes the corresponding relation between the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the parking space information of the parking space, and indicates that no vehicle is parked in the parking space, so that the registered user can inquire the vacant parking space through the intelligent parking management platform.
613. The intelligent parking management device deducts parking fees from a fee deduction account corresponding to the vehicle information according to the parking duration of the target vehicle and a preset charging rule;
when the intelligent parking management device determines that a user registers parking in the parking space currently, the intelligent parking management device calls user information bound with vehicle information of the target vehicle and calculates parking duration of the target vehicle, wherein the user information at least comprises a fee deduction account used for deducting parking fees. And after the intelligent parking management device calls the user information and calculates the parking time, the corresponding parking fee is deducted from the fee deduction account according to the parking time and the preset charging rule.
It should be understood that the intelligent parking management device may calculate the parking duration of the target vehicle according to the vehicle entrance time and the vehicle exit time in the parking space information sent by the detection device, may also calculate the parking duration of the target vehicle according to the sending time of the parking space information twice, and may also calculate the parking duration of the target vehicle in other manners, which is not limited herein.
It should be understood that the deduction account in the present embodiment includes at least one of the following: the payment account of the intelligent parking management platform, the payment account of the third party application (such as a WeChat payment account, a Paibao payment account and the like), and the bank card account. The deduction account may also include other accounts that can be used to pay fees, and is not limited herein.
614. The intelligent parking management device executes other processes;
when the intelligent parking management device determines that the parking space has the user to register parking currently, the intelligent parking management device executes other processes. Specifically, when the user registers parking, the user may select a first-parking-and-then-payment mode to pay the parking fee, and the intelligent parking management device may deduct the parking fee from the fee deduction account corresponding to the user account according to the preset fee deduction rule after the target vehicle exits the parking space. When the user registers parking, the user can also select a mode of paying before parking to pay the parking fee, namely, the user selects the time length of expected parking and pays corresponding fee from the fee deduction account. If the target vehicle drives out of the parking space within the expected parking duration, the intelligent parking management device calculates the charge for multiple charges and returns the charge to the charge deduction account corresponding to the user account; and if the target vehicle does not exit the parking space after exceeding the expected parking duration, the intelligent parking management device sends prompt information to user equipment corresponding to the user account to prompt the user to renew the fee.

In this embodiment, when the intelligent parking management device determines that the parking space currently has the user registered for parking after the target vehicle exits the parking space, the intelligent parking management device may not execute step 613, but execute any one of the following steps:
sending a parking violation punishment notice to user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information;
sending vehicle information to a traffic management platform so that the traffic management platform issues a parking violation penalty notice to a user corresponding to the vehicle information;
and inquiring the owner information of the target vehicle from the vehicle management platform according to the vehicle information, and sending a parking violation punishment notice to the corresponding user equipment according to the personal communication account in the owner information.
In this embodiment, when the detection device detects that the target vehicle enters the parking space and the parking duration of the target vehicle in the parking space reaches the preset duration, the intelligent parking management device receives the parking space information sent by the detection device and then sends an identification instruction to the corresponding identification device, so that the identification device can process the user corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle information after receiving the vehicle information of the target vehicle. That is to say, this embodiment of this disclosure's embodiment intelligent parking management device can obtain the vehicle information of this vehicle through identification equipment when the vehicle drives into the parking stall and parks for more than exempting from to spend time long term, directly punish the car owner according to vehicle information, does not need the intervention of traffic police, has both saved the manpower, can avoid again missing the condition of paying the expense slip of neglecting to open.
Secondly, in this embodiment, for the user who has not registered the parking, intelligent parking management device can send warning message and remind the user to log in the platform and collect fee, avoids the user to be punished because of carelessness for a moment, manages more humanized.
And thirdly, for the user who is not registered with parking after reminding, the intelligent parking management device can directly deduct the corresponding parking fee or open a penalty ticket, thereby reducing unnecessary processes and improving the processing efficiency.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the intelligent parking management device may establish a corresponding relationship between the parking space and the target vehicle when the target vehicle enters, and may release the corresponding relationship between the parking space and the target vehicle when the target vehicle exits, so that the parking space information of the parking space may be updated in real time, and the user may conveniently inquire the vacant parking space.
Furthermore, the embodiment can acquire the vehicle information through the RFID reader-writer or the ETC, namely the vehicle information can be identified without arranging a camera on the roadside, so that the occupation of road space can be reduced, and the city appearance environment is improved.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the application function implementation method, the disclosure also provides an intelligent parking management device, a server and a corresponding embodiment.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an intelligent parking management apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 7, the intelligent parking management apparatus 700 includes:
the first receiving module 701 is configured to receive parking space information sent by a detection device when the detection device detects that a target vehicle enters a parking space and the time length of the target vehicle stopping on the parking space reaches a preset time length;
a first sending module 702, configured to send an identification instruction to an identification device corresponding to the parking space information, so that the identification device identifies vehicle information of the target vehicle;

the first judgment module is used for judging whether a user registers for parking at the parking space according to the parking space information;
the first sending module 702 is specifically configured to send an identification instruction to an identification device corresponding to the parking space information when the first determining module determines that no user registers parking currently.
Optionally, the processing module 704 may include: the first sending unit is used for sending a parking violation punishment notice to the user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information;

In this embodiment, for a user who does not register parking, the first sending unit may send warning information to remind the user to log in the platform for payment, so that the user is prevented from being penalized due to carelessness, and management is more humanized.

In this embodiment, for a user who does not register parking, the third sending unit may directly report the vehicle which violates the parking to the traffic management system, and manual intervention is not required, so that the processing efficiency is improved.
Based on the intelligent parking management device 700 corresponding to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the intelligent parking management device 700 may further include:
the establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space;
and the releasing module is used for releasing the corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space when the detection equipment detects that the target vehicle exits the parking space.
In this embodiment, when the target vehicle enters, the establishing module may establish a corresponding relationship between the parking space and the target vehicle, and when the target vehicle exits, the removing module may remove the corresponding relationship between the parking space and the target vehicle, that is, the parking space information of the parking space may be updated in real time, so that the user may conveniently inquire the vacant parking space.
Based on the intelligent parking management apparatus 700 corresponding to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the detection device may include a geomagnetic detector.
This embodiment can detect the target vehicle in real time through earth magnetism detector, and whether the parking stall has the vehicle to drive into or roll out of can timely discernment, has improved the ageing of detection.
Based on the intelligent parking management apparatus 700 corresponding to fig. 7 described above, in some embodiments, the detection device may include an identification device.
The embodiment can use the identification equipment to complete the detection and identification of the target vehicle, and can save the use of resources without arranging a geomagnetic detector.
Based on the intelligent parking management apparatus 700 corresponding to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the detection device may include a geomagnetic detector and an identification device.
The embodiment can be combined with the geomagnetic detector and the recognition equipment to detect the vehicle on the parking space, and the detection accuracy is improved.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a server according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 8, a server 800 includes a memory 810 and a processor 820.
The Processor 820 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 810 may include various types of storage units, such as system memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), and permanent storage. Wherein the ROM may store static data or instructions for the processor 820 or other modules of the computer. The persistent storage device may be a read-write storage device. The persistent storage may be a non-volatile storage device that does not lose stored instructions and data even after the computer is powered off. In some embodiments, the persistent storage device employs a mass storage device (e.g., magnetic or optical disk, flash memory) as the persistent storage device. In other embodiments, the permanent storage may be a removable storage device (e.g., floppy disk, optical drive). The system memory may be a read-write memory device or a volatile read-write memory device, such as a dynamic random access memory. The system memory may store instructions and data that some or all of the processors require at runtime. In addition, the memory 810 may include any combination of computer-readable storage media, including various types of semiconductor memory chips (DRAM, SRAM, SDRAM, flash memory, programmable read-only memory), magnetic and/or optical disks, may also be employed. In some embodiments, memory 810 may include a removable storage device that is readable and/or writable, such as a Compact Disc (CD), a read-only digital versatile disc (e.g., DVD-ROM, dual layer DVD-ROM), a read-only Blu-ray disc, an ultra-density optical disc, a flash memory card (e.g., SD card, min SD card, Micro-SD card, etc.), a magnetic floppy disc, or the like. Computer-readable storage media do not contain carrier waves or transitory electronic signals transmitted by wireless or wired means.
The memory 810 has stored thereon executable code that, when processed by the processor 820, may cause the processor 820 to perform some or all of the methods described above.

1. An intelligent parking management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when detecting that a target vehicle enters a parking space and the parking time of the target vehicle on the parking space reaches a preset time length, receiving parking space information sent by detecting equipment;
sending an identification instruction to identification equipment corresponding to the parking space information so that the identification equipment identifies the vehicle information of the target vehicle;
receiving vehicle information of the target vehicle sent by an identification device;
and processing the user corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the parking space information sent by the detection device, the method further comprises:
judging whether a user registers parking in the parking space or not according to the parking space information;
and if no user registers parking at present, triggering the step of sending the identification instruction to the identification equipment corresponding to the parking space information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the processing the user corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle information comprises:
and sending warning information to user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information, wherein the warning information is used for prompting a user to log in an intelligent parking management platform to register parking information corresponding to the target vehicle.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the processing the user corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle information comprises:
and sending a parking violation punishment notice to the user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein the processing the user corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle information comprises:
and sending the vehicle information to a traffic management platform so that the traffic management platform issues a parking violation penalty notice to a user corresponding to the vehicle information.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the sending of the warning information to the user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information, the method comprises:
when the detection device detects that the target vehicle drives out of the parking space, receiving parking space information sent by the detection device;
judging whether a user registers parking in the parking space or not according to the parking space information;
and if no user registers parking at present, deducting parking fee from a fee deduction account corresponding to the vehicle information according to the parking time of the target vehicle and a preset charging rule.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the sending of the warning information to the user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information, the method comprises:
when the detection device detects that the target vehicle drives out of the parking space, receiving parking space information sent by the detection device;
judging whether a user registers parking in the parking space or not according to the parking space information;
and if no user registers parking at present, sending a parking violation punishment notice to the user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information.
8. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the sending of the warning information to the user equipment corresponding to the vehicle information, the method comprises:
when the detection device detects that the target vehicle drives out of the parking space, receiving parking space information sent by the detection device;
judging whether a user registers parking in the parking space or not according to the parking space information;
and if no user registers parking at present, sending the vehicle information to a traffic management system so that the traffic management system issues a parking violation penalty notice to the user corresponding to the vehicle information.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that after the receiving of the vehicle information of the target vehicle sent by the identification device, the method further comprises:
establishing a corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space;
and when the detection device detects that the target vehicle drives out of the parking space, releasing the corresponding relation between the vehicle information and the parking space.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the detection device comprises a geomagnetic detector and/or the identification device.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the identification instruction comprises a wake-up signal for waking up the identification device in a standby state.

the first judgment module is used for judging whether a user registers for parking at the parking space according to the parking space information;

the identification equipment is used for receiving the identification instruction, identifying the vehicle information of the target vehicle according to the identification instruction, and sending the vehicle information to the intelligent parking management device;
the intelligent parking management device is also used for receiving the vehicle information sent by the identification equipment and processing the user corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle information.
18. The system of claim 17, wherein the identification device is further configured to identify vehicle information of other vehicles, the other vehicles including vehicles parked in parking spaces other than the parking space.

a processor; and
a memory having executable code stored thereon, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-11.
20. A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon executable code, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, causes the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-11.
