技术领域
本发明属于建筑工程材料技术领域,具体涉及利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷泡沫板是一种利用高含量无机硅酸盐矿料为主原料生产的具有防火保温性能高、导热系数低、新型轻质、化学性能稳定、无毒无味、防腐防潮性能好、隔音降噪、防水憎水性能高、耐候性强等特性的板体材料。作为建筑材料使用,具备极大的使用价值和使用范围。
目前市场上大多数透明玻璃与釉上彩陶瓷复合板产品采用的二次烧成工艺繁琐,生产周期长(总周期超4小时),产品的生产成本较高,且占地面积大,一次性投资大,且高能耗。据此,较多厂家研制出关于一次高温烧成制品的工艺,目前普遍采用的工艺温度为1160~1220℃、时间为60~180分钟,在此工艺下,其装饰面层也有减薄的趋势。
然而,高温一次烧成技术容易带来如下几个比较突出的问题:(1)目前一次烧成传统工艺中,坯体配方中粘土含量一般都要超过20%,且坯体总体烧失量比较大,一般超过4%以上;(2)由于坯釉在高温中一次同步完成,对透明微晶干粒的技术水平和生产过程管理要求非常苛刻,总体制成率较低,且目前绝大多数最终产品很难达到耐酸碱指标。
一种较佳的方法可以解决缩釉、针孔、黑心、耐酸碱、吸污等问题,如中国专利申请CN105272160A公开了一种增强建筑陶瓷大规格地砖生坯强度和降低总体烧失量的坯体配方技术,在确保工业化生产所需的生坯强度的同时配合一种高亮高白化妆土配方制得制品。然而,该专利公开技术制备的砖体,其高温稳定性较差,耐磨性也有待增强。
发明内容
本发明提供了利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,所述陶瓷泡沫板以锂云母尾矿、抛光渣等作为主要的生产原料,辅料有高岭土、硅土、硅渣和生活垃圾焚烧飞灰等,表面耐磨性得到了显著提高,高温稳定性增强,同时增强了陶瓷泡沫板的收缩性,在使用过程中,其表面不容易出现划痕,其使用寿命也得以延长。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,所述陶瓷泡沫板的陶瓷坯料配方按重量计为:锂云母尾砂47~57份、粘土5~11份,抛光渣20~30份,增强剂1~4份,高岭土3~7份,滑石粉1~3份,硅土2~4份,硅渣1~5份,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰1~3份。
优选的,所述陶瓷泡沫板的陶瓷坯料配方按重量计为:锂云母尾矿52份、粘土8份,抛光渣25份,增强剂2份,高岭土5份,滑石粉2份,硅土3份,硅渣2份,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰1份。
所述增强剂为硼酸、磷酸钾、陶瓷泥浆的一种或多种。
所述抛光渣的主要成分为碳酸钙、碳化硅、氧化锰或淤泥中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)湿法混料与干燥:将配好的坯料进行湿法球磨、喷雾干燥,然后干压成型制得陶瓷生坯;
(3)烧制:将陶瓷生坯送入辊道窑烧制,烧成温度为1010~1040℃,持续时间60~80分钟,制成半成品;
(4)成品加工:将半成品按工程尺寸切割为工程用板料。
本发明所取得的技术效果为:
(1)本发明陶瓷坯料配方中添加高岭土、硅土和硅渣,上述成分均含有SiO2 ,增加了硅元素的含量,进而提高产品表面耐磨性。同时,由于Si-O键的大量存在,进一步增强了陶瓷泡沫板的高温稳定性,与此同时,硅土也能增强陶瓷泡沫板的收缩性,在使用过程中,产品表面不容易出现划痕,其使用寿命也得以延长。
(2)本发明陶瓷坯料配方中添加了硅渣和生活垃圾焚烧飞灰等,提高了固废利用率,达到了节能环保的目的。
(3)本发明陶瓷坯料配方中降低了粘土含量,减少了烧成过程中因坯体排气而导致的负面影响;降低抛光渣的成份比,有效规避了坯体中大量的抛光砖废渣可能引起的发泡现象。
(5)本发明采用一次烧结工艺,与传统二次烧成工艺相比,本发明减少了一条素烧窑炉,烧成时间缩短至70分钟左右,工序简单,可实施性强,生产效率更高。
(6)本发明陶瓷泡沫板与同密度玻化陶瓷板相比,其抗压强度提高10-40%,耐磨性提高25-35%,收缩性较佳,且具有较优异的高温稳定性,强度高,能耗低且绿色环保,具有良好的综合性能和使用性能,广泛应用于化工、电力、冶金、建筑等行业,可取代进口产品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进行详细的说明。
实施例1
陶瓷坯料配方:
按以下重量份:锂云母尾矿52份、粘土8份,抛光渣25份,增强剂2份,高岭土5份,滑石粉2份,硅土3份,硅渣2份,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰1份;
其中,增强剂为硼酸、磷酸钾、陶瓷泥浆按重量比1:1:1混合后制成粉末。
抛光渣主要成分为碳酸钙和碳化硅按重量比2:1混合,制成粉末。
(1)湿法混料与干燥:
上述陶瓷坯料经湿法球磨、喷雾干燥工序后干压成型制得陶瓷生坯,碎至4mm以下;
其中,湿法球磨至万孔筛筛余1.5~2.00%,喷雾造粒成含水7%左右的粉料,再用4800T自动液压机压成900×900mm的砖坯,厚度10.0±0.4mm的砖坯,将其再烘干至含水0.4%以下的生坯;
(2)烧制:将陶瓷生坯送入辊道窑烧成,最高烧成温度为1040℃,烧成时间为70分钟。
(3)成品加工:半成品经切割、磨边、刮平、粗磨、抛光、磨边、倒角、干燥等工序,制成陶瓷泡沫板。
实施例2
陶瓷坯料配方:
按以下重量份:锂云母尾矿57份、粘土5份,抛光渣20份,增强剂1份,高岭土7份,滑石粉3份,硅土2份,硅渣1份,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰3份;
其中,增强剂为硼酸。
抛光渣主要成分为碳酸钙,制成粉末。
(1)湿法混料与干燥:
上述陶瓷坯料经湿法球磨、喷雾干燥工序后干压成型制得陶瓷生坯,碎至4mm以下;
其中,湿法球磨至万孔筛筛余1.5~2.00%,喷雾造粒成含水7%左右的粉料,再用4800T自动液压机压成900×900mm的砖坯,厚度10.0±0.4mm的砖坯,将其再烘干至含水0.4%以下的生坯;
(2)烧制:将陶瓷生坯送入辊道窑烧成,最高烧成温度为1040℃,烧成时间为70分钟。
(3)成品加工:半成品经切割、磨边、刮平、粗磨、抛光、磨边、倒角、干燥等工序,制成陶瓷泡沫板。

陶瓷坯料配方:
按以下重量份:粘土15份,镁质土3份,硼钙石2份,抛光渣80份,六偏磷酸钠0.2份,水玻璃0.6份,三聚磷酸钠0.2份,羧甲基淀粉钠0.2份;
(1)湿法混料与干燥:
上述陶瓷坯料经湿法球磨、喷雾干燥工序后干压成型制得陶瓷生坯,碎至4mm以下;其中,湿法球磨至万孔筛筛余1.5~2.00%,喷雾造粒成含水7%左右的粉料,再用4800 T自动液压机压成900×900mm的砖坯,厚度10.0±0.4mm的砖坯,将其再烘干至含水0.4%以下的生坯;
(2)烧制:将陶瓷生坯送入辊道窑烧成,最高烧成温度为1040℃,烧成时间为150分钟。

1.利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述陶瓷泡沫板的陶瓷坯料配方按重量计为:锂云母尾矿47~57份、粘土5~11份,抛光渣20~30份,增强剂1~4份,高岭土3~7份,滑石粉1~3份,硅土2~4份,硅渣1~5份,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述陶瓷泡沫板的陶瓷坯料配方按重量计为:锂云母尾矿52份、粘土8份,抛光渣25份,增强剂2份,高岭土5份,滑石粉2份,硅土3份,硅渣2份,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增强剂为硼酸、磷酸钾、陶瓷泥浆的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抛光渣的主要成分为碳酸钙、碳化硅、氧化锰或淤泥中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的利用锂云母尾矿生产陶瓷泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)湿法混料与干燥:将配好的坯料进行湿法球磨、喷雾干燥,然后干压成型制得陶瓷生坯;
(2)烧制:将陶瓷生坯送入辊道窑烧制,烧成温度为1010~1040℃,持续时间60~80分钟,制成半成品;
(3)成品加工:将半成品按工程尺寸切割为工程用板料。
