技术领域
本发明涉及一种用海棠等中草药复合超微粉,加入魔芋精粉、南瓜粉、黄豆粉和面粉制成的功能性食疗面条。
背景技术
湖北海棠(Malus hupehensis (Pamp.) Rehd.)为蔷薇科苹果属植物,又名野海棠,花红茶。湖北海棠嫩叶作茶叶饮用己有千年历史,是武陵山区夏季广为饮用的清凉饮料,俗称花红茶、林擒茶,一匹罐等。其作药用始载于《新华本草纲要》,叶含根皮苷(根皮素-2-葡萄糖甙),儿茶精,表儿茶精及微量黄酮醇-3-葡萄糖甙。其味酸、性平,主治食积停滞,消化不良,痢疾,疳积。《福建药物志》、《浙江药用植物志》等多本药学著作作为“健胃消食药”收载。具有消食养胃、清热润肺、生津止渴、提神解乏、降压减肥等多种功效。 湖北海棠叶主要成分根皮苷是根皮素的2'-β-D-葡萄糖苷,属于植物黄酮类中的二氢查尔酮苷。与其它黄酮类相比,二氢查尔酮苷在自然界存在很少, 被称为“少数黄酮类”。根皮苷是苹果多酚的主要成分,具有多种生物活性,如调节血压、血糖,保护心脏及清除体内自由基、调节女性内分泌等,并且还具有低毒的特点,这使它在医学、化妆品、食品、植物组织培养等很多领域中得到应用。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品的要求越来越高,面条是大众的主食之一,传统的面条是用小麦面粉加入适量的食盐和食用碱压制而成的,然而,单纯用小麦面粉制成的面条营养价值却不高,膳食纤维含量低,维生素缺乏,矿物质缺少,缺少人体必需的氨基酸-赖氨酸,主要是由小麦营养成分的局限性和面粉加工过程中营养成分的损失造成的,长期食用对人体健康不利。市场上各种营养面条种类繁多,但有海棠等中药制成的功能性食疗保健面条却是空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食疗保健性强、营养价值高、口味好、久煮不烂、口感滑爽的功能性食疗保健面条。因内含多种三尖杉生物碱,长期食用,可以达到防癌、抗癌、抗辐射、清热解毒、降血脂血糖、抗衰老等多重食疗保健功效。
本发明的技术方案是:
1、中草药复合超微粉的制备:将烘干的海棠叶5份、干松针2份、干甘草3份、干罗汉果3.5份、干杭白菊1.5份、干金银花2份、干淡竹叶2份、干仙草2.5份、干布渣叶2.5份、干荷叶1.5份、干藿香1.5份、干甜叶菊1份及干葛根3份,分别洗净复干,先粗粉碎过10目不锈钢筛,再同入不锈钢超微粉碎机中,微粉碎至过300目-400目不锈钢筛,得到中草药复合超微粉;
2、混合制面:取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐,按现有生产面条的工艺压制而成。
实施例一:
将烘干的海棠叶5份、干松针2份、干甘草3份、干罗汉果3.5份、干杭白菊1.5份、干金银花2份、干淡竹叶2份、干仙草2.5份、干布渣叶2.5份、干荷叶1.5份、干藿香1.5份、干甜叶菊1份及干葛根3份,分别洗净复干,先粗粉碎过10目不锈钢筛,再同入不锈钢超微粉碎机中,微粉碎至过300目-400目不锈钢筛,得到中草药复合超微粉;
实施例二:
取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐,按现有生产面条的工艺压制而成。

1.一种海棠中药面条的制备方法,其特征在于:1)中草药复合超微粉的制备:将烘干的海棠叶5份、干松针2份、干甘草3份、干罗汉果3.5份、干杭白菊1.5份、干金银花2份、干淡竹叶2份、干仙草2.5份、干布渣叶2.5份、干荷叶1.5份、干藿香1.5份、干甜叶菊1份及干葛根3份,分别洗净复干,先粗粉碎过10目不锈钢筛,再同入不锈钢超微粉碎机中,微粉碎至过300目-400目不锈钢筛,得到中草药复合超微粉;2)混合制面:取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐,按现有生产面条的工艺压制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于中草药复合超微粉的制备配方为:烘干的海棠叶5份、干松针2份、干甘草3份、干罗汉果3.5份、干杭白菊1.5份、干金银花2份、干淡竹叶2份、干仙草2.5份、干布渣叶2.5份、干荷叶1.5份、干藿香1.5份、干甜叶菊1份及干葛根3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于混合制面得配方为:取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐。
