Description

Clothes dryer
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a clothes dryer comprising an inner tub for containing clothes and an outer tub disposed around the inner tub, the inner tub having first holes densely distributed on a wall thereof so as to be in spatial communication with the outer tub, a cooling water supply device connected to the outer tub wall so as to supply cooling water required in a drying process to an inner surface of the outer tub wall, the cooling water supply device comprising a water discharge area.
[ background of the invention ]
US invention patent publication US6279357B1 discloses a washer-dryer. The washing and drying machine has a drum mounted in an outer tub through a tripod. The back wall of the outer barrel is provided with a groove. The water flows from the water inlet device to the rear wall of the outer barrel. In the drying mode, the drum is rotated, and the humid air leaves the drum under the rotation of the drum and is agitated. The trickling water comes into contact with the humid air, thereby promoting a condensation effect on the air before the air is heated and returned to the drum along the circulation path.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to provide a dryer with high heat exchange efficiency.
The invention provides a clothes dryer, comprising an inner barrel for accommodating clothes and an outer barrel arranged around the inner barrel, wherein the wall of the inner barrel is provided with first holes which are densely distributed and are communicated with the space of the outer barrel, a cooling water supply device is connected with the wall of the outer barrel so as to supply cooling water required in the drying process to the inner surface of the wall of the outer barrel, the cooling water supply device comprises a water outlet area, a first area subjected to hydrophilic treatment is arranged on the inner surface of the wall of the outer barrel below the water outlet area, and the rest of the inner surface of the wall of the outer barrel is a hydrophobic second area.
The inner surface of the inner tub wall has a greater portion with hydrophobic characteristics to reduce residue of foam or wash water, while also facilitating cleaning and thus greater hygiene. However, after the cooling water falls on the surface of the hydrophobic inner barrel wall, the cooling water can flow in a columnar trickle mode, the contact area with air in the drying process is small, and the heat exchange efficiency is not high. After the first area is subjected to hydrophilic treatment, cooling water flows downwards along the first area after flowing out of the water outlet area, and then the water flow spreads along the inner surface of the outer barrel wall to form a water film, so that the water film has a relatively large contact area with process air, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
The hydrophilic treatment may include at least one of spark etching, laser etching, spraying a hydrophilic coating, and plasma treatment.
As one embodiment, the water outlet area comprises a group of second holes on the outer barrel wall, and the second holes are horizontally or obliquely arranged. The cooling water flows out of the second hole and is contacted with the inner surface of the outer barrel wall to form a plurality of rows of water flows, the plurality of rows of water flows horizontally spread along the first area while flowing downwards to form a large-area water film, and the water film and the process air can exchange heat better to condense moisture in the process air.
As an example, the hydrophilic first region is located on an upwardly facing inclined or curved surface.
The cooling water supply device may be connected to a cylindrical sidewall of the tub, and the first region is located at an inner surface of the tub sidewall.
The first region may be located at a lower position with respect to a central axis of the tub.
The dryer further includes a fan associated with the tub to cause process air within the tub to flow, and a heating device associated with the tub to heat the process air.
The inlet and outlet of the air channel are respectively connected with the rear part of the outer barrel and the front part of the outer barrel in a fluid manner, and the fan and the heating device are positioned in the air channel. Wherein fluid connection may be understood as a direct or indirect connection of the wall of the air channel with the tub, such that the air channel is connected with the tub space forming a fluid circuit.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[ description of the drawings ]
FIG. 1 is a side schematic view of the main functional components of a clothes dryer of a first embodiment;
FIG. 2 is a partial view of a side wall of an outer tub;
fig. 3 is a side schematic view of main functional components of a dryer of a second embodiment.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, the dryer 1 of the first embodiment has a rotatable inner tub 2 accommodating laundry and an outer tub 3 disposed around the inner tub 2. The inner barrel 2 and the outer barrel 3 are arranged substantially coaxially and substantially horizontally in the axial direction. The inner tub wall 21 has first holes 22 densely distributed therein so as to be in spatial communication with the outer tub 3. The rear end of the tub 3 is connected to the inlet 41 of the air passage 4. The outlet 42 of the air passage 4 is connected to a packing 5 provided at the front of the outer tub 3. This forms a space for the air passage 4 to communicate with the tub 3. A fan 6 and a heating device 7 are arranged in the air channel 4.
The cooling water supply device 8 is connected to a cylindrical side wall 31 of the outer tub 3. The cooling water supply device 8 has a set of horizontally aligned second holes 81 on the tub side wall 31. The cooling water supply device 8 further includes a supply pipe 82 and a water diversion device 83 connected to the supply pipe 82. The cooling water is buffered after entering the water diversion device 83 from the supply pipe 82, and then enters the tub 3 through the second hole 81.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the entire inner surface 30 of the outer tub 3 is made hydrophobic in advance, and then hydrophilic treatment is performed under the outlet area 810 where the second holes 81 are located, so that a hydrophilic-treated first area 301 is formed under the outlet area on the inner surface 30 of the outer tub side wall 31, and the remaining second area 302 of the inner surface 30 of the outer tub 3 is hydrophobic.
Wherein the hydrophilic treatment comprises at least one of spark etching, laser etching, spraying a hydrophilic coating and plasma treatment.
Wherein the first area 301 is located at a lower position with respect to the central axis 9 of the outer tub 3. Where the hydrophilic first regions 301 are bent upward. The cooling water supply means 8 is located close to the level of the central shaft 9. The cooling water flows out of the second holes 81 and then flows onto the hydrophilic first region 301 by gravity, thereby forming a water film.
During the drying process, the fan 6 is activated to circulate the process air for drying between the air passage 4 and the tub 3. The heating device 7 heats the process air which passes through the air channel 4. The high temperature process air evaporates moisture in the laundry after entering the outer tub 3 and the inner tub 2 disposed in the outer tub 3. The cooling water supply device 8 supplies cooling water into the tub 3. The high-temperature and high-humidity process air exchanges heat with the cooling water film while passing through the first region 301. The process air temperature drops and entrained moisture condenses to water which is separated from the process air. The dried process air enters the air channel 4 to be reheated and enters the next cycle. Thus, the moisture in the laundry is gradually dried.
The cooling water supply device 8 may be respectively disposed at both sides of the outer tub 3.
In the second embodiment as shown in fig. 3, the inner tub 200 and the outer tub 300 of the dryer 100 are disposed obliquely upward. A cooling water supply device 801 is installed on the rear wall 320 of the outer tub 300. The cooling water supply device 801 is the same as or similar to the cooling water supply device 8 of the first embodiment.
The inner surface 3002 of the tub rear wall 320 has a first region 303 of hydrophilic treatment below the water outlet region 8100 of the water supply device 801. Wherein the first region 303 is inclined upwardly facing to facilitate the flow of water downwardly along the surface of the region. The remaining of the inner surface 3000 of the outer tub 300 is a hydrophobic second region 304.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are merely illustrative of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by a person of ordinary skill in the related art within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
