Description
[ field of technology ]
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and relates to a clothes dryer with a condensing device.
[ background Art ]
The U.S. patent No. 6279357B1 discloses a washer-dryer. The washing and drying machine has a drum mounted in an outer tub by a tripod. The rear wall of the outer tub has a groove. Water flows from the water inlet means onto the rear wall of the outer tub. In the drying mode, the drum rotates, and the humid air exits the drum and is stirred by the rotation of the drum. The trickle water contacts the humid air to enhance the condensing effect on the air before the air is heated and returned to the drum along the circulation path.
The gap between the tub and the drum is generally very small. And the drum wall often has holes therein to facilitate the passage of water or gas. In addition, during the drying process, the process air in the tub and the drum flows rapidly by the fan. The cooling water easily enters the drum after entering the tub to wet the laundry therein.
[ invention ]
An object of the present invention is to improve the existing clothes dryer.
The invention provides a clothes dryer, which comprises an inner barrel for accommodating clothes and an outer barrel arranged around the inner barrel, wherein first holes are densely distributed on the wall of the inner barrel so as to be communicated with the space of the outer barrel, a plurality of second holes are formed on the wall of the outer barrel, and a water outlet area defined by the second holes extends horizontally. The outside of outer bucket wall in deviating from interior bucket direction is equipped with the water knockout drum, and wherein the water knockout drum contains water inlet and covers the shroud of second hole, and the shroud has the port of being connected with outer bucket wall sealing, forms the water storage chamber that the cross-sectional area that is greater than the water inlet cross-sectional area perpendicular to the water inlet direction between shroud and the outer bucket wall.
The water outlet area is understood to be the area in which the second holes are distributed. When the second holes are in a row of regular arrangement, the water outlet area is a continuous surface with the edges of all the second holes in the row as edges; when the second holes are in multiple rows or irregularly distributed, the water outlet area is a continuous surface surrounded by the edges of the second holes at the edges.
The water directly flows out from the wall of the outer barrel inwards, so that the installation is simpler compared with the water supply pipe which directly extends into a narrow space between the outer barrel and the inner barrel, and the water flows along the inner surface of the wall of the outer barrel instead of falling from the middle of a limited gap, thereby greatly reducing the probability of water entering the inner barrel. The water flowing along the wall surface is less likely to be blown away by the air flow and enter the inner barrel.
The sectional area of the water storage cavity is larger than that of the water inlet, so that water flow is buffered in the water storage cavity, water can flow out of the second hole uniformly, and the flow speed is also gentle. The uniform and gentle water flow flows along the inner surface of the outer barrel wall, so that the water is not easy to enter the inner barrel, and the water has larger heat exchange area, thereby having higher heat exchange efficiency.
The inner barrel and the outer barrel are in cylindrical shape, the axial direction is horizontal or inclined, and the water separator can be arranged on the side wall and/or the rear wall of the outer barrel.
In some embodiments, the inner barrel and the outer barrel are axially and horizontally arranged, the water separator is arranged on the side wall of the outer barrel, and the water outlet area is close to or lower than the horizontal plane where the central shaft of the barrel is positioned. Because the outer barrel wall higher than the horizontal plane where the barrel central shaft is positioned has a downward bending radian, when the water outlet area is too high, water flowing out of the water outlet area is easy to drop onto the inner barrel under the action of gravity and enters the inner barrel.
The water outlet region may be embodied in connection with a higher upper region of the water storage chamber. Then water is gathered at the bottom of the water storage cavity after entering the water storage cavity from the water inlet, then the water surface rises, finally reaches the position of the water outlet area, and slowly overflows from the second hole. The structure makes the water flow entering the outer barrel even and gentle, prevents the water flow from entering the inner barrel, and improves the heat exchange efficiency.
The improvement of the invention also comprises that the inner surface of the outer barrel wall is provided with a first area which is subjected to hydrophilic treatment and a second area which is hydrophobic. The inner surface after hydrophilic treatment spreads the flowing water flow, flows through a larger area, and improves the heat exchange area, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency.
Wherein the hydrophilic treatment may include at least one of spark etching, laser etching, spraying a hydrophilic coating, and plasma treatment.
The water separator is connected with a water inlet pipe, a water valve controlled by a control device is arranged on the water inlet pipe, and the control device is used for controlling the water valve to be opened in the process of executing a drying program.
The dryer further includes a fan and a heating device in operative communication with the drying space surrounded by the tub, and the fan and the heating device are controlled to be turned on by the control device during the execution of the drying process by the control device. It is understood that any one of the fan and the heating means may be located either directly in the drying space surrounded by the tub or in the space communicating with the drying space.
The advantageous improvement further comprises that the total cross-sectional area of the second holes is larger than the cross-sectional area of the water inlet on the water separator. Therefore, the water flow flowing out of the second hole is not influenced by the water pressure from the water inlet, and the water flow does not generate a spraying phenomenon and enters the inner barrel.
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
