The meal taking display area is used for dynamically displaying each meal taking port and order numbers corresponding to orders of the meal taking ports in a meal taking state, such as meal taking ports #1 and #2 and order numbers A3003 and B3004 shown in FIG. 3; when the customer successfully takes the order, the order number which has already successfully taken the order is not displayed, and when the newly finished dish of a certain order is made, the order number corresponding to the order is displayed in the meal taking display area.
The meal preparation display area is used for dynamically displaying order numbers corresponding to orders entering a meal preparation state; preferably, the meal preparation display area displays at least one order in a sequencing manner according to the sequence of entering the meal preparation state, wherein the time for the order to enter the meal preparation state is earlier, and the corresponding order number is displayed more ahead, or more above or more prominently.
The meal taking overtime area is used for dynamically displaying order numbers corresponding to the overtime meal taking orders.

If the ordering device is a mobile phone of a customer, for example, the customer may use a client (e.g., a WeChat client) installed on the mobile phone to scan an ordering two-dimensional code set in a specific location (e.g., on a dining table) in a store, so as to send an ordering request to the scheduling system, and after the management system confirms that the ordering device 10 displays dish information available for ordering to the customer. In general, the dish information may include: a dish ID, which may be a dish name, and a number of dishes. Then, the customer adds the selected dishes to the shopping cart, and then, the customer performs an order placing operation, thereby transmitting an order placing request message to the management system, wherein the client on the ordering apparatus may provide the customer with a button or the like to perform the order placing operation, thereby obtaining the order placing operation of the customer. Then, the management system can send a shopping cart display message to the client, wherein the shopping cart display message is used for indicating the client to display the dish information in the shopping cart list to the customer; then, the client receives ordering confirmation operation aiming at the dish information in the displayed shopping cart list by the customer and sends ordering confirmation information to the management system; and after receiving the order placing confirmation message, the scheduling system adds the dish information in the shopping cart list to the corresponding order placing list, generates an unpaid order and sends the unpaid order to the client. The client on the ordering equipment generates payment information according to payment operation of the customer on the ordered dishes, the management system completes payment flow according to the unpaid orders and the client, generates (paid) orders and the meal taking two-dimensional codes, and the ordering flow between the ordering equipment and the management system is achieved.
In the above ordering process, a mobile phone of a customer is taken as an example of ordering equipment, in other embodiments of the present invention, the ordering equipment may also be an ordering screen arranged in a restaurant, and if the ordering equipment is the ordering screen, the customer may directly send an ordering request to the management system through the ordering screen without performing scanning operation of an ordering two-dimensional code, and the following implementation steps are basically similar to the case where the ordering equipment is a mobile phone, and are not repeated here.
After the customer finishes the ordering operation, the management system generates the order, the payment voucher and the meal taking two-dimensional code corresponding to the order, wherein the order represents a settled order and comprises dish information settled by the customer; typically, an order number is assigned to an order by the management system after each checkout operation for an order, and typically, the order numbers for different orders are unique within a predetermined time period (e.g., one day) to prevent confusion, the order numbers may be included in the order and/or in the payment instrument, and the order numbers may be, for example: B3008. in some embodiments, the order number may be associated with a meal fetching port, a corresponding meal fetching port may be selected for the order in advance, and different types of order numbers may be assigned to the order according to the different selected meal fetching ports, for example, a restaurant may include meal fetching port 01, meal fetching port 02, meal fetching port 03 and meal fetching port 04, the order number corresponding to meal fetching port 01 may be a3008, the order number corresponding to meal fetching port 02 may be B3008, the order number corresponding to meal fetching port 03 may be C3008, and the order number corresponding to meal fetching port 04 may be D3008.
In some optional embodiments, the method further comprises:
the meal taking reminding device generates and displays at least one virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the meal taking ports of the meal taking device one to one, obtains the state of an order corresponding to each meal taking port in the at least one meal taking port from the scheduling system, and displays the state on the corresponding virtual meal delivery channel.
In some optional embodiments, the method further comprises:
when the state of the order corresponding to the meal taking port acquired from the scheduling system is a meal preparation state, the meal taking reminding device displays a virtual tray on the virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the meal taking port, and the virtual tray moves along the virtual meal delivery channel.

The meal preparation display area is used for dynamically displaying order numbers corresponding to orders entering a meal preparation state; preferably, the meal preparation display area displays at least one order in a sequencing manner according to the sequence of entering the meal preparation state, wherein the time for the order to enter the meal preparation state is earlier, and the corresponding order number is displayed more ahead, or more above or more prominently.
The meal taking overtime area is used for dynamically displaying order numbers corresponding to the overtime meal taking orders.
It should be noted that corresponding contents of the method embodiment may refer to the entity embodiment, that is, corresponding contents of the restaurant information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application may refer to corresponding contents of a restaurant system provided by the embodiment of the present application, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated herein.
The application provides a storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device in which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute instructions in any possible implementation manner of the method.
In the embodiments of the present application, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. Claims (14)

1. A restaurant system, the system comprising:
the ordering device is used for displaying dish information available for ordering and generating payment information according to payment operation of ordered dishes so as to obtain an order and a meal taking two-dimensional code corresponding to the order, wherein the meal taking two-dimensional code is used for recording the order, and the order comprises paid dish information;
the scheduling system is used for receiving the checkout information, generating the order and the meal taking two-dimensional code based on the checkout information, and distributing a corresponding meal making task to the meal making equipment according to the order;
the meal making equipment is used for making dishes in the dish information according to the meal making tasks;
the meal taking reminding device is used for acquiring the state of the order from the scheduling system and generating a meal taking notification signal when the state of the order is a meal taking state; and
and the meal taking equipment is used for providing at least one meal taking port and responding to the code scanning operation of the meal taking two-dimensional code so as to release dishes.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the meal taking reminding device is further configured to generate and display at least one virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the meal taking ports of the meal taking device one to one, and obtain, from the scheduling system, a state of an order corresponding to each of the at least one meal taking ports, and display the state on the corresponding virtual meal delivery channel.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the meal taking reminding device is further configured to display a virtual tray on the virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the meal taking port when the state of the order corresponding to the meal taking port obtained from the scheduling system is a meal preparation state, and the virtual tray moves along the virtual meal delivery channel.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the meal taking reminding device is further configured to obtain a production state of the meal production device on the dish from the scheduling system, and when the production of the dish corresponding to the order is completed, add a virtual image corresponding to the dish on a virtual tray on the virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the order.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the meal taking device is further configured to, when the order corresponds to multiple kinds of dishes, respectively transmit and place the dishes manufactured by different meal making devices on a physical tray corresponding to the meal taking port, notify the meal taking reminding device to add and display a virtual image corresponding to the dishes on the physical tray on a virtual meal outlet channel corresponding to the order.

The system of claim 2, further comprising a restaurant supervision device, wherein the restaurant supervision device is configured to obtain a state of each meal taking port of at least one meal taking port of the meal taking device, determine whether the order has been taken within a first preset time period after the meal taking reminding device generates the meal taking notification signal, determine that the order has been taken overtime if not, and notify the meal taking reminding device to change the state of the order displayed by the corresponding virtual meal taking channel to an overtime state.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the displayed area of the meal fetching reminding device comprises one or any more of a meal fetching display area, a meal preparation display area and a meal fetching overtime zone.
8. A catering information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving checkout information generated by ordering equipment, generating an order and a meal taking two-dimensional code corresponding to the order based on the checkout information, and sending the order and the meal taking two-dimensional code to the ordering equipment, wherein the meal taking two-dimensional code is used for recording the order, and the order comprises settled dish information;
distributing a corresponding food making task for food making equipment according to the order, so that the food making equipment makes dishes in the dish information according to the food making task;
the method comprises the steps that the making state of dishes by the dish making equipment is obtained, when the dishes corresponding to the orders are made and reach the corresponding meal taking ports, the states of the orders are updated to be meal available states, and the meal taking reminding equipment is informed to generate meal taking informing signals;
and when the code scanning operation is carried out on the meal taking two-dimensional code at the meal taking equipment, the meal taking equipment is informed to release dishes.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
the meal taking reminding device generates and displays at least one virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the meal taking ports of the meal taking device one to one, obtains the state of an order corresponding to each meal taking port in the at least one meal taking port from the scheduling system, and displays the state on the corresponding virtual meal delivery channel.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
when the state of the order corresponding to the meal taking port acquired from the scheduling system is a meal preparation state, the meal taking reminding device displays a virtual tray on the virtual meal delivery channel corresponding to the meal taking port, and the virtual tray moves along the virtual meal delivery channel.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
the food taking reminding device obtains the making state of the food making device to the food from the scheduling system, and when the food corresponding to the order is made, a virtual image corresponding to the food is added to the virtual tray on the virtual food outlet channel corresponding to the order.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the order corresponds to various dishes, the food taking equipment transmits the dishes made by different food making equipment and places the dishes on a physical tray corresponding to the food taking port, and notifies the food taking reminding equipment that a virtual tray on a virtual food outlet channel corresponding to the order is added and displays a virtual image corresponding to the dishes on the physical tray.

The system of claim 9, further comprising a restaurant supervision device, wherein the restaurant supervision device is configured to obtain a state of each meal taking port of at least one meal taking port of the meal taking device, determine whether the order has been taken within a first preset time period after the meal taking reminding device generates the meal taking notification signal, if not, determine that the order has been taken overtime, and notify the meal taking reminding device to change the state of the order displayed by the corresponding virtual meal taking channel to an overtime state.
14. The system of claim 9, wherein the displayed area of the meal fetching reminding device comprises one or any more of a meal fetching display area, a meal preparation display area and a meal fetching overtime zone.
