Abstract
The invention discloses a method for installing and constructing a door opening, which comprises the following steps: measuring an original door opening, determining the size of the door, and modifying the original door opening according to the size of the quick-assembly door to be slightly larger than the size of the quick-assembly door; or a door opening is newly built according to the available space on site and the size of the quick-mounting door; connecting two vertical door templates with one transverse door template through an L-shaped connecting piece to form a door template; putting the assembled door model into a door opening to-be-constructed position and adjusting the flatness in the horizontal direction; self-tapping screws are hammered and installed on the vertical door template to fix the door template and the wall body; clamping the door model angle iron into a clamping groove on the vertical door template, and fixedly connecting the door model angle iron with the wall body through a self-tapping screw; and filling the gap between the wall body and the door mold with cement mortar. The door opening installation and construction method can provide the door opening with the size error smaller than 5mm for the fast-assembling door, and greatly reduces the size error of the door opening. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a method for installing and constructing a door opening.
Background
With the development of the home decoration industry for more than ten years, the self-assembly gradually becomes a tuyere, the competition is increasingly white, and the self-assembly puts higher requirements on products, services and construction delivery, wherein the construction delivery becomes a core element which restricts success, and the door is a product which most influences the whole delivery.
In traditional decoration, the whole period of door measurement, ordering, generation and installation is extremely long. According to the construction drawing or the needs of owners, hole sites of doors are reserved or knocked out on the wall surface, the door sleeves are installed through the side close to the wall, and then hinges, door locks and the like are matched to embed the door plates. The dimensions of each door pocket may vary during construction, and then the required door panels are customized and installed according to the actual dimensions of the individual door pockets. The custom-made production cycle of the door panels is about 40 days, and the total cycle of the door from measurement to delivery is as long as 50 days.
If a quick-fit door can be provided, i.e., the door size meets certain criteria, the lead time of the door product can be shortened. However, how to ensure the matching of the quick-assembly door and the door opening is a problem to be solved urgently in the actual construction process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, and provides a door opening installation and construction method, which provides a door opening with a size error smaller than 5mm for a quick-assembly door and greatly reduces the size error of the door opening.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a door opening installation and construction method comprises the following steps: measuring an original door opening, determining the size of the door, and modifying the original door opening according to the size of the quick-assembly door to be slightly larger than the size of the quick-assembly door; or a door opening is newly built according to the available space on site and the size of the quick-mounting door; connecting two vertical door templates with one transverse door template through an L-shaped connecting piece to form a door template; putting the assembled door model into a door opening to-be-constructed position and adjusting the flatness in the horizontal direction; self-tapping screws are hammered and installed on the vertical door template to fix the door template and the wall body; clamping the door model angle iron into a clamping groove on the vertical door template, and fixedly connecting the door model angle iron with the wall body through a self-tapping screw; and filling the gap between the wall body and the door mold with cement mortar.
As a preferred technical scheme, after the flatness of the door model in the horizontal direction is adjusted, the inner stay bar is installed in the assembled door model. The inner stay bar can strengthen the stability of the door mould.
As a preferred technical scheme, an inner support rod is respectively installed at the upper, middle and lower positions of the assembled door model. The inner supporting rods are respectively arranged at the upper, middle and lower positions of the door model, so that the door model can be stably supported at all positions, and the stability of the door model is improved.
As an optimal technical scheme, after cement mortar is used for filling a gap between a wall body and a door model, the inner stay bar is detached.
As a preferable technical scheme, the method also comprises the following steps: measuring the height, width and thickness of the door opening, cutting the transverse and vertical main sleeve plates and the adjusting sleeves of the quick-assembly door according to the size of the door opening, splicing the adjusting sleeves, assembling the door frame and cutting the door sleeve line.
As a preferable technical scheme, the method also comprises the following steps: the door frame is put into the door opening, and the verticality is adjusted by a level gauge.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

2. The size of the door opening of the invention is suitable for the size of the fast-assembling door, and the size error is less than 5 mm.
3. The door opening installation and construction method can be matched with the quick-assembly door, the matching degree of the door opening and the door is improved, and the delivery cycle of door products can be greatly shortened because the ordering and production cycle of the quick-assembly door are only a few days.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the door form includes a form outer shell having a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a cavity therein and internal reinforcing ribs disposed in the cavity at intervals to improve the structural strength of the door form. Two parallel first clamping grooves are arranged on one side surface of the template shell, and a second clamping groove is arranged at the center of the other symmetrical side surface. The door template can be integrally formed, and the used material is a wood-plastic plate.
The door templates can be assembled to form a door template, wherein two door templates are arranged in parallel and are vertical door templates; the other door template is vertical to the vertical door template and is a transverse door template. As shown in fig. 5, 12 and 13, the surfaces of the vertical door template and the horizontal door template, which are provided with the first clamping groove, are vertically arranged at 90 degrees and are connected through two L-shaped connecting pieces to form the door template. The L-shaped connecting piece is arranged in the first clamping groove positions of the two adjacent door templates and is fixed through self-tapping screws. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the L-shaped connecting member includes two bar-shaped members, the two bar-shaped members are vertically connected, and each bar-shaped member is provided with two circular holes. The self-tapping screw passes through the round hole and is fixed with the door template. In order to fix the L-shaped connecting piece conveniently, the width of the L-shaped connecting piece is matched with the width of the first clamping groove.
After the door model is installed, the door model can be used for the construction of the door opening. Typically the door opening may be modified from the original door opening or a newly built door opening. For the original door opening to be modified, the size of the original door opening needs to be measured, and the size of the door is determined according to the size of the door opening. If the quick-assembly door is used, the original door opening needs to be removed and changed according to the size of the quick-assembly door, so that the size of the door opening is slightly larger than that of the quick-assembly door. The size range of fast-assembling door does: the height of 2090mm is less than 2100mm, the width of 870mm is less than 880mm, the size of the door opening can be controlled as follows: the height is more than or equal to 2100mm and less than 2110mm, and the width is more than or equal to 880mm and less than 890 mm. If a new door opening is needed, the size of the door opening can be determined according to the available space on site and the size of the quick-mounting door.
And then, putting the assembled door model into a door opening to-be-constructed position and adjusting the flatness in the horizontal direction. To reduce the dimensional error of a door opening formed in a door mold and stabilize the width value in the door mold. The inner supporting rods can be arranged in the upper position, the middle position and the lower position of the assembled door model respectively, the length of the inner supporting rod in the embodiment can be adjusted according to the specific size of the door model, and two ends of the inner supporting rod are fixed on the vertical door template of the door model.
As shown in fig. 12 and 14, when the door form is fixed to a newly built wall, the two vertical door forms are fixed to the wall through the door form angle iron, and the door form angle iron is installed in the second slot of the door form and fixed to the wall through the self-tapping screw. As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the door mold angle iron includes a flat portion and a vertical portion, the flat portion is vertically connected with the vertical portion, a circular hole is formed in the vertical portion, and a self-tapping screw penetrates through the circular hole to be fixed to a wall body. The flat part is inserted into the second clamping groove position, and the width of the flat part of the door model angle iron is adapted to the second clamping groove position in order to fix the door model angle iron.
And after the door formwork is fixed with the wall body, filling the gap between the door formwork and the wall body with cement mortar, and after solidification, taking down the inner support rod, thus finishing the construction of the fast-assembly door opening.
After the construction of the fast-assembling door opening of the fast-assembling door is finished, the fast-assembling door can be installed. As shown in FIG. 16, first, the height, width and thickness of the door opening are measured, and the vertical and horizontal main panels and the adjusting sleeves of the quick-assembly door are cut according to the size of the door opening. The height and width of the door opening can be designed to be standard size, but the thickness of the door opening is the original wall body property and can not be changed. Therefore, when the door pocket plate is installed, the adjusting sleeve can be added on the main pocket plate, so that the thickness of the pocket plate can be adjusted and adapted to all walls within the range of 80-300 mm. After the adjusting sleeve is spliced, the door frame can be assembled, and the door sleeve line is cut. The door frame is put into the door opening, and the verticality is adjusted by a level gauge. The positions of the hinges are respectively determined on the door leaves of the quick-assembly door, and the door leaves and the hinges are fixed. And installing a door pocket line, fixing the door leaf on the main pocket plate through a hinge, opening a door lock hole on the door leaf and the main pocket plate, installing a door lock, repairing partial places, and performing sanitation and cleanness after repairing.

connecting two vertical door templates with one transverse door template through an L-shaped connecting piece to form a door template;
putting the assembled door model into a door opening to-be-constructed position and adjusting the flatness in the horizontal direction;
self-tapping screws are hammered and installed on the vertical door template to fix the door template and the wall body;
clamping the door model angle iron into a clamping groove on the vertical door template, and fixedly connecting the door model angle iron with the wall body through a self-tapping screw;
and filling the gap between the wall body and the door mold with cement mortar.
2. A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: after the flatness of the door model in the horizontal direction is adjusted, the inner stay bar is installed in the assembled door model.
3. A door opening installation and construction method as claimed in claim 2, wherein an inner brace is installed at each of upper, middle and lower positions of the assembled door form.
4. A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the inner brace is removed after a gap between the wall body and the door form is filled with cement mortar.
5. A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: measuring the height, width and thickness of the door opening, cutting the transverse and vertical main sleeve plates and the adjusting sleeves of the quick-assembly door according to the size of the door opening, splicing the adjusting sleeves, assembling the door frame and cutting the door sleeve line.
6. A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising the steps of: the door frame is put into the door opening, and the verticality is adjusted by a level gauge.
7. A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 6, further comprising the steps of: the positions of the hinges are respectively determined on the door leaves of the quick-assembly door, and the door leaves and the hinges are fixed.

A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 7, further comprising the steps of: and installing a door pocket line, fixing the door leaf on the main pocket plate through a hinge, opening a door lock hole on the door leaf and the main pocket plate, installing a door lock, repairing partial places, and performing sanitation and cleanness after repairing.
9. A door opening installation and construction method according to claim 1, wherein the door opening has a size range of: the height is more than or equal to 2100mm and less than 2110mm, and the width is more than or equal to 880mm and less than 890 mm.
