Abstract
本发明涉及一种切割设备,特别涉及一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,包括用于配合切割机本体工作位的切割机构,该切割机构具有4个用于切割待加工材料的刀具,刀具分别以四边形的端点作为起点,且沿四边形的边长方向运动形成闭合的切割路径,待加工材料通过刀具的切割路径实现在工作位处的四边形切割作业,本发明利用四个刀具实现矩形板四边同时切割,实现快速流水线生产设备占地面积小,单位时间产量高,设备投入少,效率大幅提升,可适应多层切割,经济效益非常突出,此外还设置了吸尘装置,无粉尘外泄,切割环境大大改善,切割后的余料全部落到回收仓,本发明还具有结构简单、加工方便和装配容易的特点,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割设备,特别涉及一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备。
背景技术
现有的风电叶片夹芯套材矩形轻木板或新材料板切四边一般是用推台锯,或一般的数控切割设备两边一切。推台锯切割为单边逐步切割的方式,效率极低,且矩形板的对角线公差不能保证,对后续的产品质量的控制很不利,由于是纯人工操作,危险性大,操作环境差。一般的数控切割设备,采取的是对边同时切割的方式,必须切割完对边,才能再切割另外的对边,四边不能同时切割,切割效率大大降低。设备外形较大,占地空间增大。对于切割余料的回收不合理,灰尘大,操作环境差。
发明内容
针对现有的技术不足,本发明提供一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,包括用于配合切割机本体工作位的切割机构,该切割机构具有4个用于切割待加工材料的刀具,刀具分别以四边形的端点作为起点,且沿四边形的边长方向运动形成闭合的切割路径,待加工材料通过刀具的切割路径实现在工作位处的四边形切割作业。
所述切割路径为方形。
所述切割机构包括供刀具运动的横向导轨,刀具通过与横向导轨的配合实现以四边形的边长作为导向的往复运动。
包括与横向导轨配合的安装架,安装架上设有供刀具上下往复运动的竖向导轨,刀具通过与竖向导轨的配合在工作位处实现上下往复运动。
包括用于装配切割机构的机架,机架通过横梁和立柱形成框架,横向导轨固定于横梁上。
用于配合横向导轨且相邻的横梁上下错位设置。
包括用于夹持待加工材料的夹持机构,夹持机构的两侧设有运输待加工材料的运料机构,夹持机构和运料机构之间设有供余料通过间隙空间。
所述间隙空间的底部设有用于收集余料的余料仓。
所述刀具上设有吸纳粉尘的吸尘机构。
本发明的有益效果:本发明利用四个刀具实现矩形板四边同时切割,减少切割时间,不干涉的连续切割,使得切割效率大幅度提升,于传统的工艺对比效率提升了2-3倍,实现快速流水线生产设备占地面积小,单位时间产量高,设备投入少,效率大幅提升,可适应多层切割,经济效益非常突出,此外还设置了吸尘装置,无粉尘外泄,切割环境大大改善,切割后的余料全部落到回收仓,本发明还具有结构简单、加工方便和装配容易的特点,实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,包括用于配合切割机本体工作位的切割机构100,该切割机构100具有4个用于切割待加工材料200的刀具110,刀具110分别以四边形的端点作为起点,且沿四边形的边长方向运动形成闭合的切割路径,待加工材料200通过刀具110的切割路径实现在工作位处的四边形切割作业,切割路径是指4个刀具110从四边形的端点出发,顺时针或逆时针运行形成闭合的运动路径,切割路径也就意味着待加工材料200在完成切割后的形状,待加工材料200一般是指木材,对应的刀具110为锯片,圆盘锯片消耗极低,切割精度及切割效率大大提升,在行业中普遍推广使用。
所述切割路径为方形,方形是正方形和长方形的总称。
所述切割机构100包括供刀具110运动的横向导轨120,刀具110通过与横向导轨120的配合实现以四边形的边长作为导向的往复运动,将横向导轨120固定于横梁310,安装架130上的滑块与横向导轨120相互配合,此外横梁310上还可安装齿条311,安装架130上可设置伺服电机131用以驱动齿轮132,齿轮132与齿条311啮合,在伺服电机131的驱动下整个刀具110就能沿横向导轨120方向运动以完成切割路径。
包括与横向导轨120配合的安装架130,安装架130上设有供刀具110上下往复运动的竖向导轨140,刀具110通过与竖向导轨140的配合在工作位处实现上下往复运动,安装架130上可设置气缸用以驱动刀具110上下运动。
包括用于装配切割机构100的机架300,机架300通过横梁310和立柱320形成框架,横向导轨120固定于横梁310上。
用于配合横向导轨120且相邻的横梁310上下错位设置,错位设置可以避让运料机构500。
包括用于夹持待加工材料200的夹持机构400,夹持机构400的两侧设有运输待加工材料200的运料机构500,夹持机构400和运料机构500之间设有供余料通过间隙空间,运料机构500可设置滚筒结构的运料装置,升降台420的两侧分别设置运料机构500的上料区510和下料区520,夹持机构400为压料装置410和升降台420,压料装置410由气缸和压板411组成,气缸带动压板411上下运动,升降台420由升降板421和滚筒构成,升降板421与滚筒错位设置,滚筒负责运料,而升降板421负责将待加工材料200顶起,升降板421的上升和压板411的下降将待加工材料200夹持住,夹持机构400余料是指待加工材料200经过切割机构100后的废料,一般是一些小木条,余料顺着运料机构500和夹持机构400之间的空隙掉落下来。
所述间隙空间的底部设有用于收集余料的余料仓(图中未示出),余料仓可以方便收集余料。
所述刀具110上设有吸纳粉尘的吸尘机构600,吸尘机构600为吸尘设备(图中未示出)和吸尘罩610,将吸尘罩610固定于锯片处,锯片反向切割,使得切割粉尘最大幅度的向上扬起,正好扬尘到吸尘罩610上的吸尘口,无切割粉尘外泄,切割环境大大改善。
作业流程:
把待加工材料200放到上料区510的固定工位,然后运料装置将待加工材料200送到升降台420的工位,此时阻挡气缸430升起,对待加工材料200进行定位,定位好后,升降台420升起,把待加工材料200顶起,此时压板411下降,压住待加工材料200,4个刀具110通过竖向导轨140和气缸的配合下降到切割位置,4个刀具110由伺服电机131驱动同时逆时针沿着四边形的边长方向移动切割,切割完成后,余料自动掉入余料仓,4个刀具110通过竖向导轨140和气缸的配合下升起,顺时针移动,回到切割原点,升降台420下降,压板411上升,完成后的材料由升降台420处的滚筒运到下料区520,由下料区520送到下个工序,各零件回到初始状态等待下一轮的切割任务。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,所述切割路径为方形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,所述切割机构(100)包括供刀具(110)运动的横向导轨(120),刀具(110)通过与横向导轨(120)的配合实现以四边形的边长作为导向的往复运动。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,包括与横向导轨(120)配合的安装架(130),安装架(130)上设有供刀具(110)上下往复运动的竖向导轨(140),刀具(110)通过与竖向导轨(140)的配合在工作位处实现上下往复运动。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,包括用于装配切割机构(100)的机架(300),机架(300)通过横梁(310)和立柱(320)形成框架,横向导轨(120)固定于横梁(310)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,用于配合横向导轨(120)且相邻的横梁(310)上下错位设置。
7.如权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的一种四边同时切割的矩形数控切割设备,其特征在于,包括用于夹持待加工材料(200)的夹持机构(400),夹持机构(400)的两侧设有运输待加工材料(200)的运料机构(500),夹持机构(400)和运料机构(500)之间设有供余料通过间隙空间。
