图1示出了穿过本发明滚动轴承单元的示意性轴截面,滚动轴承单元包括在轴向上布置在滚动轴承单元的两列滚动元件列12、14之间的传感器单元10,特别的是,传感器单元10布置在滚动轴承单元的内部16。第一滚动元件列与滚动轴承单元的外圈20和内圈22接触。此外,第二滚动元件列14与滚动轴承单元的外圈和内圈23接触。传感器单元包括单独的传感器,其被装配成测量滚动轴承单元的内部空间16的大气湿度、内部中的压力、内圈的振动和内部中的当前温度。内部16位于内圈与外圈之间,并且在内部16的轴向端处被密封件密封。
传感器单元布置于滚动轴承单元的电路板18并附接于电路板18。此外,滚动轴承单元包括无线电通信单元(radio unit)24和被构造为电池的供能单元(/能源供给单元)(energy-supply unit)26,无线电通信单元24和供能单元26也布置于电路板并附接于电路板。传感器单元、无线电通信单元和供能单元通过电路板彼此电连接。通过传感器单元获得的测量结果从无线电通信单元发送到位于滚动轴承单元外部的接收器,并且能够在接收器处进一步处理。
传感器单元、无线电通信单元、供能单元和电路板以免受油的影响的方式封装。电路板与内圈直接连接并还附接于内圈。电路板是弯曲的(图2)。参照沿轴向的视图,其曲率大于外圈的曲率且小于内圈22的曲率。
滚动轴承单元和接收器可以是卡车、机动车(automobile)或轨道车辆的一部分。
在可选的示例性实施方式中,电路板不与内圈直接附接,而是与如下的圈直接附接:该圈附接于小的圈或两内圈,并且能够将密封件压入内圈之间的空隙。归因于该附接,传感器单元也附接于相应的圈。
在另一可选的示例性实施方式中,传感器单元、无线电通信单元和供能单元不布置于电路板,而是分离地布置于内圈并通过电缆电连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种滚动轴承单元,其包括至少一个传感器单元(10),其特征在于,所述传感器单元在轴向上布置在所述滚动轴承单元的两列滚动元件列(12,14)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承单元,所述滚动轴承单元包括至少一个传感器单元(10),其特征在于,所述传感器单元被构造成测量所述滚动轴承单元的内部(16)中的大气湿度和/或水分和/或压力,和/或测量振动和/或温度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述传感器单元布置在所述滚动轴承单元的内部。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述传感器单元的至少一部分布置于所述滚动轴承单元的弯曲的电路板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述电路板的曲率落在所述滚动轴承单元的外圈(20)的曲率与所述滚动轴承单元的内圈(22)的曲率之间。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承单元包括至少一个无线电通信单元(24)和至少一个供能单元(26),所述无线电通信单元和所述供能单元与所述传感器单元电连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述无线电通信单元和/或所述供能单元和/或所述传感器单元通过电缆彼此连接。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述传感器单元和/或所述无线电通信单元或供能单元以免受油的影响的方式封装。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承单元,其特征在于,所述传感器单元与附接于所述滚动轴承单元的内圈的圈附接。
10.一种卡车、机动车或轨道车辆,其包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承单元。
