That is, the carrier of the client corresponding to the credit approval method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be any one of the above terminal devices, and the embodiment takes a smart phone as an example.
In order to explain the technical means described in the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a flowchart of an implementation process of the spending credit approval method provided in the embodiment of the present application, for convenience of explanation, only the part related to the embodiment of the present application is shown.
The method for approving credit consumption comprises the following steps:
step S101: and judging whether the user passes the previous basic identity authentication.
The early basic authentication refers to some related authentication of a user (i.e. a loan initiator) before loan deposit, including authentication of an identity card, authentication of a bank card, face recognition authentication, authentication code authentication (authentication code authentication according to a reserved mobile phone number) and transaction password authentication. Of course, the basic authentication at the previous stage may also be part of the above specific authentication items, or may also include other authentication items, such as fingerprint or retina authentication, in addition to the above specific authentication items.
Then, whether the user passes the identity card verification, the bank card verification, the face recognition verification, the verification code verification and the transaction password verification is judged. If the current time passes, entering the next step; if not, the user can be guided to complete the basic verification information, and the next step is carried out after the judgment is passed.
Step S102: if the user passes the early basic identity authentication, a section of voice obtained by reading a specific standard character by the user is obtained.
If the user passes the early basic identity authentication, the voice acquisition process is started, the voice acquisition is completed by the client on the mobile phone, the client acquires a specific standard character from the background, the specific standard character can be dynamically changed or fixed, and if the specific standard character is dynamically changed, the specific standard character contains the latest relevant information of the user, such as the latest personal information, for example, the age or the working life. In this embodiment, the client acquires a specific standard character from the background, that is, "personal xxx identity card number is xxxxx".
As shown in fig. 2, during voice acquisition, the mobile phone interface includes: the voice auditing skip area U001, the reading text display area U002 and the recording operation area U003. After the client acquires the specific standard characters from the background, the specific standard characters are displayed in the reading character display area U002, the user clicks the recording function in the recording operation area U003, the user reads the specific standard characters aloud, the reading of the user is recorded through the recording function of the mobile phone, and a section of voice obtained by the user reading the specific standard characters aloud is acquired. After the recording operation is completed, a submission and verification button U004 on the mobile phone interface is triggered, or the submission and verification button U004 is actively triggered after the recording is completed, and a user operates the submission and verification button U004 to submit the recording file corresponding to the voice. The recording file may be submitted to the client or the speech recognition system in the background.
Step S103: and identifying the section of voice to obtain corresponding characters.
The voice recognition system carries out voice recognition on the recording file submitted by the client and converts the voice information into corresponding characters. Since the conversion of speech into text belongs to the conventional technology, it is not described in detail.
Step S104: and comparing the corresponding characters with the specific standard characters read by the user.
The specific characters obtained by recognizing the voice are determined by the voice sent by the user, if the pronunciation of the voice is inaccurate, the actual characters obtained by recognition are different from the original characters to a certain extent, namely, different places exist between the actual characters obtained by recognition and the specific standard characters, and the different places are wrong places. Then, the recognized corresponding characters are compared with the specific standard characters read by the user, so that the recognition accuracy can be obtained, and the recognition accuracy is the percentage of the correctly recognized part in the total characters.
Step S105: and judging a comparison result, and entering a money putting link if the comparison is passed.
And comparing the identification accuracy obtained in the step S104 with a preset accuracy threshold, wherein the specific value of the accuracy threshold is not unique, and specific assignment can be performed according to actual needs.
When the identification accuracy is greater than or equal to the accuracy threshold, the comparison is passed (namely the comparison reaches the standard), and then the process directly enters a money putting link, wherein the money putting link can be direct money putting or follow-up operation related to a money putting process is carried out. And the recording files can be stored, for classified storage, a credit system buffer module is arranged, the buffer module is divided into two storage areas, the first storage area is used for storing the recording files which reach the standard, namely the recording files with the identification accuracy rate larger than or equal to the accuracy rate threshold value, and the second storage area is used for storing the recording files which do not reach the standard, namely the recording files with the identification accuracy rate smaller than the accuracy rate threshold value.
If the identification accuracy is smaller than the accuracy threshold, the following processing modes are available:
(i) and directly storing the corresponding section of voice in a second storage area for later manual examination.
(ii) And repeatedly executing the steps S102-S105, namely, obtaining a section of voice obtained by reading the specific standard characters by the user again, identifying the section of voice, obtaining corresponding characters, comparing the corresponding characters with the specific standard characters read by the user, and obtaining the identification accuracy of the second comparison according to the second recording. Before the recording is repeated again, an identification for identifying the error can be generated, wherein the identification specifically is as follows: comparing with the standard text, identifying the error text in the obtained text, and displaying to the user through a mobile phone interface, as shown in fig. 3, where the mobile phone interface is the next interface of the mobile phone interface shown in fig. 2, and includes: a voice audit skipping area E001, an error character mark display area E002 and a recording operation area E003. The error character identifier display area E002 displays the standard characters and the corresponding error identifiers. After seeing the error identification, the user can improve the accuracy of recording again, and then improve the discernment rate of accuracy.
When the user records the voice for the second time, the user clicks the recording function in the recording operation area E003 to read the standard characters aloud, the reading of the user is recorded through the recording function of the mobile phone, and a section of voice obtained by reading the specific standard characters aloud by the user is obtained. After the recording operation is completed, a submission and verification button E004 on the mobile phone interface is triggered, or the submission and verification button E004 is actively triggered after the recording is completed, and a user operates the submission and verification button E004 to submit the recording file corresponding to the voice. Then, the subsequent speech recognition and comparison processes are performed.
If the recognition accuracy is still smaller than the accuracy threshold, displaying the error identification through the error character identification display area E002, and then performing the voice acquisition, recognition and comparison processes again. Until the preset times are repeatedly executed, the specific times are determined by the actual situation, and the embodiment takes 2 times as an example. Then two repetitions plus the initial one for a total of three speech acquisitions are performed. And storing the corresponding recording file after each voice acquisition, recognition and comparison process. Moreover, each time the audio record file is stored, the last stored audio record file is overwritten, that is, only the last audio record file is stored in the second storage area.
After the repeated execution is carried out twice, if the recognition accuracy corresponding to the voice obtained for the last time, namely the third time, is greater than or equal to the accuracy threshold, entering a money depositing link.
After the repeated execution is performed twice, if the recognition accuracy corresponding to the voice obtained for the last time, namely the third time, is still smaller than the accuracy threshold, the recording file corresponding to the voice obtained for the last time is stored in the second storage area for later manual review.
The manual auditing means that stored recording files are audited manually, and staff in charge of auditing manually audits the last recording file stored in the cache module, if the manual auditing is successful, the paying-off link is directly entered without telephone verification, if the auditing is failed, the user is manually verified for information, and the paying-off link is entered after the information is confirmed.
As shown in FIG. 4, one specific implementation of the method of credit approval for spending is given:
m1, the user must complete basic authentication on the platform, wherein the basic authentication includes: identity card verification, bank card verification, face recognition, reserved mobile phone number verification code verification and transaction password verification.
M2, judge whether the user passed basic authentication, pass and enter the voice acquisition of next step, the guide user who fails carries out basic authentication.
M3, the voice collection is completed at the client, the interface shows the words that the user needs to read during recording, and the words can be played back and submitted to the voice recognition system after recording.
M5, the speech recognition system recognizes and converts the speech submitted by the user into corresponding text, and uploads the current speech to the cache module (i.e. the speech file cache system) (M6) for caching.
M7, comparing the recognized characters with the standard reading characters, and generating corresponding recognition accuracy (M9) and error identification (M8), wherein the recognition accuracy data is sent to a credit system in the background, and the error identification is used for displaying a recognition structure (M4).
M10, the credit system judges whether the recognition accuracy rate reaches the standard, if the recognition accuracy rate reaches the standard, the credit system enters a loan link (M11), if the recognition accuracy rate does not reach the standard, the error identification generated after comparison is fed back to a client display (M8), at the moment, the user can record again for secondary submission and verification, and the submitted recording file is uploaded to a voice file cache system (M6) to cover the last submitted recording file.
M12, after the user completes the borrowing operation, the staff can judge whether the voice audit is passed in the borrowing operation (if the accuracy of all the voice files submitted in the borrowing operation does not reach the standard, the voice files are not passed), if the voice audit is not passed, the staff carries out manual audit on the cached voice files, if the voice audit is passed, the staff directly enters a loan link, and if the voice audit is not passed, the staff communicates with the user through a telephone to check information (M13), and then the user enters the loan link.
In addition, in consideration of the difference of recognition results caused by the dialects of the users or the particularity of the users in each region, under the condition that the three-time recognition rate of the users does not pass, the voice acquisition can be directly skipped by operating the voice auditing skip area U001 or E001. And (5) identification and comparison processes are directly carried out in the subsequent steps. As shown in fig. 5, a specific approval flowchart for a user to directly skip voice authentication.
