技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其是涉及一种天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺。
背景技术
天丝是一种纤维素纤维,采用溶剂纺丝技术,干强略低于涤纶,但明显高于一般的粘胶纤维,湿强比粘胶有明显的改善,具有非常高的刚性,良好的水洗尺寸稳定性(缩水率仅为2%),具有较高的吸湿性,纤维横截面为圆形或椭圆形,光泽优美,手感柔软,悬垂性好,飘逸性好,价格便宜,具有棉的柔软性、涤纶的高强力、羊毛的保暖性,但是它在湿热的条件下容易***,在冷水的挑绒性也不好。
棉是纺织工业的重要原料,它具有蓬松、柔软、触感温、柔、良好特点;虽有毛羽但无刺痒感(纤维末端特别细);一般保暖感尚好,低出汗时可散湿;一般环境下无静电,燃烫时不会产生熔滴;在湿度状态下,棉纤维的强力会增加10%;价格便宜。但棉纤维也有较多缺点:毛羽较多,易起毛起球,高湿及大出汗时不能导湿,形成粘帖,吸湿中放热量大,湿后干燥慢,保形性差,抗皱性差,特别水洗后褶皱严重,需要熨烫;阻燃性差;强度较低,耐磨损性较差,使用寿命较短。
铜氨是一种再生纤维素纤维,铜氨纤维的干强与黏胶纤维接近,但湿强高于黏胶纤维,耐磨性也优于粘胶纤维,具有会呼吸、清爽、抗静电、悬垂性佳四大功能,缺点是比较昂贵。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,所得混纺面料具有弹性好、干湿强度高、手感柔软、光泽优美、成本低等特点,优良的吸湿、放湿性,抗静电、悬垂性佳、亲水性佳的功能。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案提供一种天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,包括如下步骤:
制备天丝纤维;
制备棉纤维:将棉纤维丝置于水蒸箱中,水温78℃,蒸76分钟,然后在自然状态下预定型15小时,得到棉纤维;
制备铜氨纤维:将棉短绒溶解在铜化合物浓氨溶液中,待棉短绒浆转化成铜氨纤维素后,利用酰化试剂对铜氨纤维进行素酯化处理,向处理后的溶液加入乙醇沉淀纤维素后用乙醇清洗除去未反应的酯化试剂,真空抽滤,得到酯化后的纤维素并将其配成纺丝溶液;将纺丝溶液过滤和脱泡处理后,将其在水或稀碱溶液的纺丝浴中凝固成形后,与2.7%硫酸溶液发生中和反应,分解得到再生水化纤维素,制备成铜氨纤维生丝;向铜氨纤维生丝中加入凝固剂,待纤维素生丝凝固后得到的凝胶态再生纤维素,对凝胶态再生纤维素进行压榨处理,使凝胶中包含的凝固剂部分外泄,使凝胶体积缩小,提高纤维密度;将高纤维密度的再生纤维素纤维浸没于交联剂溶液中,在60℃条件下反应60min后,使纤维表面形成具有良好耐酸碱性和耐磨性的覆膜后,经水洗涤后,去除其中残留的铜迹后,真空干燥得到铜氨纤维;
混纺:将上述制得的天丝纤维、棉纤维和铜氨纤维按质量百分比50%、30%和20%分别进行开清、梳棉后,再通过并条、涡流混纺工艺纺成纱线。
作为优选的,所述制备铜氨纤维步骤中,所述铜化合物为氢氧化铜、碳酸铜、酒石酸铜中的一种或者多种。
作为优选的,所述制备铜氨纤维步骤中,所述酰化试剂为琥珀酸酐、马来酸酐、月桂酰氯中的一种。
作为优选的,所述制备铜氨纤维步骤中,所述酯化处理的温度为70℃,处理时间为1.5小时。

本实施例提供了一种天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,包括如下步骤:制备天丝纤维,制备棉纤维,制备铜氨纤维,及混纺。
制备棉纤维:将棉纤维丝置于水蒸箱中,水温78℃,蒸76分钟,然后在自然状态下预定型15小时,得到棉纤维。
制备铜氨纤维:将棉短绒溶解在铜化合物浓氨溶液中,所述铜化合物为氢氧化铜、碳酸铜、酒石酸铜中的一种或者多种,待棉短绒浆转化成铜氨纤维素后,利用酰化试剂对铜氨纤维进行素酯化处理,所述酰化试剂为琥珀酸酐、马来酸酐、月桂酰氯中的一种,所述酯化处理的温度为70℃,处理时间为1.5小时,向处理后的溶液加入乙醇沉淀纤维素后用乙醇清洗除去未反应的酯化试剂,真空抽滤,得到酯化后的纤维素并将其配成纺丝溶液;将纺丝溶液过滤和脱泡处理后,将其在水或稀碱溶液的纺丝浴中凝固成形后,与2.7%硫酸溶液发生中和反应,中和反应温度为28℃,反应时间为3.5小时,分解得到再生水化纤维素,制备成铜氨纤维生丝;向铜氨纤维生丝中加入凝固剂,凝固剂为甲醇、乙醇、水中的一种,待纤维素生丝凝固后得到的凝胶态再生纤维素,对凝胶态再生纤维素进行压榨处理,使凝胶中包含的凝固剂部分外泄,使凝胶体积缩小,提高纤维密度;将高纤维密度的再生纤维素纤维浸没于交联剂溶液中,所述交联剂溶液为戊二醛,其加入量为5%,在60℃条件下反应60min后,使纤维表面形成具有良好耐酸碱性和耐磨性的覆膜后,经水洗涤后,去除其中残留的铜迹后,真空干燥得到铜氨纤维。

1.一种天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,包括如下步骤:
制备天丝纤维;
制备棉纤维:将棉纤维丝置于水蒸箱中,水温78℃,蒸76分钟,然后在自然状态下预定型15小时,得到棉纤维;
制备铜氨纤维:将棉短绒溶解在铜化合物浓氨溶液中,待棉短绒浆转化成铜氨纤维素后,利用酰化试剂对铜氨纤维进行素酯化处理,向处理后的溶液加入乙醇沉淀纤维素后用乙醇清洗除去未反应的酯化试剂,真空抽滤,得到酯化后的纤维素并将其配成纺丝溶液;将纺丝溶液过滤和脱泡处理后,将其在水或稀碱溶液的纺丝浴中凝固成形后,与2.7%硫酸溶液发生中和反应,分解得到再生水化纤维素,制备成铜氨纤维生丝;向铜氨纤维生丝中加入凝固剂,待纤维素生丝凝固后得到的凝胶态再生纤维素,对凝胶态再生纤维素进行压榨处理;将再生纤维素纤维浸没于交联剂溶液中,在60℃条件下反应60min后,经水洗涤后,去除其中残留的铜迹后,真空干燥得到铜氨纤维;
混纺:将上述制得的天丝纤维、棉纤维和铜氨纤维按质量百分比50%、30%和20%分别进行开清、梳棉后,再通过并条、涡流混纺工艺纺成纱线。

5.根据权利要求1所述的天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,其特征在于:所述制备铜氨纤维步骤中,所述中和反应温度为28℃,反应时间为3.5小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,其特征在于:所述制备铜氨纤维步骤中,所述凝固剂为甲醇、乙醇、水中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,其特征在于:所述制备铜氨纤维步骤中,所述交联剂溶液为戊二醛,其加入量为5%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的天丝棉铜氨混纺工艺,其特征在于:所述混纺步骤中,所述开清具体为,天丝、棉、铜氨打手速度分别为530、490和430,定量湿重分别为480g/m、400g/m和350g/m,定长分别为30m、38m、41m,综合打手速度分别为680r/min、890r/min、1000r/min;所述梳棉具体为,天丝、棉、铜氨的梳棉定量分别为21g/5m、21g/5m、26g/5m;所述并条具体为,一并总牵伸8倍,并合根数8根,其中天丝5根,棉2根,铜氨1根,二并总牵伸6倍,并合根数6根,三并总牵伸6倍左右,并合根数6根,熟条湿定量18g/5m;所述涡流混纺具体为,纺纱速度360r/min,总牵伸倍数195。
