Abstract

一种导电涂层钢板,包括基板、钝化层、正面涂层,所述的正面涂层包括底漆和面漆,其中面漆为聚酯涂料或聚氟乙烯涂料的一种与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物形成的复合涂层,两者的混合比例为1:1~2.5,涂层厚度为8μm~35μm;底漆为环氧树脂、聚氨酯或环氧改性聚氨酯的一种与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物形成的复合涂层,两者混合的比例为1:1~2,涂层厚度为5μm~10μm。本发明与现有技术相比,硫酸氧化纳米石墨烯可以有效提高聚苯胺的导电性能,同时与其他涂层配料混合后,在保证导电性的同时,还保证了涂层钢板的耐腐蚀性能。

Description

一种导电涂层钢板及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于彩色涂层钢板技术领域,尤其涉及一种导电涂层钢板及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着彩涂板应用的广泛普及,某些具有特殊功能的彩涂板产品越来越受到用户关注和需求,导电涂层钢板就是其中一个重要的品种。
导电涂层钢板主要应用于电子装配工场、电控箱柜、电子产品机箱罩以及易燃易爆场所的内部装饰。
目前国内生产的彩板绝大部分为普通聚酯彩涂板,品种单一,缺乏这种特殊的功能型彩板,尤其缺乏具有低表面电阻的彩涂板。
1)彩板具有抗静电功能,但表面电阻较大。例如:专利号CN201220141642.X的专利文件公开的“一种抗静电彩涂板”,该彩涂板是在镀锌板上、下表面分别涂覆一层化学转化层,在该化学转化层上涂覆一层漆层,在彩涂板上、下表面的化学转化层与漆层之间分别涂覆有一层防腐蚀层,在漆层上涂覆一层导电复合涂层,但表面电阻较高。
2)普通彩涂板,耐腐蚀性能较好,但表面电子极高,不导电。目前的建筑彩涂板绝大部分都是这种类型。
3)具有导电功能,但涂料涂层中的导电单元为铜、银等重金属粉末,成本较高,不利于环保。例如:专利号为CN200910037660.6的专利文件公开的“一种水性导电涂料及其制备方法和用途发明专利”公开了一种水性导电涂料,其包含以下各组分及其质量百分比含量是:磺化聚酯15~25%、去离子水或纯净水35~50%、纤维素5~8%、乙胺0.3~0.8%、乙二醇丁醚3~8%、片状银粉或银包铜粉20~45%、聚脲溶液0.3~1%;该水性导电涂料,由于产品对银包铜粉的亲水改性,完全溶合在整个树脂体系中,干固后的树脂成三维网状结构,形成导电粉体介质的三维结构,比传统溶剂型导电效果更好。
因此,需要一种既具有较好表面导电性能的彩涂板,来满足用户的特殊需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种导电涂层钢板及其制造方法,该彩涂板具备较低的表面电阻,导电性能良好。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种导电涂层钢板,包括基板、钝化层、正面涂层,所述的正面涂层包括底漆和面漆,其中面漆为聚酯涂料或聚氟乙烯涂料的一种与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物形成的复合涂层,两者的混合比例为1:1~2.5,涂层厚度为8μm~35μm;
底漆为环氧树脂、聚氨酯或环氧改性聚氨酯树脂的一种与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物形成的复合涂层,两者混合的比例为1:1~2,涂层厚度为5μm~10μm。
所述的纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物为纳米石墨烯经硫酸氧化后与聚苯胺树脂预混形成的混合液,纳米石墨烯为层厚0.7nm-1.2nm、片径1μm-5μm的纳米级石墨烯,添加的重量百分比为1%~8%,聚苯胺的重量百分比为40%-60%,余量为N甲基吡咯烷酮。
所述钝化层采用铬酸盐钝化液,钝化皮膜重量25±3mg/m2
还包括背面涂层,所述的背面涂层可以使用现有技术中的聚酯树脂涂料、环氧改性聚酯涂料或环氧树脂涂料。
所述基板为热镀锌钢板、热镀锌铝钢板、热镀铝锌钢板或锌铝镁合金镀层钢板。
一种导电涂层钢板的制造方法,包括以下方法步骤:
1)基板进行脱脂+漂洗处理、表调+漂洗处理;
2)基板表面钝化、干燥:使用上述钝化液,调整化涂机涂辊辊速与涂辊压力,使钝化干燥后的钝化皮膜层单面重量控制在25±3mg/m2
3)纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物的制备:取浓硫酸加去离子水配置重量百分比为30%±3%溶液,将该硫酸溶液加入到纳米石墨烯中,使石墨烯充分润湿,然后放入120℃±5℃烘箱脱水50min-80min,将干燥后的石墨烯放入N甲基吡咯烷酮中进行高速分散20min-30min,分散转速5000~6000rpm,然后加入聚苯胺树脂,搅拌均匀备用;
3)正面底漆与正面面漆预混:按上述比例,将纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物料分别与面漆配料和底漆配料充分混合并低速搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在200rpm~300rpm之间,搅拌时间20min-30min,然后使用稀释剂调节混合物至粘度为35s~55s(涂Ⅳ杯),备用;
4)涂正面底漆并烘烤固化,烘烤板温控制在200℃~280℃;
5)涂正面面漆、背面面漆并烘烤固化,烘烤板温控制在200℃~280℃;
6)冷却、卷取、包装并检验入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明与现有技术相比,硫酸氧化纳米石墨烯可以有效提高聚苯胺的导电性能,同时与其他涂层配料混合后,在保证导电性的同时,还保证了涂层钢板的耐腐蚀性能。通过上述方案有效地提高了彩涂板的导电性能,同时也未降低彩板的耐腐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
实施例中面漆涂层结构及石墨烯添加量等处理工艺见表1。性能测试结果见表2。

表1、表2数据显示,实施例2-5的彩涂样板在耐腐蚀和导电性能方面均具有较好的效果,因此,在实际操作中,推荐采用实施例2和5的方案。

Claims (6)

1.一种导电涂层钢板,包括基板、钝化层、正面涂层,其特征在于,所述的正面涂层包括底漆和面漆,其中面漆为聚酯涂料或聚氟乙烯涂料的一种与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物形成的复合涂层,聚酯涂料或聚氟乙烯涂料与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物混合的体积比为1:1~2.5,涂层厚度为8μm~35μm;
底漆为环氧树脂、聚氨酯或环氧改性聚氨酯树脂的一种与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物形成的复合涂层,环氧树脂、聚氨酯或环氧改性聚氨酯树脂与纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物混合的体积比为1:1~2,涂层厚度为5μm~10μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电涂层钢板,其特征在于,所述的纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物为纳米石墨烯经硫酸氧化后与聚苯胺树脂预混形成的混合液,纳米石墨烯为层厚0.7nm-1.2nm、片径1μm-5μm的纳米级石墨烯,添加的重量百分比为1%~8%,聚苯胺的重量百分比为40%-60%,余量为N甲基吡咯烷酮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电涂层钢板,其特征在于,所述钝化层采用铬酸盐钝化液,钝化皮膜重量25±3mg/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电涂层钢板,其特征在于,还包括背面涂层,所述的背面涂层使用聚酯树脂涂料、环氧改性聚酯涂料或环氧树脂涂料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电涂层钢板,其特征在于,所述基板为热镀锌钢板、热镀锌铝板、热镀铝锌板或锌铝镁合金镀层钢板。
6.一种如权利要求1-5其中任何一项所述的导电涂层钢板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下方法步骤:
1)基板进行脱脂+漂洗处理、表调+漂洗处理;
2)基板表面钝化、干燥:钝化皮膜重量25±3mg/m2
3)纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物的制备:取浓硫酸加去离子水配置重量百分比为30%±3%溶液,将该硫酸溶液加入到纳米石墨烯中,使石墨烯充分润湿,然后放入120℃±5℃烘箱脱水50min-80min,将干燥后的石墨烯放入N甲基吡咯烷酮中进行高速分散20min-30min,分散转速5000~6000rpm,然后加入聚苯胺树脂,搅拌均匀备用;
3)正面底漆与正面面漆预混:按上述比例,将纳米石墨烯聚苯胺复合物料分别与面漆配料和底漆配料充分混合并低速搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在200rpm~300rpm之间,搅拌时间20min-30min,然后使用稀释剂调节混合物至粘度为35s~55s,备用;
4)涂正面底漆并烘烤固化,烘烤板温控制在200℃~280℃;
5)涂正面面漆、背面面漆并烘烤固化,烘烤板温控制在200℃~280℃。
