The Internet insurance product has great advantages compared with the traditional insurance product, under the traditional insurance line, insurance salesmen can correspondingly provide a scheme more suitable for users according to the requirements of different users and is more direct and effective on communication, but great human resources are consumed, the scheme provides a method for diversified display of product contents according to different user requirements on the basis of utilizing the Internet, the product page contents are more targeted, the users can see the contents closer to the self requirements, the product introduction contents of the Internet insurance after adopting the scheme have the characteristics of customized and personalized display of thousands of people, and the technical problem that a large number of resources are required to be consumed in business operation in the related technology can be solved.
According to the technical scheme, the attributes and behaviors of the user can be labeled, the display style of the page content is preset according to the label, the user can match a plurality of labels when entering the page, the labels are matched with different display styles (namely display schemes), and finally the page display effect with high correspondence according to the user is achieved. The scheme can show different pages to different users in a mode of changing page content and styles, and different crowds are not dealt with by uniform content, so that the page content is more suitable for the needs of different crowds. The technical solution of the present application is further detailed below with reference to the steps shown in fig. 2.
In the technical solution provided in step S202, an information request of a client is received, where the information request is used for a user account to request to acquire product information of a target product, and the client logs in a user account.
Optionally, the selectable device may establish an association between any one of the plurality of product feature tags and the display scheme in advance according to the following manner, for example, before searching for a first display scheme matching the account feature tag from the plurality of display schemes of the target product, or before receiving an information request from the client, specifically refer to the following steps 1 to 3:
step 1, obtaining a page style and page data matched with a second feature tag, wherein the second feature tag is a feature tag of a display scheme to be associated in a plurality of product feature tags.
And 2, creating a second display scheme for displaying by loading the page data into the page style, wherein the plurality of display schemes comprise the second display scheme.
And 3, establishing association between the second display scheme and the second feature tag.
For example, the display page can be controlled at the design side, the diversified display of the content can include page contents such as pictures, documentaries, videos, moving pictures and the like, and different arrangement combinations of the contents on the styles, wherein the page contents such as the pictures, the documentaries, the videos, the moving pictures and the like can be disassembled, reused and replaced in the design. The refined operation scheme in the aspect of product content can be controlled on the product side, the product characteristics, selling points, crowds and the like of each product are refined in a keyword mode, and finally the keywords are matched with the crowd characteristics to obtain corresponding product labels.
Optionally, the information request of the receiving client includes, but is not limited to, the following application scenarios: the user triggers when entering a product official website through public numbers, web pages, application APP and other modes, and triggers when jumping from the interface of one product to another product (namely the target product).
In the technical solution provided in step S204, an account feature tag of the user account is obtained, where the account feature tag is used to represent feature information of the user account in an account feature dimension. Optionally, the acquiring account feature tag of the user account includes at least one of:
1) acquiring an attribute feature tag of a user account, wherein the attribute feature tag is a pre-established feature tag used for representing account attribute information of the user account, such as gender, age, occupation, region and the like, and comprises the attribute feature tag;
2) acquiring a recording feature tag of a user account, wherein the recording feature tag is a feature tag which is pre-established and used for representing historical recording information of the user account, the historical recording information is used for recording historical behaviors of the user account, such as purchased products, browsed pages, participating activities, complaint suggestions, forwarding, praise, comments and the like, and the account feature tag comprises the recording feature tag;
3) the method comprises the steps of obtaining a trend characteristic label of a user account, wherein the trend characteristic label is a pre-established characteristic label used for representing a to-be-generated event related to the user account, the to-be-generated event comprises an event to be retired, an event to be generated such as going to travel outside, a child to be generated and the like, and the account characteristic label comprises the trend characteristic label.
Optionally, since various information of the user may change, the account feature tag may not truly express the real information of the user, and in order to ensure consistency between the account feature tag and the information of the user, the attribute tag of the user may be maintained as follows:
1) updating the attribute feature tag of the user account according to the changed account attribute information under the condition that the account attribute information of the user account changes (such as age and the like);
2) under the condition that the historical record information of the user account is changed (such as new browsing behavior, purchasing behavior and the like), updating the record characteristic label of the user account according to the changed historical record information;
3) and under the condition that the to-occur event associated with the user account is changed (such as the plan is changed, a new plan is generated, and the like), updating the trend characteristic label of the user account according to the changed to-occur event.
In the technical solution provided in step S206, a first display solution matching the account feature tag is searched from a plurality of display solutions of the target product.
In an optional embodiment, the step of searching for the first display scheme matching the account feature tag from the plurality of display schemes of the target product comprises the following steps 1-3:
step 1, obtaining a plurality of product feature labels of a target product, wherein the product feature labels are used for representing feature information of the target product on a product feature dimension, and each product feature label in the plurality of product feature labels is set to be associated with one display scheme in a plurality of display schemes. The characteristic information of the product in the characteristic dimension of the product can be determined according to the product, and the specific dimension can be similar to the characteristic information of the account.
And 2, searching a first characteristic label matched with the account characteristic label from the plurality of product characteristic labels.
Optionally, for a product, the tags of the product may be assigned with priorities from high to low according to the importance of the product, for example, the tags are scored, a higher tag score indicates higher importance, and a corresponding priority is higher, and searching for a first feature tag matching with an account feature tag from among a plurality of product feature tags includes: searching candidate feature tags matched with the account feature tags in semantics, specifically calculating the similarity of each product feature tag and the account feature tag in a semantic space, and selecting the candidate feature tags with the highest similarity (namely, the same or similar semantics) as the candidate feature tags; and under the condition that the candidate feature tags are multiple, taking the highest priority in the candidate feature tags as a first feature tag matched with the account feature tag, wherein the product feature tags are feature tags with priorities configured in advance.
And 3, taking the display scheme associated with the first feature tag in the plurality of display schemes as the first display scheme matched with the account feature tag.
Optionally, the step of searching for the first display scheme matching with the account feature tag from the plurality of display schemes of the target product includes the following steps 1 to 3:
step 1, obtaining a plurality of product characteristic labels of a target product.
And 2, judging whether a first feature tag matched with the account number feature tag exists in the plurality of product feature tags or not.
And 3, under the condition that the first feature tag matched with the account number feature tag does not exist in the plurality of product feature tags, taking a default display scheme in the plurality of display schemes as the first display scheme matched with the account number feature tag, wherein the default display scheme does not exist in the plurality of display schemes, and the absence can be that the account number feature tag is empty or less, or that no tag similar to the account number feature tag exists in the plurality of product feature tags.
In the technical solution provided in step S208, the client displays the product information of the target product according to the first display scheme, for example, displays a related publicity page of the first product.
As an alternative example, the technical solution of the present application is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments. As shown in fig. 3:
step 1, a user label library is established for a total user group.
When a user interacts with the platform, the data of the user is subjected to key field extraction and converted into a label by utilizing the platform data analysis capability, and the label of the user is strongly related to the user. Tags can be roughly classified into three categories, namely attribute category, record category and trend category:
attribute class label (i.e. attribute feature label): the user group classification method comprises the following steps of (1) indicating gender, age, occupation, region and the like, and belonging to a user group classification conventional label; record class label (i.e., record feature label): the labels are generated by data of interaction between a user and the platform, and refer to purchased products, browsed pages, participated activities, complaint suggestions, praise comments and the like; trend class label (i.e. trend feature label): the information about the upcoming representative changes of the user, such as the coming to retirement age, going to travel outside, and coming to give children, is labeled with corresponding trends.
By applying a user labeling method, a single user is matched with a unique label group, the labels of all users are combined and deduplicated to generate overall user labels, and the overall user labels are classified, grouped and filed according to the attribute types of the overall user labels to finally form a user label library.
The attribute class labels in the user labels belong to more fixed labels, and the record class labels and the trend class labels are obtained by collecting user behaviors. The tag carried by a user is not fixed and can be changed in the process of deepening the interaction between the user and the platform and after the user changes. Therefore, the tag group of a single user needs to be updated in real time, and the user tag library is updated in real time as new tags are added.
And 2, performing user subpackage by using the extracted key labels.
After the user tag library is generated, the user tag library is used according to the requirements of different products aiming at the application of the user tag, for example, when the user in the age range of 20-30 years is judged after the user obtains the age tag, the introduction content of the product page can be expanded in the direction of considering the importance of buying the accident risk for parents.
Different product service sides need to further refine the tags in the user tag library, the tags are packaged according to the crowd characteristics, the content and the style of the page presented by different packages are different, and the different needs are specifically defined after the insurance appeal of each crowd package is analyzed by the service side.
Key labels and key label library: the key label is a label which is selected from a label library by the business side and has significance to the product. Emphasis labels represent demographic characteristics, such as male, female, married, fertile, middle aged, and immature, representing populations with different understanding and needs of insurance, and thus may be used as emphasis labels. Whether a label is called as a key label is based on a product, the key labels of different products are different, and the key label of the product A on the product B is possibly just a common label, so that the key label of each product is required to be closely attached to a database of the corresponding product for storage, a key label library under the product is generated, and the key labels in the key label library can be automatically adjusted and updated according to the requirements of a business side.
And step 3, displaying the corresponding display page for the user.
The key label and page display scheme is as follows: the application method of the key labels refers to that unique display logic of a page is set for each key label. When a user enters a page and is detected to have a key label, the page needs to be displayed according to the page display logic corresponding to the back of the key label, and the change mode of the key label on the page display logic comprises three categories, namely a structure, a module and a style. The display scheme library refers to the totality of different schemes for adjusting pages after collection, the display scheme library is also specific to the products, and one product only has one display scheme library, wherein a plurality of display schemes can be provided.
The structure class refers to the adjustment of a specific page by taking a module as a unit, one page is divided into a plurality of modules, and the module library can exhaust all the modules under the page. Adjustment can be made on what page modules are displayed, the display sequence among the modules and the like, and the different display effects can be preset in a display scheme system as a scheme. For example, the modules of the page under the A scheme are a, c, d, e, g, and the modules of the page under the B scheme are a, B, c, g, e. The processing method for the page structure can name the display scheme in the mode of English + number explained by 'product name + page name + structure' and file the display scheme in the display scheme library of the corresponding product.
The module class refers to an adjusting method for changing the content of a specific module, one module can have a plurality of contents, the differentiated contents and the change of the display sequence between the contents can be classified into different display schemes, for example, in a product introduction module of a page, the product introduction illustration contents are introduction to additional services, the scheme A highlights hospitalization deposit payment services, the scheme B highlights quick claim flash claim services, and when the product introduction area is limited and only one of the contents can be selected, different schemes can be displayed for different people. The processing method for the module content can name the display scheme in a mode of 'product name + module name + content' adjustment paraphrase 'English + number' and file the display scheme in a display scheme library of a corresponding product.
The style class refers to an adjustment method for changing the style of a specific content, including size, thickness, color, and the like. Different contents comprise different style processing methods, for example, pictures can be static pictures or dynamic pictures, and characters can be adjusted in terms of word size, word weight, font color and the like. The processing method for the content styles can be named in a mode of adjusting paraphrased English + numbers by 'product name + content name + styles' and is filed in a display scheme library of corresponding products.
What adjustment is needed for each product to the page according to the key label needs to be defined according to the actual scene according to the requirements of the service side.
An optional presentation logic of user-customized page content is shown in fig. 4, which embodies a diversified presentation design of a page, and mainly includes the following contents:
(1) default page display scheme and final page display scheme
A default page display scheme can be preset for each product, and the default page display scheme refers to a page display scheme prepared by taking the target user requirement of the product as a starting point. When a user enters a product page, the labels carried by the user need to be matched with a key label library of the product, and if the key labels are not matched, the page directly loads a default display scheme; if the key labels are matched, the page display scheme corresponding to the key labels is needed to call the front-end style to change the content in the default page, the new page display scheme matched by the key labels is called a final page display scheme, and finally the page displayed in front of the user is called a final page.
(2) Processing the corresponding relation between key labels and page display scheme
A single key label and a page display scheme can only be one-to-one, but not one-to-many; different key labels may correspond to the same page presentation scheme.
When a user enters a page and matches with a plurality of key labels in a key label library of a product, the user may correspond to a plurality of page display schemes, and only one page display scheme is selected from the page display schemes, so that the priority of the key labels needs to be applied.
The key label library of each product needs to be subjected to priority sequencing and is divided into three categories, namely a high-quality key label, a medium-quality key label and a low-quality key label, whether each key label is the high-quality key label or not is judged by a service side, all key labels of each product are matched once in advance, the key labels with high pain point attaching degree and product guaranteeing requirements of users are attributed to the high-quality key labels, the key labels with medium attaching degree are attributed to the medium-quality key labels, and the key labels with low attaching degree are attributed to the low-quality key labels.
When a user has a plurality of key labels, the adjustment of the page content and the style corresponding to the key label with high priority is presented first when the content meets the specification. For example, when a user with children in a high-risk profession browses the accident insurance product page, the high-risk profession is defined as a high-priority major label, and the children are defined as a medium-priority major label, because the high risk of the high-risk profession is not only closer to the accident but also very urgent, and the accident is not prevented but is not urgent when the user buys the accident for the children; when he browses the children's medical insurance, the children are defined as high-priority key-point labels.
The definition of the priority of the key label of a product is judged from multiple dimensions, such as the degree of relevance to the user, the degree of risk coefficient, the degree of urgency of the user for the product in the current scene, and the like. For example, when a user with children in a high-risk profession is going to travel outside, the priority of travel-type security products is highest among all products, because they are not only in line with the security products closely related to themselves and having high risks, but also are the security products that are most needed by the user at present.
The priority of the key labels can play a role in different page scenes, the high-priority key labels play a decisive role in the content of the current page, the medium-low key labels play a role in more contents in intelligent recommendation and subsequent transmission, and the priority of the key labels can be changed according to the change of the user, the scenes and the needs of products.
(3) The extraction and application of the label can be implemented and expanded through the support and cooperation of multiple parties
Product side: the refined operation scheme on the aspect of product content can be controlled by the product side. The product characteristics, selling points, crowds and the like of each product need to be refined in a keyword mode, and finally corresponding product labels are obtained after the keywords are matched with the crowd characteristics. And refining the key labels again for each label product side, and prioritizing the key labels. And combing the page display logic under the label, and providing the page display logic to the design side and the development side as the basis for realizing the page design and effect.
And (3) data side: the user data can be extracted and processed by the data side, the user data is converted into the label through the process, and the operation effect of the label can be observed through data analysis in the matching and application of the label.
Designing side: how to display the page based on the page display logic of the key label of each product at the service side can be controlled by the design side, and the diversified display of the content represents different permutation and combination on pictures, documents and styles, wherein the design of the pictures needs to achieve the flexible application targets of detachability, reusability and replaceability. The elements of the picture including character roles, brand mascot, graphical elements bearing the file and decorative elements can be output and integrated into the picture library according to the unified design style and design specification. Different designers can extract and combine the effects of the corresponding contents from the picture library in application. When a new picture element is generated, the new picture element can be included in a picture library as a new element only by keeping the brand, the product, the content, the design style, the specification and the like in mind, and the picture library needs to be regularly arranged and updated according to the change of the design style and the like. The replaceable elements are a character role picture library covering all age groups, a professional role picture library, a product characteristic picture library and a character role picture library for product characteristics.
An alternative implementation step is shown in fig. 5:
step S401, the user behavior module monitors that the current user behavior is that the user enters the application.
